The area surrounding the 50-million-degree ball of hellfire did not resemble a normal fire or a typical landscape of lava. Instead, it looked like the epicenter of a violent, blinding blast zone. Around the colossal sphere, the atmosphere itself was stripped into glowing plasma, radiating a harsh, shimmering white-blue and pink-white bloom. Everything in the immediate vicinity had been instantly vaporized or blasted apart by the unfathomable heat. The ground near the center hadn't merely melted into lava; much of it had flashed directly into gas. Farther out, where the heat had a fraction of a second to spread and cool, it left behind a cratered, scorched, and glassy surface.
The sky above was filled with an intense, suffocating glow—a towering column of superheated rising gas, thick smoke, churning dust, and massive shockwave distortions. The entire scene looked like a miniature catastrophic event, tearing at the seams of the Land of Spade.
From the heart of the blinding inferno, Seraphina shouted out loud, her voice echoing with demonic authority. "Did you think it would be that easy? Do you think you hold the REAL Power Stone?"
As she spoke, she raised her hand. Resting in her palm, completely unharmed by the apocalyptic temperatures, was the genuine, glowing green gem. She glared through the plasma storm at the towering executioner. "If you want it......come get it."
With that, she shot forward out of the ball of hellfire like a crimson comet. Moving at blinding speed, she struck The Judge right in his chest, unleashing her Flames of Eternal Damnation. The hellfire was designed to burn not just physical matter, but the very soul of her enemy, trapping them in endless torment.
Shockingly, a soul attack wasn't enough. The Judge simply stood there, completely unaffected by the demonic flames licking at his chest.
In retaliation, several magical embers—the signature of his Ember Verdict—suddenly appeared in the air directly around Seraphina and instantly exploded. But Seraphina didn't flinch. Utilizing Reality Warp Fabrication, she effortlessly altered the fundamental nature of the explosions, turning the deadly, expanding bursts of fire and force into a harmless flurry of glowing butterflies.
She quickly leaped back to create distance, but The Judge’s combat calculation was relentless. More magical embers were already waiting in the exact location she jumped to. But Seraphina had expected that. With a wave of her hand, she turned those embers into butterflies before they even had the chance to detonate.
But The Judge finally made a physical move.
Leaping high into the air, the 17-foot giant brought his massive fist down, punching Seraphina with such overwhelming, destructive force that it sent her hurtling 500 miles down into the scorched, glassy wasteland. The impact was so catastrophic that the 50-million-degree ball of hellfire disappeared entirely upon impact, snuffed out by the sheer kinetic shockwave.
But suddenly, the air warped right beside The Judge.
The executioner had ended up punching her Phantom Duality—an independent doppelgänger that shared her power—not the real Seraphina.
The real Seraphina hovered right beside him and violently clapped her hands together. "Hellfire Chains of Dominion!"
Fiery, unbreakable chains erupted from the void, wrapping tightly around The Judge to drain his life force. The attack landed perfectly, but once again, it did absolutely no damage to his indestructible form.
But Seraphina wasn't finished. She simultaneously activated Reality Shatter. By breaking down the barriers between illusion and reality, she completely rewrote the conceptual laws of creation itself around the chains. She rewrote the conceptual force of the attack, bypassing his absolute immunities and allowing the chains to physically crush him.
For the very first time since he came into being, The Judge was physically damaged. Only because of the conceptual-bending properties of Reality Shatter was a physical attack finally able to hurt him.
Seraphina laughed, her eyes blazing with triumphant fire. "I've figured you out!"
But her triumph was tragically short-lived.
High above the battlefield, a colossal magical orb had already finished stabilizing. Without a sound, Apocalyptic Judgement SLAMS into Seraphina.
The detonation was absolute. Capable of obliterating anything it touched, the sheer magnitude of the divine destruction washed over the Azure Queen. This attack........killed Seraphina. Her body was completely disintegrated, reduced to nothingness within the blinding light of judgment.
From the fading light of the apocalyptic blast, the undamaged Power Stone began falling toward the earth.
But suddenly, before it could hit the scorched ground, a hand reached out and grabbed the Power Stone from the air.
A voice, trembling with suppressed rage and grief, echoed across the battlefield. "You're a monster."
It was Commander Aiden, fully awakened as a Third Generation Sentient. He had raced across the cosmos, but he couldn't arrive on time. He was just moments away from helping Seraphina, forced to watch the Azure Queen fall.
As Commander Aiden landed heavily on the ground, his Omni-Tactical Insight immediately noticed something bizarre about the surrounding area. The terrain that had been completely destroyed by the plasma, the 500-mile crater, and the apocalyptic blast was almost fully restored. Elder Selmira Kaelth, the Healer of the Realm, had been secretly healing the environment and stabilizing the land from afar as The Judge and Seraphina fought.
Commander Aiden’s eyes narrowed as he saw the others—the Elders and the Kings—rapidly coming up behind The Judge to surround him.
Suddenly, the aura shifted violently right beside Aiden.
Darius Kaine materialized from the shadows and swung The Omniversal Eclipse in a lethal slash aimed at Aiden's neck. Aiden quickly turned, clashing blades with his Omnistron Sword.
But as the two ultimate weapons met, a bizarre phenomenon occurred. Because of the reality-severing properties of Darius's blade and the Absolute Erasure Edge of Aiden's sword—which deletes concepts from existence upon contact—they didn't even touch when they clashed. The conflicting conceptual forces repelled each other in a localized distortion of space-time.
Before Darius could follow up with another strike, a spatial bullet hit the ground directly beside Commander Aiden.
The round tore through the fabric of reality, opening a swirling portal. Knowing he was outnumbered by the absolute strongest entities in the realm, Aiden leaped backward, escaping through the portal just as it snapped shut.69Please respect copyright.PENANAvobrjPIX73
Aiden tumbled out of the rift, landing heavily on the glowing surface of the 5 Universal Ring.
Standing there, lowering the smoking barrel of The Omega Reaver, was Xavian "Deadshot" Voss.
"That was close," Xavian said, his usually stoic voice carrying a heavy, grim weight. "Though the death of Seraphina will rock the 5 Universes."
Aiden looked down. Laying on the cold ground beside Xavian was Queen Nia, unconscious but safe. They had managed to save her as she fell into the abyss back during her own catastrophic battle against The Judge.
King Kael and Xavian had been secretly contacted by the Elder about the rapidly escalating events going on at Fort Vigilance. The same Elder that Queen Nia called. Realizing the apocalyptic scale of the threat, Kael had sent Xavian to go get Commander Aiden from his imprisonment in the Requiem Universe to go assist, completely pausing his trial for treason because his Third Generation Sentient strength was desperately needed.
Back in the present, Xavian slung his sniper rifle over his shoulder and looked down at Queen Nia, then back to Aiden.
"We need to hurry and get to Queen Lila," Xavian stated urgently. "She is the only one who could probably heal her." With Lila's God's Hand and her ability to manipulate cosmic life forces, she was their only remaining hope to heal the wounded Queen and navigate the devastating fallout of the former Azure Queen's death.
