"Rise and shine, Prodigies!" Verna's peppy voice awoken the group. "Let's get ready for the coronation of Father Time today!"
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡrGVlWumkYg
Catherine scratches her neck as she pushes the quilt off. "Coronation?"
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡziDUJj2yUL
"Apparently, a new Father Time is to be crowned today." Nathaniel states, stretching.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡRqkGSOUgJF
"Your mission today is to just watch over the new guy before the celebration begins. Pretty easy, right?"
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡxtoE35W85M
"Wait...our job today is to be a goddamn babysitter?"
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡSu1cIZUA2T
"If that's how you view it, yes. But as a reward, you get to go to the after-party!"
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡ3MJ9ZDdfYe
"That at least solves dinner..." Ezra thinks aloud.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡeg6vj6l6gq
"Breakfast will be served once you get there, so just put on your clothes and shoes and...look a little presentable.."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡfbTZClJy3e
"No prob.." Arsenio says. "Let me just get my morning tea before I go.."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡYPF4CTqxSD
"T-Tea?" Isabelle asks while brushing her hair.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡpkd5eQiBF8
"There's no time to go time traveling now." Nathaniel interrupted, pulling his shoes on his feet. "We have to be there as soon as possible. Thou leaving would only cause delay."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡhZ2klIaShZ
"...Alright then..." Arsenio says, slowly sitting down and sliding his hands in his coat pockets. "I'll just wait until later then.."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡrdC1fuFgdv
"Is everyone ready?" Verna asks, peeking into the room as she does so.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡfVsnwhSEI7
"I think so.."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡ2kIYgFaXMI
"Good, good!" she fully opens the doors to let the Prodigies out. "Then, let's go, shall we?"
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡYieaSInyEN
The four leave the Sanctuary, following behind Verna. A crowd of other Prodigies and Timekeepers exploded into cheers and claps, not for them, but for the soon-to-be Father Time. The five come out to take a look.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡ7VeSZWHK3m
"See him?" Verna points towards a young man dressed in golden silk. "That's in z was Chrono, the so-called 'Golden Child' of the Time Realm."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡVFY2vkbaiS
"...Is it because he's blonde?" Catherine remarked.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡl5P9pkaZgK
"... That might have had a influence on the nickname, yes."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡqZDnB5LyS8
They watched as walked stone faced across to the home of Father Time.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡXoMCR2LRhB
"Let's go." Verna says, instructing them to follow Chrono.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡ2Og4KP6BIC
When they finally get to the house of Father Time, opened the door and walked in, they were amazed by the interior of it. They could feel the whimsical breeze of it's godly aura.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡ9lXzPyjq6A
"Hello?" Catherine waited for a response.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡdm7I1vMqK9
"J-Just a minute!" A voice called out before crashing and falling is heard. Then, from the stairs emerged Chrono.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡDpFAw3l9PL
"Verna, very nice to see you again. And these four might be?"
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡLuwpcG6MkO
"This is Nathaniel, Catherine, Isabelle and Arsenio. They're the new Prodigies that are here to keep you company while we prepare for the ceremony."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡgwBTD8Frsq
"I see..."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡLYw9BpRLPd
"Thanks again for doing this, guys."
Verna time warps away.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡWbLvAbfKCW
"...Which one of you is which? I just don't want to be confused.."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡerWtY0XPYx
They introduce themselves once again, giving him some clarity.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡtkzMiycUFb
"Ah, well it's nice to meet all of you."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡv182naNWnG
"Verna t-told us that w-we would have s-some breakfast.."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡJ2b6UfU4Qe
"Of course. You've come here quite early, so I'm sure you four are starving."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡmcOXoH9nFO
"Yeah..." Catherine agreed, lightly holding her stomach.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡAfjbdzJSP5
"I thought so. I've prepared something, so don't worry."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡLlwD2t74KC
Chrono brandishes a golden door, which he promptly throws open and reveals some nice breakfast meals, already plated and ready to eat.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡdR5CDrrv4y
"You m-made all of this yourself?!" Catherine exclaimed, impressed.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡu6SEf503LI
"I was just planning on making food for myself, but I didn't want to be rude.."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡEd0hhSWnk7
"It does look rather...delectable..." Nathaniel says, clearing his throat.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡPreuoigzS1
"Well, shall we eat or watch it get cold?"
