If we ever meet, you'll probably notice one thing before anything else—I have a habit of disappearing into my own thoughts.
Sometimes I'm building stories in my head. Other times I'm wondering why the moon looks different tonight or why sunsets never seem to get old, no matter how many I've seen.
I love reading because it lets me borrow someone else's imagination for a while, and I love writing because it lets me lend them mine. If there's a notebook nearby, there's a good chance it's filled with random story ideas, strange plot twists, or sentences that sounded brilliant at two in the morning.
Music is another little piece of me. I sing whenever I think nobody is listening... and sometimes when they are. Whether I'm humming quietly or singing my heart out, it always feels like home.
I'm also wonderfully weird, and I've made peace with that. I laugh at the most random things, ask questions that seem to come out of nowhere, and have an odd talent for throwing completely unrelated quotes into serious situations. Somehow, they usually make people laugh—or at least forget what they were worried about for a moment.
Give me a clear night, and I'll happily spend far too long staring at the stars, imagining worlds that don't exist... at least, not yet.
I dream a lot. Not just while I'm asleep, but while I'm awake too. I dream of telling stories that make people laugh, cry, wonder, or stay awake thinking long after they've finished reading. I like creating places people can escape into, even if only for a little while.
I may be quiet at first, but once I'm comfortable, you'll discover I'm equal parts thoughtful, chaotic, curious, and just a little sarcastic. I overthink, I imagine impossible things, and I collect moments the way some people collect photographs.
So, if you ever see someone staring at the sky with a notebook in one hand, quietly inventing another story before casually dropping a completely random quote that somehow brightens the mood...
