Inside the hospital where Chandu and Darshan lay admitted, Dr. Meera was making her rounds. Suddenly, a nurse sprinted toward her, face pale and panicked.
"Doctor! Doctor! One of the unconscious boys—he's struggling! It’s like he’s having a violent seizure!"
"What?!" Meera didn't wait. She bolted toward the ward.
Chandu was thrashing on his bed, his body vibrating with a terrifying intensity. Meera gripped the edge of the bed. "What is happening to him?"
"I don't know, Doctor!" the nurse cried. "Everything was normal a second ago, and then he just started... fighting the air!"
"This is impossible," Meera muttered. She turned to the nurse. "Quick, get the emergency kit! We need to stabilize him!" As the nurse ran off, Meera pulled out her phone. "I have to inform Arun Vijay immediately."
The phone began to ring. Ring... ring...
Suddenly, the nurse gasped from the doorway. "Doctor... look!"
Meera turned slowly. Her breath hitched. Chandu’s body had stopped thrashing. Instead, it was levitating, hovering several inches above the hospital bed as if gravity had simply forgotten him.
Meera froze, the phone still pressed to her ear. "What the..."
On the other end, the call connected.
"Hello? Inspector Arun Vijay speaking. Doctor, what's the status?"
[The Ovul Dimension: The Stone Mansion]
King Demansion looked up, his predatory eyes fixed on the sky. "What is that?" he wondered. A ring of light... pulsating with emerald fire. " What is this power?"
As the light washed over the balcony, the curse finally broke. Ferran and Piecus felt their bones shift and their skin harden. The pig-like features melted away, replaced by the sharp, muscular frames of legendary warriors. They looked at their hands, touching their faces in disbelief.
"I... I'm back," Piecus whispered, his voice trembling with relief. "My true form."
A long, heavy breath escaped Ferran. The humiliation of years was gone in an instant.
From behind them, a voice like forged bronze echoed through the hall. "That is enough of your arrogant talk."
They turned, and their eyes widened.
"Chandu... he actually did it," Piecus stammered. "He consumed the Nobel.
Chandu stood there, but he was no longer the boy they knew. He looked terrifying—a figure of magnificent, raw power. Faint green fumes drifted from his skin, and his eyes... his pupils had vanished, replaced by glowing emerald spheres that pulsed with a rhythmic light. A thick, ghostly green mist swirled around him like a protective cloak.
"Is this... the true power of this dimension's Nobel?" Piecus asked, awestruck.
"Yes," Ferran replied, standing tall. "It is."
Chandu stepped forward to the edge of the balcony, looking down at the King. Floating twenty-five feet above his head was the Great Green Ring, rotating with a heavy, metallic hum that sounded like a massive engine of war.
Darshan stared up at the sky. "Was that ring always there? I didn't even notice it until now..."
Below them, King Demansion stood perfectly still. He was silent.
Ferran watched the King closely. "Why is he so quiet?" he thought. He should be attacking. For the first time since they had met, Ferran sensed something impossible in the King’s aura: Hesitation.
Darshan noticed it too. He leaned over the balcony, his voice dripping with arrogance. "What’s the matter, 'King'? Are you scared now? How does it feel?"
Without a word, Chandu leapt from the balcony. King Demansion stood his ground, paralyzed by hesitation. When Chandu hit the courtyard, the impact was cataclysmic—the earth shattered into deep craters, and the entire mansion groaned under the force.
Chandu lunged at the King. His movement was so blindingly fast that Demansion’s eyes couldn't track him. "Where did he—I can't see him!" the King thought.
In a blur of emerald light, Chandu’s fist, wreathed in Green Fumes, slammed into Demansion’s face. The blow sent the King spiraling backward, his massive frame tearing through the air until he crashed into the distant wasteland.
On the balcony, Ferran, Piecus, and Darshan watched in stunned silence. The "Vessel" they had protected for so long was now the predator.
