Analysis
The following episode showed how Jiga killed his brother all in the name of wealth. This further reinforces the notion that the love of money is the root of all kinds of evil. Moreover, the episode showed why Hinata has a crush on Naruto. I will mention other details in the analysis.
To begin the episode, action music started playing in the background when Naruto was trapped in the water bubble with piranhas. To save Naruto, Yurinojo tossed shuriken at the water bubble, but it was ineffective. Luckily, Choji arrived with his Expansion Jutsu, and his body looked like a huge ball. So, when Choji arrived from the sky, he crushed the water bubble Naruto was in and got out of the bubble. Afterwards, Choji used his Human Boulder technique, where he rolled himself in Ruiga’s direction. However, his attack was stopped when Ruiga activated a water bubble to protect himself. After witnessing Choji’s ineffective attack, Yurinojo activated his jutsu, Flower Ninja Art: Bloom Myriad of Flowers, where he ignited the flower with flames, and these flames shot towards Ruiga and caused an explosion.
However, Ruiga survived the explosion and made use of the moisture underground to his advantage. His offence was effective to the extent that when Naruto tossed two kunai at him, they were ineffective. As a result, Naruto, Choji, and Yurinojo retreated, which compelled Ruiga to summon his piranhas to travel through the water he got from underground. While they were running away from Ruiga and his piranhas, Naruto saw the way he was holding his tonfas to control the water while he ran. In other words, he was holding the tonfas like dowsing rods, and that’s when Yurinojo came up with the plan to defeat Ruiga.

How Naruto, Yurinojo and Choji defeated Ruiga
Naruto and Yurinojou do battle with Ruiga, and with Choji’s help, they can defeat him by destroying his “dowsing” tonfas, which allows him to search for places where there are great amounts of water and leads him to a dry area to put him at a disadvantage. To defeat Ruiga by destroying the tonfas, Naruto first activated his Multi-Shadow Clone Jutsu to distract him. Second, Yurinojo stands on a tree and activates his Flower Shuriken: Flying Power, Falling Foliage. With this jutsu, this technique made the flower hover in the air before hardening and spinning at high speeds. Afterwards, the flower launched at the target: the tonfas Ruiga was holding. This hardened state acted as a metal shuriken to cut the tonfas, and since Ruiga used the tonfa to deflect the attack, the tonfas were now left at a disadvantage. Last, Naruto came from the sky and punched the tonfas that Ruiga used as a shield against Naruto’s punch, which caused the tonfas to break into pieces. Since Ruiga no longer had the tonfas to guide him on where he could get water for his jutsu, Naruto, Yurinojo, and Choji led him to a dry area with solid rock. Yet, in Ruiga’s eyes, he thought he had the upper hand since he summoned a shark using the moisture that was left to chase them.
When they all reached the dry area, the shark came close to Choji and trapped him in the water bubble as well. So, Naruto signalled Choji to drink all the water in the bubble, and when Choji finished drinking the water, this left the shark at a disadvantage, which caused it to disappear. When Ruiga realised that he had been defeated, Yurinojo explained to him the strategy that they used to beat him. He said, “The answer was right in front of us. Naruto never saw you when he took the shortcut because you were staying clear of areas without water. You wielded those tonfas not only as weapons but as dowsing rods, and as soon as you couldn’t rely on them, we were able to lure you on dry terrain.” Afterwards, Choji used his Human Boulder Jutsu to crash on top of Ruiga; hence, he was defeated. While Choji defeated him, Yurinojo was experiencing chest pains since he had taken a hit to the ribs. As a result, Yurinojo requested that Naruto protect Princess Haruna. So, Naruto told Choji to stay behind to take care of him while he left to save the princess.