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡ5JoR1OolwG
The four Prodigies and the Son of Time all sit down and enjoy a nice breakfast, basically wolfing down the entire plate before them.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡIU0DwgpJ3V
"Man, that was good..." Arsenio says, stretching in his seat.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡ33zzhba0CA
"I'm glad you enjoyed. It's very difficult to find people who enjoy similar interests to me."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡ8uA1N0nbkr
"Now what? Do you just read books and whatnot?" Catherine asked, taking the last sip of her drink.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡvKykTXTQiV
"I'm afraid so...I yearn to join you Prodigies on adventures. They sound full of excitement, far more exciting than being the future ruler of the Time Realm.."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡxT5eCSE7lr
"Then why not join us? From what we've experienced, we certainly need the help." Arsenio asks, leaned back in his chair.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡHnsHISaYjC
"I was never suited for things like that, unfortunately..." Chrono sighs. "My Gift is also a little...hard to control."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡWineHTCbZP
"...Can we see it?"
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡ4VkTXL7MUu
Chrono begins to rub his arms as guilt and embarrassment threw itself on his face.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡuhinDOagwM
"You can say no, you know..." Catherine speaks. "No one's forcing you."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡ6IwNiC8F9w
"It's...complicated."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡXSZflntHax
"That's u-understandable...I have a Gift I can't quite c-control myself..."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡKtA1YpNYOL
Dawlly immediately pops itself out of Isabelle's pocket with an annoyed look.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡUnM9R5RQgh
"I-It's true..." she looks at Dawlly with the same annoyed look.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡ9k2moj40Vq
"Interesting.."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡLJAFefk8lW
"Is there anything else you like to do other than read and fantasize?" Catherine asks.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡ4LP19uF0E7
"I like to learn more about my Gift."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡDMq9pwVpQI
Carefully, as not to fully summon his Gift, Chrono slides his sleeves back and reveals the shiny, golden exterior, speckled with gems of many, his fingernails now sharpened and curved.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡLRRinafsqS
"O-oh my.."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡZeorS47fJT
"This is as far as I'll go..the last thing I want is to turn on you.." Chrono quickly pulls his sleeves back up.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡSLRhHA9cKS
"So, what's your Gift? I'm sure you four have gotten one.."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡaMbIPdEjab
Catherine nudges Nathaniel. "You show yours first. You're the supposed leader."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡANcB9vOvRh
"I have never said that I was a leader..."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡ0yXLVqhCWt
"W-Well..." Isabelle added. "You d-do know the most out of all of us..."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡ8JLr9vkDln
"...Fine.." Nathaniel reluctantly agrees.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡWu88AvZz6A
First, his arm, then up to his shoulder, until his entire body was covered in armor.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡnCZagavevJ
"You never told me you could do that.."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡ6rhG7amGdC
"I feel as if there is... no need to use the full Gift. It is...uncomfortable.." He speaks from within the suit.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡXeOOm1ZBnR
"Well, get the hell out of it then..."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡMipHn9OEYN
He removes himself from the armor, reverting back to his velvet clothes.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡc4qnprbPjR
"Well, since thou wants to assume roles, maybe thou would like to go next, co-leader?"
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡKMwJlyzbP9
"Of course you pin this crap on me.." Catherine growled. "But sure, why not?"
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡEEdAFt0hrT
She slips through her chair, and all the way through the floor.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡfgyfPdmxDK
It was like she was in her own dimension, her escape from reality. She swam around as she heard the others from above.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡbJ7KgEg1VF
That's when she heard a voice calling her name from the distance.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡhfvGrqqxX7
"Hello?" The voice creepily whispered.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡuQKYndILD5
"The hell?" She exclaimed. That freaked her out enough to pull herself out of the Phasing dimension.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡu8oVmoNQy7
She gasped, as if she was underwater when she crawled out.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡL1DZ6bjXvL
"You alright? You've been in the floor for quite a while..." Arsenio mentioned.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡnpV87JgXFs
"...Yeah, something just... freaked me out.."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡs9Trn9hIXm
She slides back in her seat...
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡWEWnHqwLXp
"I-I'll go next..." Isabelle announces. Within seconds, the threads began pulling themselves out of her sleeves.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡmnMqtUnYAj
"I can even control her emotions like this!"
Dawlly pulls itself against the rest of the threads. Isabelle clenches her chest, before dropping. She wakes up in a fit of rage.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡPM9zbpE47W
"I just had to wake up today! Is it wrong to get some sleep around here?!"
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡYj6lxGoFf8
Dawlly smiles innocently as Isabelle continues to roar.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡIBdgVEIoJg
"Don't worry, I've got this.." Arsenio stands up. "Trust me, my charm is irresistible."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡojy7PtoBP2
He grabs her wrists, looks her deep into her eyes..
