School Memories. When you think of them, it feels...well, warm and nostalgic. Like you'd want to climb into a time machine and live through it all over again. Even though we all have ones we hate. But for every school memory we'll hate, we have two more school memories we'll cherish forever.
My favorite school memory is every single time my sixth grade class played dodgeball. Even though dodgeball felt the same every day. Maybe some of you guys will understand this, but whenever you get picked to be on a dodgeball team in middle school, it basically feels like you just got recruited in the military. "Dodgeball is war and war is dodgeball," those silly sixth grade boys in my class would always chant. And when someone hits you and gets you out, you're practically dead and helpless. Well, for me and the girls in my class, we would just dodge, catch, and hide behind the boys, because we could not throw balls.21Please respect copyright.PENANATIuZJ29sun
At least, it was that way for me most of the days we had played dodgeball. My best friend Stephanie said, "I bet you can't get Micah out in the nest seven minutes." Again, I could not throw for beans. But, proving Stephanie wrong was the best feeling in the world, at the time.
So, I picked up a stray dodgeball and threw it straight and fast at Micah. Except, the ball landed at his um...family jewels (he still got out). But in the end, it was worth seeing the reaction on Stephanie's face.21Please respect copyright.PENANA4prgKFZtHG
