"This would look good on you" the siren suggests grabbing another under corset with silver buckles as the seam. When Jayden turn around expecting the Crow to be there, she was not but replaced with an elf gentleman with hazel eyes and a buzz cut. Jayden was taken back pulling the under corset to the wooden stand.
"You're not my friend" Jayden acknowledge still processing. The elf holds out his hand that was covered in gold rings, a welcoming smell coasted through the air around him. He smiled at the siren, maybe hoping for him to take his introduction "I could be. The name is Christopher, and you are? Cute corset by the way" he asked examining the Siren.
Jayden took his hand cautiously not holding onto it fully and replies with "Jayden".
Vera quietly moves behind the Crow and whispers "What you got there?" she tried to bob her way through to see but her friend made it impossible. The Crow placed the object into her hand trying to hide it, but Vera was too quick and held the blade between her index fingers. Grinningly smiling to the Crow.
"Is this for me" she asked an obvious question. The Crow looked slightly defeated but regained confidence in her posture. The blade sparks a lot in its silver state with beautiful reliefs that fit Vera perfectly.
The Crow doesn't look at Vera when replying with a "Yes, I thought you could use something sharp and better than your staff just in case you have to cut yourself out of something. Plus, you can stop stealing my stuff now". Vera jumps up and down while hugging her friend. "Awe Co that's so sweet of you" she states smiling softly. She looks over her friend's shoulder noticing another weapon and runs over to a double edge sword admiring its beauty. Her fingers linger closer to the blade. Suddenly, a migraine started to emerge causing the seer to stumble a little bit before the Crow a hand on her arms. "I'm fine, really. Headaches" she stood up completely. Out of worry, she completely glances over to Vera asking, "another vision?"
"No. I can't see every fabric time. Only with what I am allowed to see and how we react is key!" she holds up a finger in the air nodding her head. Riddles. It's always riddles with her. The Crow grabs her friend's hand noticing the blood on her finger and states "You're bleeding".
Vera doesn't mind the Crow as she points to a whip sword "I'll take that too" she requested to the merchant, who insistently follows orders. While all of this was happening, Jayden found himself conversing with Christopher in an old tavern now.
"I've been to Umbris, Shira, and a few other places that I cannot mention at this moment but I'm from an Island, where some of these fruits are grown. What about you?" Christopher explained with a few sips of his drink.
Jayden took a sip of the influencing substance and gestures with his finger "Oh, A small tribe in the west parts of the ocean called Taǐ-neia. It gets quite beautiful there with the coral reefs and some of the Abyssopelagic zone" he replied noticing that his new friend not once broke eye contact. This made Jayden fan himself with a fin fan and awkward side eye "Is it cold in here or is it me?". Christopher laughs leaning back in the booth and questioned "Hot? Shouldn't you be used to the cold since you live in water?".
Jayden laughs silently to where it swarms in his chest begging to escape but it had to be there to hide his embarrassment.
"Right, that's true..."