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡ4xq5jxaYAv
"Ah, great..." Catherine grumbled, rolling her eyes.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡeEsVne5LuY
"Didn't anyone ever tell you that you look adorable when you're angry?"
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡRXgWxUuuMR
Isabelle, easily flustered and caught off guard, immediately snaps back to her timid self.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡrCxsdnHeNZ
"See?" He points out. "It's like a secret perk I have." He starts throwing up two pieces of jewelry.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡxsw6AVtzay
Isabelle immediately feels her ears.
"M-my earrings!"
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡLwoCQC3Ugz
Arsenio chuckles and gives them back to Isabelle. "Don't worry Belle, I might be a thief, but I couldn't steal from a sweet girl like you."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡQRS17pYoHe
Isabelle just kept turning red as she puts back on her earrings.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡKvR2NLXdb7
"So, you yourself do not have a Gift just yet, Arsenio?"
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡAmDeFVxi7P
"I haven't really felt anything, so no...I think."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡ7w2a1K1uCa
Outside, bells begin to ring. Chrono looks up at the clock sitting across the room from him on the wall.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡAAlEgkgUzy
"Ah...only an hour left..."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡCTZ6G9TjJL
"Is there anything else thou wants to say to us before thou becomes Father Time?"
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡmeSEteQ6pE
"Use your Gift well, and I hope we get to see each other more in the future."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡzQ21EBvDMa
Chrono smiles genuinely.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡbbkDt0ENRQ
"So, what now?" Arsenio says, picking his teeth.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡ4DqiQYEPg8
"Well, if you four are attending the ceremony, you'll have to be properly dressed."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡbD8MZpqM7Y
"Well, Verna could've told us that earlier.."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡynZRUHbfSx
"Don't worry, we have a public closet full of gowns and suits for you to wear."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡJVYpeIsT98
Chrono stands up, leads them upstairs and pulls open a closet door.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡSJOPdjkj6p
There were attire in every color of the rainbow.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡ0Q60aKS12R
"Hey, now this is nice!" Catherine says, walking into the spacious closet.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡcJv6Y8uSHA
"Don't be afraid to pick whatever you want!" Chrono says, leaving.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡY4qPwcsxWa
Trying to decide what attire to wear, the Prodigies pick the most extravagant and dazzling outfit that fit them the most.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡjEOw2aoZOE
The four take turns putting on their new clothes, which gleamed and twinkled in the light. Once the four return to the closet.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡiKPJB02737
"Looking nice girls.." Arsenio says.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡgx1nllzs9f
"These shoes are gonna kill me later, but yeah, thanks.."
Catherine complained.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡgUCBjrn28I
"Now that that portion has been completed.."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡvBY3W78QAD
Nathaniel grabs Arsenio by the shoulder.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡL7SIXB2d1u
"Arsenio. Thou shall come with me."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡgbrBAXCULD
He drags him away.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡ3eDIQMOHrY
"Hey uh, Nathaniel, what are you trying to do?"
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡsaOWJj4j0d
"We must fix this hair of thine.."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡNSO6xQqCKL
"Wait...Nate no, my hair is fine-"
Nathaniel pulls Arsenio outside.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡKuKywrbkjF
"Well, it w-wouldn't be too wrong to d-do the same, would it?"
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡm4tXh2JPXK
"No, we can take turns doing each other's hair. That seems hella fun!"
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡnbIx2wszcq
"O-okay!"
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡy87oHyJmEc
Isabelle finds some combs, brushes, and hair accessories.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡsqLTRuyfVu
"N-now, what kind of hairstyle would you want?"
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡaAKcfWYQ2q
"Something simple, I guess. Not trying to impress anyone.."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡb7XyFkDiWb
Isabelle gets to unbraiding Catherine's hair, carefully and gracefully taking it apart. In the middle of brushing however, Isabelle stops.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡZ6W8pA939W
"Uhm...Catherine?"
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡJsKEPlA6I3
"Yeah?"
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡ6AY32q04ES
"There's a m-mark or something...on your neck.."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡRrfwTftjxV
"Huh? What does it look like?"
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡ6LTiTRRhwp
"It l-looks like something scratched you... you didn't g-get attacked b-by anything, did you?"
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡOUPkOORDbs
Catherine scratches her neck once again.
"I dunno, I thought I just had an allergic reaction to something yesterday, that's when it started itching like crazy.."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡQfnBM8bapY
"D-Do you have any allergies?"
