It pains me to say that I am here to bring you sad news, although I submitted this story on both Wattpad and Tapas only in January of this year, and involved MalamignaTubig’s name, he already left after months of making this novel. We did not fight nor was I angry, it’s just that he had a lot of schoolwork to attend to and did not have any time to discuss our novel. It was fun, remembering our story that led me to make this novel.

It was a boring night inside my room when I decided to finally read a manga, my friend, Bosh, suggested to me, the manga was Mushoku Tensei. After I finished the manga, I immediately suggested it to my other friends, MalamignaTubig included, because I loved the manga so much. I urged him to read it on discord with an open camera together with Bosh. My favorite arc was when the protagonist had a fight with his father, the 3 of us were crying on discord while reading that arc, and both Bosh and I laughed at MalamignaTubig’s crying face. Since then, it became my favorite arc and series just because of that memory. Only regret I had was that I should’ve recorded that time we all cried.

We made Betsukairu after we finished all chapters of Mushoku Tensei (Manga) in August of 2020. While I was reading the novel, continuing after the events of the manga, I suddenly felt an urge to make a story to show the world and also influence others. I always wanted to create a story but don’t know what to write about. I always loved necromancer in games and as a whole, the power to bring the dead to life intrigues me, so I decided to write with the necromancer class in mind. I showed my initial draft to MalamignaTubig and asked for a collaboration. And since August 28, 2020, we’ve been making ‘Betsu no Sekai ni Mezameru’. After our debut in college, both of us began to neglect the novel and slowed down. While I continued the novel during my free time, MalamignaTubig never had the time, so we discussed it properly that after we finish volume 1, I would remove his name from our novel and that he will only get a cut in volume 1, which he agreed to and apologized for his negligence. After volume 1, I stopped writing, but never forgot about it. I also stopped reading the novel Mushoku Tensei mainly because I don’t want to finish and forget the story that changed my life and move on. A year later, in December 2021, a storm struck Bohol where I lived at that time and we were left with no electricity, water, and Internet, that’s when I decided to finally finish the novel, and on December 31st I finished Mushoku Tensei with a broken heart, realizing that the story that started it all was already over (although it hasn’t).

I went back to our novel and fixed the first volume as I realized the lesson Mushoku Tensei was trying to convey, to stop being pathetic, start giving effort, and enjoy life.

2020年8月に『魔界転生』（漫画）を全巻読み終えた後、『Betsukairu』を作りました。漫画の続きの小説を読んでいるうちに、ふと「物語を作って世の中に見せたい」「人に影響を与えたい」という衝動に駆られたんです。物語を作りたいけど、何を書けばいいのかわからない。もともとゲームのネクロマンサーが好きで、死者を蘇らせる力に興味があったので、ネクロマンサーというクラスを意識して書いてみようと思いました。最初の原稿をMalamignaTubigに見せて、コラボレーションをお願いしました。そして2020年8月28日から「ベツの世界にめざめよ」を作っています。大学でのデビュー後、二人とも小説を放置するようになり、ペースダウン。私は空いた時間に小説を続けていましたが、MalamignaTubigは時間がなかったので、1巻が終わったら、私は彼の名前を小説から消し、彼は1巻のカットだけもらうということをきちんと話し合い、彼もそれを了承して、怠慢を謝りました。1巻の後、私は書くのをやめたが、忘れることはなかった。小説『武則天』も主に、自分の人生を変えた物語を読み終えて忘れ、前に進みたくないという理由で読むのをやめました。それから1年後の2021年12月、当時住んでいたボホール島を嵐が襲い、電気も水道もインターネットも使えない状態になったとき、ようやく小説を読み終えようと思い、12月31日、すべての始まりの物語がすでに終わっていることに気づき（終わってはいませんが）、失意のうちに「無色転生」を書き上げました。
