When I decided to learn digital marketing, I quickly discovered that reading articles and watching videos was only part of the process. I wanted to apply what I was learning, so I challenged myself to build a real website from scratch.
I created a coffee-themed website called Morning Brew Co. The project gave me the opportunity to work on website design, content writing, page organization, and improving the overall experience for visitors.
One of the biggest lessons I learned was that every improvement matters. Whether it was rewriting a paragraph, changing the layout of a page, or making navigation clearer, each update made the website better than before.
Building a real project also taught me patience. Not everything worked perfectly on the first attempt, and many ideas needed testing and refinement. That experience helped me understand that learning is a continuous process.
The project continues to grow as I explore new ideas and improve my skills. Looking back, starting with a simple project was one of the best decisions I made because it allowed me to learn by doing instead of only studying theory.
If you'd like to see the project, you can visit it here:

For anyone beginning their own journey in web design or digital marketing, I recommend creating a project around something you enjoy. It doesn't have to be perfect. The important thing is to start, keep learning, and improve over time.
