Rain came knocking on my heart that day, still racing, still trying to figure out where my life was headed. The wind blew softly, and a cup of tea I'd brewed helped me push through the hours. 'What am I going to become? Will I ever make it?' I snapped out of my daydream, jolted back by the sand slipping through the hourglass, urging me to get a move on. Ah well, I guess this..just being me isn't so bad after all.
My name's Rasya. My friends usually call me Sya. That day, I left for school like any other nothing was different. Same old, same old. Until I ran into Doyo, my friend.
"Hey, have you heard yet?"
"Heard what?" I shot back, holding back a laugh at the look on his face.
"There's a new student in our class! A girl. And apparently, she's gorgeous."
"Yeah, probably just another pretty face nothing more than that." (Doyo's jaw dropped.)
"Huh? What are you even saying, man? When you look at a girl, you look at her face first. It's the same as when you're buying snacks you check the packaging before you buy, don't you?"
"Wait, wait, wait. why are you comparing this to snacks? , eee i think Actually that's not entirely wrong either."
"See? Told you." He puffed out his chest like he'd just won an argument.
As we walked into class, I shot back, "Well, hope she lives up to your expectations, man!"
"Brooo... she's really pretty!" he insisted, a little annoyed by my reaction.
(The classroom was buzzing with loud debates among the guys.)
Suddenly, Gota's voice boomed across the room, calling out to me. "Sya! What do you think the transfer student's gonna be like?"
"Huh? What do you mean, 'what's she gonna be like'?"
"You know they say she's from Bandung. A real beauty. Mojang geulis! Toni said choosing a girl is like choosing snacks, you gotta check the looks first!"
"I already told you why does everything have to go back to snacks?" I groaned, clearly annoyed.
"Right?! I don't agree either! Seeing a girl should be like choosing a blanket, you gotta see if it makes you comfortable or not, hmm..."
"Ugh, you guys are hopeless." I shrugged in defeat.
"Why are you reacting like that, Sya? For your information, you're not that different from them."
I jumped in surprise. "Dihh....Putri, our class president."

"Alright, alright, everyone quiet down. Please take your seats calmly."
"DIHHHHHH!" the boys responded in unison.
"What kind of reaction is that? You want me to flick each one of you one by one? Anyway... today we have a new student joining us," he continued.
"Hello everyone! My name is Syafitri I was student from Bandung. You can call me Fitri. I hope we can all get along soon!"10Please respect copyright.PENANAYBLDS3BWtD