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡsod5kwxwOp
"I'm not supposed to."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡbRWivEAspo
"...Oh my.."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡMtYlAM1BxJ
"I'm not too worried about it... it'll clear up soon..."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡmaWBXIDDM6
"...If you say so.."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡAdNtx3ROce
Isabelle continues to brush and straighten Catherine's hair. Before she knew it, Isabelle was already putting a flower pin neatly upon her head.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡkds65ltnks
Isabelle puts a mirror in front of her face. "T-Tada!"
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡzGp21Jpkjv
"Oh damn. That's actually really good."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡHVydB5TEjE
"T-thank you.."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡ5gZ18LzV7u
They switch positions, with Catherine sitting behind Isabelle to do her hair.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡyb5zZecG5B
"Is there anything specific you want to get?"
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡwmIZCq0Zly
"U-Uhm.."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡWiPAC6Vk5E
"Oh wait, I actually learned how to do this one hairstyle, French roll or something like that?"
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡY6Lrt90VZw
"Okay, that one t-then.."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡNKIxGZe52q
"Alright."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡjfW9psUfBN
Catherine gathers all of Isabelle's hair, pulling it together, wrapping it around itself, until it looks like the hairstyle.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡUZgVZIiPEv
"Crap, I don't have any hair pins.."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡbHMZld5n5J
"D-don't worry, I have a backup.."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡfZ7d4wKYR4
With her Gift, Isabelle sews the updo together until it fits securely, then places her own pin into her head.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡWPiNqZIkEJ
"...That works too.."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡivWTeDEzyK
Both the boys suddenly walk back into the closet. Arsenio's hair was no longer covering his eye, but instead pulled back to where someone could see both.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡ6VQG7h74Xh
"I still don't get why you did this, it was fine as it is.."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡnbcWoFWiT2
"Trust me, thou would rather look like this."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡyrBwzwz7A3
"I see the boys didn't have a good time picking out hairstyles." Catherine taunted.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡsyqYTiH5ph
"T-They do seem to be in a debate.." Isabelle added.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡHYqo0iHxy9
"It's gonna take forever to put my hair back now.." Arsenio protested.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡEUqOZzTuSz
"Let's not w-worry about that... we're supposed t-to have fun.."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡxXDTdOggci
"Yeah, I guess that's true..."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡskSMpc9mTF
There was thirty more minutes left. Still plenty of time to waste. Chrono comes back to check on them.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡZT0fRMlHSi
"Ah, looking exquisite Prodigies!" Chrono praises them. "I'm sure you'll be the best looking ones out there!"
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡmP5as3tLPt
"Eh, I doubt it, but I feel a lot prettier in this poofy thing.." Catherine flutters the ends of her dress.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡcxHmaQFMrB
"Ah, don't be so modest, you look great!"
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡKo8HWnXQLB
"Well, we still have lots of time. What should we do until then?" Arsenio asks.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡE3AOSSscIJ
"Why wait?" Chrono asks. "I can manipulate time at will. I'll just skip time a few minutes.."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡilpLe6Y5Pd
Chrono raises his arms. Their breathing gets faster, no, everything they did became quicker than their eyes can see, then abruptly...it all stops. The bells ring once again.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡvJzRtvtOmn
"...That was...strange."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡTZ3JounB1S
"Let's go. The ceremony's about to start."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡsiM9UR4Vfj
Catherine pushes Chrono out of the door. "We're right behind you, don't worry."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡg7DLcqz5q3
Chrono sighs, stands in a more noble-like pose, and walks out with same neutral face as before. The Prodigies start walking similarly, standing on the sidelines as they got to the end of the golden aisle.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡnHrOIZaqlL
The crowd begins to applaud as Verna appears behind Chrono. She clears her throat.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡETykRoE1u3
"Welcome everyone, to Chrono's coronation. It's been a while since we've had one of these, huh?"
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡslxMwbQMUV
The crowd erupted into light laughter.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡdRPfUXcHQ3
"Anyways," she continued. "let's get to the best part."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡpsZhk6Xofn
She turns Chrono around, hold his hands gently.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡ7j5FMSQ6XY
"Do you solemnly swear, as long as you live, that you will fairly rule over the Time Realm?"
