Netflix 竟然有新劇以運動做主題，雖然貓對體操本身不特別感興趣，還是選來看看，畢竟運動主題劇集實在不多。

《Gymnastics Academy: A Second Chance》雖說是圍繞體操集訓揀卒的故事，不過其實劇情主要聚焦在少女們的勾心鬥角，反而幾乎完全沒提及體操技巧或評分準則。即使女主有傷患在身需要進行復健，也不曾詳述特訓如何助她克服傷患，只是特訓結束，女主便忽然成功走出陰霾，做到先前害她受傷的動作。

論劇情其實頗失敗，畢竟運動劇不熱血乃一大敗筆。感情戲更可笑，不值一哂。

唯一值得一讚是少女們下的苦功。

主角們全部親身上陣，動作也許青澀但不馬虎。單從她們那身肌肉（那腹肌！）、擺的姿勢一望而知真材實料，那 posture 是時間血汗的見證，一如芭蕾舞娘的動作外行人做來有形無神，模仿不來。

同為運動員，很明白運動員所投入的時間心血，面對的取捨和掙扎。本來這劇用上現實中的體操運動員去演，貓抱有蠻大期望，可惜劇本浪費了她們的實力，感覺體操在這套劇只能算活動裝飾。
