This is why Naruto starts getting frustrated because he is not progressing in defeating Kimimaru. None of the shadow clones got through his attack. Moreover, things got serious when Kimimaru said something weird. He said, “It’s come at last. The moment I’ve been waiting for is the first step towards achieving Lord Orochimaru’s design.” As a result, the black smoke from the coffin becomes bigger and opens the coffin, which shows Sasuke Uchiha.
Sasuke’s cursed seal finally reaches its second level, allowing him to exit his coffin and go on ahead. There is a moment of silence that emphasises the dramatic effect of finally seeing Sasuke. Naruto is glad to see his friend, as he says, “Sasuke.” Moreover, he smiles and says to him, “Come on, buddy! Let’s go home.” Hence, the theme of friendship is shown, as it highlights that Naruto cares about his friend, Sasuke Uchiha. Therefore, one feels empathy for Naruto because he truly wants Sasuke to come back to the Hidden Leaf Village. However, things do not go the way Naruto hoped because Sasuke starts to laugh evilly. For instance, Naruto starts having memories about Team 7, him and Sasuke training together, and Sasuke saying, “You’re the one I want to fight the most.” It is a tragic moment because Sasuke has changed for the worse. Moreover, Naruto remembers Sakura, who was sad because Sasuke left the village. Despite Sasuke’s evil laugh, Naruto is still hopeful as he tries to convince Sasuke to come home, but there is no hope; hence, there is an element of hopelessness.
To make matters worse, Sasuke laughs louder, with an evil laugh more pronounced, and Naruto further remembers Sakura begging him to bring Sasuke home. It is a tragic moment when Sasuke leaves without paying attention to Naruto. All of these memories clearly show the importance of Naruto bringing Sasuke back to the village. Everyone, especially Sakura, is heavily dependent on Naruto to bring Sasuke back home, so Naruto has to try, by all means, to bring him back. Will he succeed? Only time will tell.

Therefore, Lee might be in danger because Might Guy said that things might get out of hand. In this episode, there is also a sense of humour when Might Guy narrates about Lee’s first drink with the alcoholic drink Sake. Moreover, Might Guy went on to say that Lee is the master of the drunken fist. What is the drunken fist? It makes one question whether Lee will defeat Kimimaro in a drunken frenzy. Therefore, the episode ends in suspense until the next episode.
