As the episode begins, the setting takes place at a dead end of the canyon. Gaara arrived to see Hoki carrying Matsuri on his back inside a wooden bag. Hoki versus Gaara
When he realised that Gaara had trapped him, he removed the bag from his back and tossed Matsuri to the ground, who was unconscious. Thereafter, he used his fire sword to summon the infinite Kujaku armour that belonged to Suiko, the dark sword that belonged to Ryūgan, and the double-edged swords that belonged to Kujaku. Meanwhile, Naruto arrived at the dead end of the canyon. From a distance, he saw Gaara fighting Hoki. Moreover, when he sees Matsuri still trapped in that barrier, he breaks it using his kunai. He then told her to find a safe place to hide. While Matsuri found a safe place to hide to witness the fight, Naruto was still worried about Gaara. Hoki revives the ultimate weapon, Seimei.
When Gaara was almost trapped in the metal sphere, he tossed the rope javelin to Matsuri in case she might need it. Thereafter, Matsuri picked up the weapon on the ground, and Gaara tossed a bit of sand on the ground outside the sphere. He wanted to see what would happen outside while he was trapped in the sphere. So, he said to himself while inside the sphere, “The optic nerve is connected, third eye open.” At that moment, Gaara might have had a plan to escape.
When the metal sphere completely traps Gaara, intense music plays in the background with a mix of electric guitar, drums, and violin. It symbolises the excruciating pain Gaara was feeling when he was trapped inside the sphere. As a result, Gaara’s chakra was extracted to revive Seimei, who was inside the coffin. At that moment, Hoki said to Seimei’s dead body in the coffin, “Oh, mighty lord Seimei, may your spirit come and be joined with my flesh to complete your revival.” At that moment, Hoki performs a ritual and sacrifices his own body to Seimei’s corpse, which allows Seimei to be reincarnated. When Seimei was reincarnated, he saw Naruto and said to him with a calm voice, “I am called Seimei, founder of the village of artisans, and now, after 100 years of slumber, I have been awakened as my village’s ultimate tool.” At that moment, there is a threatening atmosphere where the ultimate weapon is reborn. Seimei explains his plans to Naruto about destroying the five great nations.
Seimei then takes up the weapons of the Shitenshonin, therefore becoming the “ultimate weapon” of Takumi Village. After Seimei took up the weapons of the Four Celestials and became the ultimate weapon, he laughed evilly and wickedly with a calm tone. As a result, a dialogue took place between him and Naruto:
Seimei: I have waited so long for my plans to come to fruition. Now the village of artisans will rule over all other Shinobi lands.
He looked at the metal sphere Gaara was trapped in and said,

Seimei versus Naruto
Naruto does battle with him until Gaara bursts out of the metal sphere, partially transformed into the One-Tailed Shukaku. Naruto ran in Seimei’s direction and tossed his two kunai at him. However, Seimei blocked the attack using the dark sword, which had a metal wire to expand and block Naruto’s attacks. Naruto tried to hit him, but Seimei used the metal wire of the dark sword to expand and hit Naruto. Thereafter, Naruto jumped on top of the metal sphere to try and free Gaara, but Seimei used the wind attack to push Naruto away. As Naruto landed on the ground, he tried to attack Seimei again. However, Seimei then used the dark sword and formed the three-dragon-infused chakra to hurt Naruto. Luckily, Naruto dodged the attack and went back to the metal sphere to free Gaara, but it was futile. To make matters worse, Gaara, who was inside the sphere, had started partially transforming into the One-Tailed Shukaku. Seimei proves to be a difficult and strong opponent to defeat, and only time will tell if Seimei will be defeated.

The rest of the team is on their way to save Gaara.
Meanwhile, Neji, Hinata, Shino, Shikamaru, Temari, Ino, Sakura, and Rock Lee were running into the forest in hopes of saving Gaara. Along the way, Shikamaru asked Hinata and Neji about the nature of Gaara’s situation. Naruto refuses to give up on Gaara.
Despite Naruto being beaten up by Seimei’s attacks, he refused to give up. As a result, doomy music plays in the background when Seimei uses the fire sword to incinerate fire at Naruto, who is on top of the metal cage. Eventually, Naruto got out of the metal cage but still tried to dig up dirt on the ground to save Gaara, who was inside the metal cage. However, Seimei used his wind attack to push Naruto away and then used the dark sword that had a metal wire to expand and hit Naruto. Luckily, Naruto dodged the attacks. At that moment, Matsuri was still hiding behind a rock, witnessing this and saying to herself.

Matsuri saves Naruto.
Matsuri looks at her weapon (the rope javelin) she got from Gaara, and plans to use it to save Naruto. Meanwhile, after Seimei hears Naruto’s determination to save Gaara, he says:
Seimei: Very well, then, die for your friend.
Thereafter, Seimei launched his attack, which included the dark sword, which had three-headed metal dragons coming in Naruto’s direction. Though Matsuri lost, she has finally learned to use the rope javelin. Moreover, she has finally learned to deal with using weapons. The episode ends with Gaara breaking free from the metal sphere and revealing himself as partially transformed into the One-Tailed Shukaku. What will happen next?
