"Wake up."

Freya froze as she stared at the stranger standing opposite her—at herself.
A dream. It has to be a dream. She tried everything she could think of to snap out of it.
Suddenly, the other Freya stepped closer. "The future needs to be rewritten."
"Only you can do this."
Feeling afraid, Freya stepped back. But her double lunged forward and grabbed her wrist. The skin was freezing cold. Freya yanked back, and the world tore apart as she jolted awake.
Nothing was right. The layout of the room was completely wrong.
Freya shot upright with a gasp. A framed photo of herself in a graduation robe caught her eye, but before she could process it further, her gaze locked onto a folded piece of paper sitting on the desk across the bed.