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡctjyFwg7nG
Chrono silently nods.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡsSG6rGcXbL
Verna releases his hands, opens her own, and in them, appears an extravagant crown which seemed to glow in the light.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡuHgkcJfa6H
"Well then," she places it upon his head. "..you are now Father Time."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡrHqeqI41o5
Everyone explodes into cheers. The Prodigies couldn't help but clap along.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡdr8YHjFn4r
"Now, let us commence. Grab a partner, for the party is about to begin!"
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡVY2NU2mpo1
Groups begin to pull apart into parties of two, music begins to fade in.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡtwOjhfxVwS
Catherine feels fluttery from the tension.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡPAvF1INTVZ
"...Is something the matter Catherine?" Nathaniel's voice seemed louder than the opening song softly playing in background, the duos of dancers twirling around like a top.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡQdDWPlzepy
"I just...never danced before. I just sat in the back of the room drinking punch and looking at everyone else at prom." she returned, sadly chuckling. "Speaking of which...I should go do that now."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡTvqL20kvg6
She trudges off to a table, which had some people conversing between each other, and some cool punch standing on a table. Catherine brainlessly takes a cup, picks up the golden ladle, and puts the drink in the cup before taking a sip, like she always does.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡbl7KfkALUN
She tries to find familiar people swimming through the crowd like fish in water. Catherine is lost in thought as she took another sip, the cool temperature of the drink removing the clawing tension from her head and shoulders.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡojCJvKIPrt
"Does thou plan to do this at every party?"
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡhDvu4V9yz5
Catherine finds the source of the tension. She knew Nathaniel was standing behind her the entire time. Without looking back, she responds.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡhSNruGlRmv
"I don't have anything else to do. Why'd you follow me anyway?"
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡ3clinAJ8c8
"I actually came here for a pastry.." he reaches behind her to grab a tart from the tray on the table, taking a bite and getting jam and whipped cream on his face.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡQx3EegrOFN
"Nate, you dumbass..."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡk1z5RoobC6
"Hm?"
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡmmukh8EfHk
"You have jam and crap all over your face.."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡNMxJC120Gn
She pulls a napkin, and is just about to hand it to him, when a voice yells in pain, quieting the party to silence.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡZjpKGIf3ZT
"...What's going on?"
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡPqmaYoeKDg
"I am not sure."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡ96VuKKSx8o
"...Boost me."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡCqQQUcrkbk
"What?"
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡLJWMUfd1Vr
Catherine struggles to climb up Nathaniel. Once she reaches his shoulders, her eyes catch something unexpected.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡDPpI9jKFs1
"It's...Chrono.."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡo0W7o7fPDJ
The two push participants out of the way.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡZgWg3Ibke2
"I was worried about his hands and..." a girl whispered towards them.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡRKTWBaFvep
"Don't worry, we've got this."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡ6NFtmTvPXy
It seems like his Gift was finally coming into play.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡvZmd3nafwM
"Chrono...are you alright?"
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡfPzTS8bQ8c
Chrono grabs the edge of Catherine's dress to pull himself up.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡ38OVKc89w1
"I'm fine, really! My Gift just... activated all on it's own.."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡEyq3eZvw1g
As he stands up, everyone could see his Gift's true form. His face was plated halfway with gold, just as his arms were.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡ2ZoopBYp7f
"But seriously, I'm fine!"
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡ9xPUdARnNY
More of his face became jagged.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡV3yRekfVeQ
"... Let's go. Nate, you get Arsenio and Isabelle."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡCNMyLKXDzP
Catherine pulled Chrono away from the party, taking him back the House of Father Time.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡyCObjvzYZm
"Okay, Chrono...what happened?"
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡVyykBocobv
"I-I think the stress...plus the demonstration from this morning..."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡQKgSD9Z6FZ
Nathaniel and the others enter the room as more of Chrono's face became encased into more gold. His clothing began to rip as thorns began poking through.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡp8v5TrZNq6
"C-Chrono? Are you okay?"
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡGj1qcrtzV9
"I-I am f-fine, Prodigies...this is just what happens...It's a little painful, though..."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡBKU2K3hfTP
More barbs rip around his body, horns even start to curve from his head.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡqI8rTlR7FT
"O-Oh goodness.."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡlFU6EKkWuz
"I just have to...fight it. I can't hurt anyone if..."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡkbucSeGzwn
His breathing gets heavier than stones.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡixNVhtF8es
"Is there anyone we can get for help?"
