The next day, Amy goes to Ilama Town to repair her zoid since there's no repair shop in Bell Town.
"I want to repair my zoid, sir...," Amy said to the man then she sees a boy beside her asking for reparation.
The boy has blue hair, blue eyes, pale skin, pointy ears, blue harpy wings, dragon tail, sharp claws and teeth.
"You there...Are you a valkyrie?" Amy called the boy and asked him.
The boy turns his face to her.
"Yes I am. And who are you?" The boy answered and asked who she was.
"My name is Amy Symilton, I'm 12 years old. And you are...?" Amy asked him.
"I'm Blue Vine, I'm 12 years old too," the boy answered.
"I'm looking for a partner to join. It's for a zoid battle," Amy said.
"You're looking for a partner? Then, I will gladly join you," Vine said.
"Alright. Let's go, shall we?" Amy asked.
Vine nods and they participate in the zoid stadium. Both of them launched their zoids to the battlefield.
"Amy Symilton is launching now!" Amy's zoid launched.
The Judge capsule lands far from them and reveals Judgeman.
"The battle within a thirty miles radius is a dedicated zoid battlefield. This zone is now restricted. Only competitors or personnel authorized entry. Danger! All others must leave the area at once!" Judgeman said.
"Get ready, Vine," Amy warned.
"So, you're our opponent, huh? Well kids, don't cry if you lose," Dan said lightly inside his Proto Tiger. "
Don't let your guard down, Dan. You know that's your big mistake," Henry said inside his silver Proto Tiger.
"I know that," Dan said.
"Heh...We'll see about that, Dan," Amy smirked.
"The Dragon Team VS the Proto Team. Battle mode 0983. Ready...Fight!!" Judgeman said, his hands formed a cross. Dan rushes toward Magna and pounce on Magna.
"He’s coming," Amy said.
Magna reacts by slashing Dan's zoid in half.
"Dan, you fool---wha?!" Henry said.
Vine's Griffin appears near him.
"You forgot about me. Crusher Claw!" he shouted the attack name.
Vine cuts Henry's zoid right arm, and his zoid fall to the ground. The alarm rings.
"The battle is over, the battle is over. The winner is....The Dragon Team!" Judgeman said.
"No!!!" Dan roared.
Amy opens her cockpit and yells,"Alright, we won the battle".
"Congratulations, warrior. Farewell. Until the next battle," Judgeman said and his capsule closes and goes back to the satellite.
Back at town Vine has decided to become the girl's partner.
"So, after that battle, I have decided to join your team. Don't worry, I have Dragoon zoid as my transportation. You can use my Dragoon anytime," Vine said.
"Really? Then welcome aboard, Vine! And thank you for letting me use your Dragoon," Amy said and she shakes hand with Vine.
"You're welcome," Vine said.
After that, Amy and Vine put their arm on their shoulders and laugh together.