Chandu didn't let up. He launched a relentless counter-attack, his speed increasing with every second. Floating above him, the Roaming Ring tracked his every movement with mechanical precision, humming in sync with his fury. He rained a barrage of heavy blows upon Demansion, the shockwaves of their collision echoing through the dimension like thunder.
Inside the mansion, the tremors were terrifying. Viyog and Sarunya struggled to keep the survivors calm as the walls vibrated with the force of the battle outside. "Don't panic! Stay together!" Viyog shouted.
One of Viyog’s friends, Ajay, noticed something strange coming from a deep fissure in the floor near the back of the hall. Faint, sapphire rays were pulsing from the darkness.
"Viyog!" Ajay called out.
Viyog hurried over. "What is it?"
Ajay pointed into the pit. "Look at that light..."
Viyog’s eyes narrowed. "Follow me." The two of them climbed down into the opening, moving toward the source. As they reached the bottom, they found a glowing aperture pulsing with a brilliant ocean-blue light. It was a Portal.
Ajay’s jaw dropped. "Is... is that a portal?"
Viyog’s face lit up with a rare expression of hope. He grabbed Ajay’s shoulders, his voice shaking with excitement. "Ajay! Go back! Get everyone—NOW! This isn't just a portal... it’s the way back to Earth!"
"Are you serious?!" Ajay gasped.
"Yes! Go, move!" Viyog urged. Ajay didn't need to be told twice; he sprinted back toward the survivors to lead them to salvation.
Chandu lunged forward again, a streak of emerald lightning. Demansion barely managed to sidestep the blow, his eyes darting frantically.
Is this it? the King thought, his breath hitching. Is this truly the raw, unfiltered power of the Ovul Nobel?
Chandu prepared for his next strike, and this time, Demansion steeled himself. The air between them began to distort as their auras clashed, sparking a violent, high-speed exchange that shook the very atmosphere.
From the balcony, Piecus tried to track their movements, but his eyes couldn't keep up. "I can't even see their strikes... this Nobel power is too vast, too magnificent," he whispered in awe.
Suddenly, Ferran spotted a swarm of Goblins breaching the lower gates. He didn't hesitate. He drew his legendary weapon, gripped the base of the handle, and slammed it into the stone floor.
"SHIELD OF REZE!" he roared.
A shimmering, transparent barrier erupted, encasing the mansion in a protective dome just as the Goblins reached the walls.
Above them, the dragon Flame descended toward the balcony, its throat glowing with molten heat. It unleashed a torrent of fire, forcing Ferran to dive out of the way.
"Piecus! Darshan!" Ferran shouted over the roar of the flames. "Get inside! Now! Ensure the situation below is stable and guard the survivors!"
"On it!" Piecus replied, grabbing Darshan’s arm.
As they ran, Darshan’s mind raced. "I think they found the portal Chandu opened," he thought, hope surging through him. I have to help them get everyone out.
Flame hovered in the air, its scales shimmering. "Fight me, Reze Warrior! Let us see if your skills have rusted!"
Ferran stood tall, his weapon gleaming. "If it's a fight you want, Dragon... then come and get it!"
Flame laughed, a sound like grinding metal, and exhaled another blast of fire. Ferran swung his blade with surgical precision, parting the flames as if they were water. "Keep your eyes open, Dragon," Ferran taunted with a grim smirk. "If you blink, it's over."
Meanwhile, the clash between Chandu and Demansion reached a fever pitch. Chandu parried a heavy blow from the King and leaped back, creating space.
His voice came out in that terrifying, bronze-echo: "What's wrong, Demansion? Are you finally feeling fear?"
Demansion’s serious expression broke into a twisted, dark laugh. "Fear? Don't be absurd." He readjusted his stance, his aura flaring. "I am just getting started."
"Good," Chandu replied coldly.
He raised his hand toward the sky. The Roaming Ring spinning above him reacted instantly; a section of the ring detached, transforming into a solidified Mace of Light as it flew into his palm. Chandu gripped the weapon, the emerald fumes swirling around his arm.
"Then let's see who falls first."