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡc3n0mLmE9f
"You don't need to bring anyone. Just...leave before it.."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡfTc23wprFD
Without thinking, Chrono threw a glass from a table right beside him.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡEbFnUXNZuC
"Okay okay! Let's calm down.." Arsenio says, recovering from dodging.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡ1QyhHqyF02
"I-I can't! It's going to..."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡvyuQYB2PPL
The Prodigies prepare themselves, but they were still unprepared for Chrono's unpredictable speed as he dashed at Catherine and threw her out of the window behind them.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡJ8xrsCVMJB
Catherine simply used Phasing to break her fall, diving into the floor.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡRREoaEfngZ
The voice from before called again. "There she is again!"
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡCqMTLPtNoN
"...Who the hell are you? What do you want?"
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡ9UlZ10aeLV
She saw a stripe of bright cyan wave past her. Catherine tried desperately to find where the line went.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡAl36eZB5tF
"...Behind you.."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡdtk8SuYzHy
Catherine turned around to see the menacing face of a dragon staring back at her. She was about to take a breath to scream.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡy03ks21uzr
"Hey, don't scream. I just want to know how you got here."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡFYTOR6AcVY
Catherine confusingly looks.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡKfYEykkekI
"This is my Gift...I can phase through crap like it's water. I broke my fall from a building.."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡUoeSdvdVcd
"Oh, you must be the person I marked yesterday. Makes sense, I guess.."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡO2bD0Ddmiv
"M-Marked?"
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡStNdfd88hQ
"That itch you could never satisfy." It points towards Catherine's neck.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡEzPMKf2vZ6
"...Wait, that was you?"
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡAg6X05ZLV9
The serpent playfully clears it's throat before bellowing menacingly.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡT0OxpXlVXH
"Allow me to become you, and I shall spare your life!"
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡEd1DFOjV9c
"...Do I get other abilities other than falling through stuff?"
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡsogK9NMyAL
The dragon shrugs. "I think so?"
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡMCjPxPXA1g
"Great. Come on then."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡ6zULA5m0aT
It phases through Catherine, unlocking a surge of energy and power within her.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡnkgWpAA2ka
Catherine climbs out of the dimension as the others were looking for her.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡf2jn0SkSRU
"Sorry if I scared you guys.."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡX0lBxdi7qt
"Catherine! Y-you're okay!"
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡwdXZWbFJtd
"Yeah, I just got a new friend."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡoujkwyu2M3
The dragon only appeared as a ghost coiled around her body.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡPnlWuDRaqc
"And her name is?"
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡHfVDHOFor0
"Not sure.."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡqrpjf1yI73
Like a ghost, the dragon swapped her soul with Catherine's.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡ0KpykxWpT3
"Piravit. My name is Piravit, the Spiritual Dragon of Phasing. I have chosen Catherine here as my host..."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡkiLyDENSU6
"Thou is...possessing her.."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡhzS77X0YVI
"Oh no, she agreed to this. It's more of a symbiotic relationship. I get to go to stay here in her body, and she gets my strength."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡzzhT3O56k8
"Cool. Now...about him.."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡFm2QiGEYJU
Arsenio points at the shattered window that Catherine fell out of.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡcFTg1KVh32
Chrono's roar echoed throughout the realm as he perched on the window.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡ2Y05k3rCjF
"Oi! You have some explaining to do!"
Catherine says as she takes back control of her body.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡx21a8oiOzE
"...Catherine, that's the Time Beast!"
Piravit says as a echoing voice inside her head.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡPJaTkO4LLr
"Eh? That's Chrono, that's just his Gift."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡDaRXwVD94f
"Like you, he's been marked. If he sees me with you, he'll kill us both!"
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡlIF1RbffpO
As on cue, Chrono jumps down right in front of Catherine, as if analyzing her. Then with angry aura, throws her again.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡXCiTzp5CFI
Catherine hits the ground, tumbling.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡ806IvsFLfY
She struggles to pick herself up, as Chrono runs towards her.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡ5Hf9QzAxG4
"What the hell did you do for him to get pissed off?"
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡHeKMtCxrqz
The dragon goes back to it's spiritual state.
"Sooo, about 2,000 years ago...I made a bet with him...I kinda lost said bet and I hid in the Phasing Dimension until someone strong enough could become my host... hehe.."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡfe8u57LsnV
"You have gotta be kidding me!"
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡJXYGiHEVOn
"But don't worry! I'm sure if we beat him, he'll come to his senses!"
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡzuRraOccUe
Chrono pulls a punch towards them, only to be stopped by Isabelle's thread.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡUW7GZiXeg7
"C-Chrono! You h-have to come t-to your senses!"
