It was a dark night in Mystic Falls, as Rebekah Mikaelson walked casually down sidewalks with no destination in mind. She was alone. The town was quiet with barely anyone out at this night. She stopped, sensing something. Even though she was vampire, she couldn't smell it through the blowing wind and the falling snow. The werewolf snarled at and lunged. It then attacked her and snapped at her with teeth bared. Its claws dug into her skin and caused her to bleed. Then it tore into her left shoulder and right side of her neck with its k-9 teeth.
Katherine had been walking down sidewalks on her way to the Salvatore boarding house, but stopped when she saw the scene a distance off. Then she ran towards the scene and through it off her.
