Your Hoodie Still Smells Like Me
Summary
Eli Navarro thought he had finally moved on from his first love.
Two years after a painful breakup, he transfers to a new university determined to start over, focus on film school, and forget the boy who once meant everything to him.
Then he sees Kai Arden again.
Cold, unreadable, and still impossible to forget.
Now stuck in the same housing program and surrounded by mutual friends, the two exes are forced back into each other’s lives — late-night group hangouts, awkward silences, jealous arguments, and memories that refuse to stay buried.
Kai acts like their relationship never mattered.
Eli pretends he no longer cares.
But small things say otherwise.
The way Kai still remembers Eli’s coffee order. The way Eli still reaches for Kai during crowded moments. And the old oversized hoodie Kai never returned — the one that somehow still smells like him.
As old feelings slowly resurface, both of them must face the truth they avoided for years:
Maybe they didn’t break up because they stopped loving each other.
Maybe they just didn’t know how to love properly back then.