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡTTd0ueyT75
"Get off!" He returns in a ferocious roar as he cuts the thread with his nails. Isabelle, pained, has to step back and catch her breath.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡ6y91vAyA86
"I-I'm sorry...I can't k-keep him still..."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡ2Wq2tFIkU2
"It's alright! You've spared me some time!"
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡ2jhKfd3UL8
"Let me take over!" Piravit immediately pulls Catherine out, becoming the one in control.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡamILbKzdU1
As soon as Chrono began a barrage of punches, Piravit pulls away, but was able to only dodge a few before tanking them.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡfGpEmRr7eF
"He's way too fast! I can't get a hit on him!"
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡpyepgnQpGv
As Chrono kept punching her in the chest, Piravit, in Catherine's body, was thinking of ideas, pondering as hard as her breathing.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡh8Gw0KvQoG
Piravit begins to punch rapidly in response, until the two stop.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡZeTai4C4Mt
"I have to say..." Piravit states tauntingly. " You've given me quite the workout since I left my dimension-"
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡR01wCR3kED
While it's still in the middle of it's sentence, Chrono begins to attack again, as Piravit had to take what seemed to be dozens of punches at once.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡSEA45ToO7b
"So, p-playing dirty are we?"
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡSDiASMQVi8
Chrono responds with an angry, but silent, glare.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡuwpl2mTOfb
"Great, I like games without rules..."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡTihuIsu6w4
Piravit phases back into the floor. When they return to the Phasing Dimension, the two separate.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡDZvjNgx59W
"Okay, so new plan..."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡA7RQgyaEN2
Catherine coughs as she feels the after effects of earlier.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡpKpUFCTbKi
"You better think of something and fast..."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡktUpOX7rdL
"There's one last thing we can do, but you have to follow a specific set of rules and-"
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡTEGcpvE4jd
"Nevermind... I'll figure something out.."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡYJ6GK94Er6
Catherine jumps from the dimension and behind Chrono, where she sneakily kicks him.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡDthz7xq98k
Piravit follows shortly behind her.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡg11CnkMwlb
She kneels down towards Chrono.
"Well? Are you having fun yet? Not fun being attacked without noticing, huh?"
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡs1l1x05QMz
Chrono swipes at Catherine's arm, barely cutting her.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡM5eFos7LUu
"...Nah. Didn't think so.." she says, standing up. "Didn't know you'd get this bad.."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡSI1nmbIkF3
She picks him up. "Come on. Let's finish this so you can go back to normal at least. I have things to do.."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡU90CwnqLSb
Catherine stands in a fighting position.
"I'll only use my power alone."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡBf94lrDHwi
"Then allow me to join you." Arsenio says, standing beside her.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡkGJ06dvivH
"What are you gonna do, flirt him to death?"
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡLq8vDe0fLd
"I actually had something else in mind.."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡDJWt2RkGCN
Arsenio was finally able to conjure a Gift, as an arm cannon faded to fit on top of his hand.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡOvJ1OGtdAM
"I wanted to test this thing, you know?"
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡoAtmFgzLmF
"...Whatever."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡcqKqIZDs9G
"Come forward..." Chrono says menacingly.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡNEgIXUGZWM
"Whatever you say, your Majesty."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡGxKjLlKb9n
As the two-on-one began, more of the participants of the ceremony began to watch from a distance.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡpSph2heZtC
"Seems like we've made quite an audience.."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡ3TJGa8XSbP
"Let's make this the best coronation the Time Realm has ever seen.."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡXabQQIaCxg
The two Prodigies went two different directions, hoping for one of them to leave an opening for the other, but Chrono had a few more abilities to use to his disposal.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡJqs9EL183Q
With a sharp yell, time itself began to slow.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡCHfUPsMMas
"Damnit! We're stuck until.."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡoTGwcxCF5g
Chrono begins his attack while they're stuck midair within the clutches of time. Catherine can feel the struggle as she tries to move and break herself free, to no avail.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡnepjunfyVc
She feels the true strength of Chrono as he lands multiple attacks, the pain settling in before she could react. Chrono snaps his fingers, releasing time from it's statue. The sharp, deep pains only burned more as she fell.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡQF9OzMVcWt
"...I don't think we're gonna make it if he keeps stopping time like that.." She says, spitting up blood and standing up.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡDZXk7Ky1Rb
Arsenio reveals the power of his own Gift, as a fiery beam escaped from his hands as a brilliant red. It took Chrono's mind off of Catherine as he tries to block the flame beam with his bare arms.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡcZfIyvHyuN
Catherine jumps up.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡ0AD9qPacyz
"You're welcome!" Arsenio says from afar.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡboIyfEhDyn
"Thanks! Keep looking for openings!"
