最喜歡發掘美食系日劇，最近追的是這套《しあわせは食べて寝て待て》（意思大概是吃好，睡好，靜候命運安排，幸福自會降臨）。
片中沒有讓人垂涎三尺的隱世美食，因主角人設是患有長期疾病，為讓心情和身體變好而學習食療，因此內容罕有地總是圍繞著藥膳。沒想到竟有日劇專攻藥膳，最喜歡吸收冷知識了👍🏻
劇情是平淡的治癒系，沒有太多高低起伏，卻像生病時那碗綿綿的，暖胃的熱粥，吃後讓人整個舒暢起來（重點自然是有吃的）。
