I'm pretty shy, so here's how I started writing.
I've been writing since I was in 2nd grade, when I was inspired by a friend to start writing stories about the adventures of a unicorn named Angel. I wrote for most of middle school and my first two years of high school, but the past two years I've been struggling. I hope to write more in the coming months, and I'm planning on participating in NaNoWriMo this year to help with that.
