Da Qiao Fall asleep after she finish painting that day. Yin Yue walk closer and wipe her dirty face, which are dirty because of the ink. He heard her mumbling about bao-bao. Right after that he put a blanket to her and he left his chamber for awhile, letting her rest in his chamber.
Yin Yue walk out to take a walk. He went to the Pavillion to drink a tea. He peacefully sit looking at the Pavillion views.
"Servant, do you know anyone with a name of BaoBao outside the palace?" Ask Yin Yue.
"BaoBao?... No never heard of that before. Why is it your majesty?" Ask the servant.
"I want you to search for the person with that name outside the palace." Said Yin Yue.
"From the name, it looks like a children's name." Said the servant.
"Children? So, you mean Da Qiao already have a child before she married with me?" Ask Yin Yue.
"Forgive me for bluntly guessing, your majesty!" Said the servant kneeled down.
"Tch..You ruin my mood.. Kneeled down for 8 hours in here, that's your punishment." Said Yin Yue, right after that he leaves the Pavillion and went to walk outside the kingdom. This time he went to the brothel, to eat and drink.
"Oh Yin Yue! Long time no see! How have you been?" Ask the woman, she walk closer to Yin Yue's table and sit beside him. She pour the wine for him, while Yin Yue stay quiet and not answering any question.
The woman is a dancer in the brothel. She is pretty, her clothing is also thin and colorful. Her name is Rui Er.
"I heard you already married. Where is your wife? You didn't bring her here?" Ask Rui Er.
"I came here to eat." Said Yin Yue.
"Your wife, she didn't cook for you?" Ask Rui Er.
"She did, and her cooking is better than here." Said Yin Yue, lying.
"Mhm, then why did you came here?" Ask Rui Er.
"Because I miss the food." Said Yin Yue.
"I thought you came because you miss me." Said Rui Er.
"A little, maybe." Said Yin Yue.
The two enjoying their evening, drinking wine and watch the stage performance.
In the chamber, Da Qiao who is asleep, finally awake. She look around her room, nobody is there. The maid is also waiting outside the room. She walk over to the maid and start asking Yin Yue's whereabouts.
"Where is Yin Yue?" Ask Da Qiao.
"Ah.. That... He went to the pavillion, but hasn't comeback until now.." Said the maid.
Da Qiao then walk to the pavillion, but she didn't found him either, only his servant kneeling. She come over and ask him.
"Where is Yin Yue?" Ask Da Qiao.
"He went outside the palace." Said the servant.
"And why are you kneeling like that? What happen?" Ask Da Qiao.
"His majesty punish me because a person named BaoBao... He suddenly get mad.." Said the servant.
"Do you know where he is going?" Ask Da Qiao.
"I don't know either.. Maybe you should wait for him to come home.." Said the servant.
"Alright.. you should get up, I will ask him to forgive you." Said Da Qiao.
"Thank you very much, Mistress!" Said the servant.
Right after that, Da Qiao went back to his chamber. This time while he is going out, she spent the time to look around his chamber. Looking at some books in the shelf, looking at the drawers too. She also try to search for her missing brush. But she didn't found it. Few minutes later Yin Yue coming back. He is drunk. The servant helping him to walk. Da Qiao who is the first time looking at him so drunk like that, surprised. When the two of them drinking wine, he is still sober, and now, how much wine that he drank to become so drunk like that?
"Let me help him.." Said Da Qiao, quickly help Yin Yue and let the servant leave.
"Thank you." Said The servant.
Da Qiao help putting Yin Yue on his bed, taking out his shoes and straighten his posture. When she gonna leave, Yin Yue grab her arm tightly, so she fall back to her seat on the bedside.
"Mother... don't leave...." Mumble Yin Yue in his sleep.
"Alright... I will stay here..." Said Da Qiao.
The next day.
Yin Yue awake earlier. His head a little dizzy. He drinks too much yesterday. He look beside his bed side. There is Da Qiao fall asleep sitting on the ground. Their hand are still holding each other. Soon, Da Qiao also awake.
"Oh, you are awake?" Ask Da Qiao.
"Yeah.. Earlier than you.." Said Yin Yue.
"Wait here, I will made a sober soup for you.." Said Da Qiao.
Yin Yue grab her arm once again and stop her.
"It's okay. The kitchen will prepare it." Said Yin Yue.
"Then... I will change your bandage." Said Da Qiao.
She quickly took the bandage from the drawer and go change it to a new one. While changing it the two of them start a conversation.
"Do you have a child?" Ask Yin Yue suddenly.
"No I don't, your majesty." Said Da Qiao.
After hearing that Yin Yue feel relieved.
"Then, who is BaoBao?" Ask Yin Yue.
"How do you know BaoBao?" Ask Da Qiao.
"You have no child. Then, is that your brother?" Ask Yin Yue.
"That was my cat... Uh.. I forgot I left him.. I don't know if he has eaten or not.." Said Da Qiao.
"Oh. I see.." Said Yin Yue.
Right after finish bandaging his arm, Da Qiao quickly kneeling down. With a short thought, if she can travel here to her painting, then in this painting realm, if she paint her cat, she can bring him here.
"I beg your majesty to borrow me the golden brush so I can bring my BaoBao here." Said Da Qiao.
Yin Yue looking at her, not sure to give it but, somehow he also curious how those golden brush works. So he agreed to borrow her, however with 1 condition, he must also see how that golden brush works its magic, and after that he will took the golden brush again.
"Here you go." Said Yin Yue, handing over the golden brush to her.
"Thank you, your majesty." Said Da Qiao, taking the golden brush.
She quickly go to the table taking a new paper and start painting BaoBao, her cat. While she is painting, Yin Yue walk over to her and sit next to her. BaoBao is a normal cat with a mix color of brown, orange and white. BaoBao is a fat cat. While she is painting her cat, she looks so happy and smiling a lot. After she finishes her painting, a few moments later the cat appear for real on the table, meowing.
"BaoBao!!" Said Da Qiao, quickly Hugging her own cat, and her cat meowing to her.
Meanwhile Yin Yue looks so confused. A cat suddenly appear on the table after Da Qiao paint with that brush. What kind of magic trick behind that golden brush?