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡ6O5rT6TmKX
As Arsenio keeps circling the area, and the crowd becomes more congested, Catherine continues to fight, dodging and landing punches. She even managed to crack the golden frame that latched onto Chrono's face. The both of them couldn't tell if they were trembling from fatigue or excitement. Their legs were just about to give in, when Chrono stops attacking.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡZaMCspNtlx
"A-alright...you've proven your worth.."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡX7TAgF2wqh
"Is this Chrono we're speaking to?" Arsenio asks as his Gift charges up once again and picks Catherine up.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡsoH0LxcbzL
"I-I'm not sure.."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡyqguZoE4QD
"Make sure you're sure. I'd hate to hit you with this thing for no reason."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡoUYKlyNE5Y
"I'm in the conscious of Chrono yes, but..." he looks at his hands and feels against face. "I don't know what body I'm in anymore.."
More cracks split the golden covering, from head to toe.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡiOiaFOigcQ
Chrono shakes his head. "N-nevermind! Let us continue with the celebration, yes?"
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡbQtkM7W7wh
"To be honest, I'm worn out..."
Catherine huffed. "You're like...crazy strong."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡbhKbno8d9t
"I-I'll make it up to you, I swear!"
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡBKFOBvpL1D
Piravit peeks from the floor. "Can I come out now?"
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡ7gSEeun8dm
"Depends.." Chrono says. "Are you willing to take your side of the deal?"
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡOkfjYnMpXG
"Eep!" Piravit says, coiling itself around Catherine and hiding behind her. "A-Ah! My part of the deal...?"
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡFbJjRA6tMr
"You shall give me full entry to your dimension. That was your promise to me."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡgxec33fcVK
"...Fine. But you can't keep using Chrono as a vessel for your battles."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡahC0B9KWL3
Chrono stares for a second, before hitting the ground, parts of his golden shell chipping off.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡn6PaMxyh7h
The Time Beast appears as a ghost, similar to Piravit, above Chrono's body. His body pulls from the floor, as he dusts himself off.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡ2BIWkxXjNe
"He's suppressed his power...I think."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡRQrLGjtgXA
"Wait, they have a gender?"
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡd5xsyCUczu
"Yeah..." Piravit answered. "It is quite obvious that I'm female. No whiskers, see?"
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡCx1SaFayb3
"I guess.."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡeknAoftujc
"Catherine! Arsenio!" Isabelle says, stumbling her own feet. "A-Are you two alright?"
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡtpUbzjYhcm
"I'm good. Not sure about Catherine though."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡvmtfjzpnDh
"Nah, I'll be alright. I don't think he broke anything."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡBzbydhWVUo
Nathaniel also approaches them with another tart in hand.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡlolNM6GR68
"Nate! You just had one of those things!"
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡiQBjvH014l
"I must try every single flavor." He says taking another giant bite.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡAr2PeKksGJ
"..M-Maybe we should g-go.."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡmQJFegbknC
"Are you sure? We can just...continue the party as normal.."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡVdCE0yunpU
Arsenio shrugs. "Seems like a plan to me."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡz0K9IFVR6R
Slowly, the music begins to play. Partners begin to group together. It was like the party was uninterrupted the entire time.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡdY8rGyKcaZ
The Prodigies were peppered with compliments of their strength, but eventually, the other participants calmed down and went back to chat amongst themselves. The Prodigies had fun eating and dancing to the music that wafted throughout the realm air.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡzk4eiNwo0b
After the party, the Prodigies carried Chrono back into the House of Father Time.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡncOfnMAPa1
"Thank you, you four. Hopefully I can get around with solving some of your Timebreaker problems sometime!"
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡWekHfGCrOV
"We'd greatly appreciate it. We don't know how strong the next one'll be."
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡXVeqvt9M9d
Chrono waves them away as they go back to the Sanctuary. Ezra was already asleep when they returned, wrapped up in a blanket.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡ1UXmrw11KV
"Well, we should get some rest too."
Catherine announced.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡVmfGVGFhZw
"Way ahead of you." Arsenio says, dropping into the bed.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡ6NrnyIqkAg
Everyone puts themselves to bed for the night, and the Prodigies fall asleep.
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡ4uPKJWKF9C
Silently, in the middle of the night, someone's Tempural Energy swarmed the room...
909Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡUdrtT5WKTR