The element of betrayal is evident when Jiga kills his brother for the country’s wealth.
To signify the betrayal, ominous music was playing in the background when Jiga arrived. A dialogue takes place between them when Ruiga is lying on his stomach on the ground while Jiga is standing.
Jiga: Well, don’t you look fearless down there on the dirt?
Ruiga: Jiga, you’ve got to help me; I’m your brother.
Jiga: It doesn’t matter to me because, with you out of the picture, instead of me getting the third, Renga and I can split the profits in half.
Ruiga: But Jiga
Jiga (interrupts): It’s nothing personal.
Ruiga: Wait! Listen to me!
However, Jiga had already made up his mind to kill him. He activated his Ninja Art Magnet: Infinite Meteors. It’s a technique where he magnetises the rock walls of a deep pit to give him the ability to attack Ruiga while Ruiga screams till his death as he is buried alive with the rocks. Afterwards, his demeanour was cold and satisfied as he laughed evilly and walked away.
This is a tragedy in the sense that Ruiga was betrayed by his brother, who sought a greater share of the country’s wealth. Yet, it is poetic justice that he died since he killed Yurinojo’s friend, Kikunojo, without any remorse. In other words, the energy he put out is the energy he got back.

Hinata proves her love for Naruto through her interaction with Princess Haruna.
Meanwhile, after Haruna’s reasons for distrust are revealed by the result of her father allowing her to be kept hostage as a child, Haruna manages to render Hinata unconscious so she can escape alone.
Before the princess escaped, she started telling Hinata about her experience as the feudal lord’s daughter. She said, “Hinata, you can’t imagine the things I have been through—being taken from my parents and held as a hostage in a foreign land, being bullied night and day—but that suffering has taught me a valuable lesson. I realised while I was just a child that anyone foolish enough to put their faith in people deserves whatever they get. Someone like your friend Naruto, for instance, lets his emotions cloud his judgment instead of focusing on the mission at hand. A ninja like that who is too weak to get the job done is worthless.” This just explains why she is cold and rude, and when she says something bad about Naruto, Hinata retorts by saying, “You don’t get to stand here and judge him like that! At least you had a mom and dad; Naruto is an orphan. He lives all by himself alone; he has worked hard to win everyone’s acceptance and become the next Hokage, giving his all! He has had a difficult life himself, but he would never think of sacrificing somebody else for his well-being. Do you know why? Because he is a good person and a good ninja too!” Hinata showed the reason why she has a crush on Naruto. The reason is that despite Naruto’s facing those challenges as an orphan and an outcast, he never changed into a bitter person. Instead, he is a good person who shows empathy for others, and Hinata is not going to let anyone speak badly about him; hence why her love for Naruto is genuine. Therefore, Hinata is a round character who is like a real person who defends the person she loves.
Eventually, Hinata apologised for her outburst, and the princess even noticed that she had a crush on Naruto. Afterwards, the princess seemingly decided to wait for others. However, when she seemingly offered to carry Hinata’s backpack, Hinata fell for her trap. While Hinata looked in another direction, the princess picked up a rock, came behind Hinata, and knocked her in the head, which left Hinata unconscious, while the princess escaped.
Naruto pursues the princess but encounters Jiga, who can manipulate magnetism. When Naruto found Hinata unconscious, he woke her up. When he heard what happened, Naruto told Hinata to go check on Yurinojo, who took a hit to the ribs. Moreover, she was supposed to help Choji take care of him while Naruto left to find the princess.

Naruto Versus Jiga
Along his way in the woods in the mountains, he came across Jiga, who knocked him out with his ninja tools. In response to his attack, Naruto activated his shadow clones and tossed kunai at him, but they were ineffective. While they were battling it out with ninja tools, Jiga made a point that he and his brother Renga would attack the Leaf Village once they were done with the Land of Greens. So, Jiga used his magnetic ninjutsu to touch the headband with a ninja tool. As a result, he removes Naruto’s headband, and Naruto ends up taking a fall into a ditch or deep pit. After some time, Jiga got into the deep pit as well.
Meanwhile, while Hinata was looking for Choji and Yurinojo, they were nowhere to be found. After realising that she couldn’t find them in the dry area, she found Naruto’s headband on the ground and immediately knew he was in trouble. So, she ran to look for him.
While Jiga and Naruto were in the deep pit, Jiga activated his Magnet Ninja Art: Infinite Meteors, the same jutsu he used to kill Ruiga, so that he could bury Naruto with the rocks. When Hinata arrived, Naruto told her to run away before he passed out. What will happen next? Where are Choji and Yurinojo? This will probably be revealed in the next episode.
The lesson from this episode is that the energy you put out is the energy you will get, just like Ruiga, who killed Kikunojo and ended up getting killed by Jiga, his brother. It was poetic justice for the death of Kikunojo.
