Prologue:
Viewers in many different locations were tuned into the news, watching a beautiful blond female news broadcaster, Judith Grey, give her broadcast.
Judith Grey stated, “Welcome back, this is Judith Grey. This afternoon, Military authorities have reported highly advanced weaponry stolen from a Marine Corps Base on the island of Puerto Rico.”
A holographic image of a hi-tec grenade appeared beside Judith.
Judith continued with, “According to Marine Corps Authorities, the missing hi-tec weapons are smart grenades that are programmed to detonate in a crowd of people, but only eliminate the intended targets while sparing all other bystanders.”
The holographic image beside Judith Grey vanished.
Judith then quoted, “Global terrorist are not suspected however, being that today’s military technology makes it impossible for global terrorist to even draw near such highly advanced U.S. military weaponry that’s located on U.S. territory.”
The media screen showed a female Marine Corps Colonel prepared to speak.
In the background, a group of Marine Corps police officers jogged in a steady pace, each carrying a rifle.
Judith was heard saying in voice over mode, “We go live now to Marine Corps Colonel Megan Muroc, Chief Commander of the military base where the newly advanced smart grenades turned up missing.”
Colonel Muroc stated, “Our main concern is not so much the dozen of our hi-tec grenades missing from our base. Reason is, they can only be detonated by authorized Military personnel from any U.S. Military headquarters. So surely enough, if the party responsible for stealing this weaponry is watching me right now, they can understand that their action of theft was a TOTAL waste of their time and energy.” The media screen went back to Judith.
Judith quoted, “However, despite the fact that the grenades can NOT be detonated away from the location of any U.S. military headquarters, Marine Corps police officials continue to investigate both on and off base, to find the thieves. More after this...”

The Victimized Witness.

Such a beautiful areal scenery this was.
The large variety of cotton resembling fluffy-puffy grey and white rain clouds appeared to wear the colorful blend of orange, yellow, and a slight touch of red as they reflected the evening sunlight.
At least, that’s what Cindy thought as she stared out the window of the plane, not being able to help but admire this beautiful scene. …a beautiful scene above a vicious thunder storm. Cindy was even beyond imagining this to be an oil painting.
Cindy even used her A.I. watch to take a few holographic images. …holographic images that instantly stored themselves in the archives of her A.I. watch for her to view anytime she wanted.
Underneath these clouds, OBVIOUSLY it was dark grey and pouring rain; or as people used to say about heavy rains, ‘Raining cats and dogs.’
From the nice and cosey interior of the plane, Lamich, while sitting next to Cindy, could do nothing less than notice Cindy’s lust for the view in the areal exterior.
“Take a look in the mirror if you wanna see something MORE beautiful,” Lamich complemented Cindy.
…informing Cindy that the view was of no comparison to her.
“Aww,” Cindy responded while overly flattered, rather than taking offense like she normally would if a male total stranger were to compliment her this SAME way.
Cindy and Lamich happily kissed each other on the lips. They were already enjoying their summer trip before the aircraft even landed. …a VERY romantic moment for them.

At the airport... an hour later…
The sun was minutes away from setting. And this sunset created an absolutely GORGEOUS scene that Cindy took holographic images of.
Geez… Cindy just had a THING for beautiful sunsets. She was totally addicted to looking at them.
It’s been minutes sense the rainstorm had at last ceased, leaving the skies mostly cloudy as well as the wet ground reflecting the remarkably beautiful view above in an upside-down image.
But anyway, after gathering their luggage from the baggage claim department, Mac, Cindy, and Lamich headed for the exit of the airport terminal; all three being anxious to get out and site see Puerto Rico.
But for the most part, they had arrived here for a family reunion celebration, which was scheduled to take place in a few days...
YES, Mac and Cindy Brocovich had relatives living here in Puerto Rico; which is why celebrating their family reunion on this beautiful paradise island seemed like a fun idea.
“Are you guys coming with me to dad’s cafe?” Mac asked Cindy and Lamich. Mac, by saying ‘DAD’, he was referring to his father-in-law. But out of respect, he called him Dad.
“Only for a while,” Cindy replied.
“Then Lamich and I are gonna do some site seeing, and then go watch grandpa test at the dojo,” Cindy added, meaning her mother’s father.
Cindy then added to her sentence saying, “…where he practices Karate that is.”
‘Cindy’s last statement was surely enough an unnecessary add-on. …but what the heck?’
“You know, it'll probably be more convenient to site see during the day. I mean, but if it’s more beautiful to you here at night…,” Mac stated.
“Yes dad. Lamich and I love how it looks here at night,” Cindy convinced, finishing Mac’s sentence for him.
“Yes,” Lamich agreed, then he added, “…Seeing all the holographic night time images of this island. …Couldn’t wait to see it in person.”
“Well, I’m already sure that you two know what to look out for. …you remember what was on the news media yesterday?” Mac reminded.
“Yes,” Lamich said. “Cindy's mother gave us that same redundant speech.”
“Dad, you better be careful yourself,” Cindy advised.
“I WILL be careful myself,” Mac blindly promised.
“Any of you paged customer service to see about our reserved rental car?” Lamich asked.
“It’s already waiting for us honey,” Cindy replied.

In The Streets of Puerto Rico…
Lamich and Cindy slowly walked while holding hands, stopping every now and then around different beautiful surroundings to take selfies with their A.I. watches.
Lightning flashed from time to time, exposing the ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL scenery of the variety of clouds that took up the night sky. However, there were still no additional tropical showers.
Cindy and Lamich had begun ignoring the flashing lightning and sounds of thunder by this time, being SO TOO FAR more focused on spending this late evening enjoying their nice dinner together, and later, strolling down the beautiful beach while taking more selfies.

At A Loco Café...
Automobiles made light noises as they glided by in both directions.
People walked about the streets.
At the entrance to the cafe, Mac exited with two family friends. Todd, who stood six feet tall and had long hair while at the same time slightly bald at the top; and Poland, who was Todd’s partner on the force.
Poland was also six feet tall, black man with middle shaded skinned, and was mid to late forties.
“I didn't know your father-in-law used to have his own show on TBN, Mac,” Poland quoted.
“In a few days we celebrate his 96th birthday,” Mac replied.
“Car is in great shape for his last few days of being 95. …still training in Karate,” Todd added with an impressed voice tone. ...impressed being that he watched Car practice karate before.
Todd had surely hoped to be in this good of shape or better by the time he was to reach the age of 95 himself.
“He's actually at a belt promotional testing right now at the local Karate dojo. I believe Cindy and Lamich said they were gonna go and watch him,” Mac mentioned.
“Mr. Brocovich is at a belt promotional testing? And you're hanging around here with us?” Todd questioned.
“If I were to see my father's promotional testing, I would have to sightsee with Lamich and Cindy. I wanted to give them both their sightseeing time alone,” Mac mentioned.
“Alright, that makes sense,” Poland said. “But you guys only have one reserved rental car.”
Todd, Mac, and Poland approached this BEAUTIFUL AWSOME LOOKING brand-new blue car, which was coated with silver and blue.
People were able to see their reflection while looking at this car. …especially during the daytime.
Poland approached the driver’s side of the car.
“I can always have my dad's promotional testing downloaded onto my A.I. mega pod and view it after,” Mac said.
“I mean yes, I know it's not the same as seeing it in person, but... you know what I mean?” Mac added.
Poland, without even thinking about it, rubbed his index finger across his watch; which caused the car’s data system to respond by opening the car doors.
The car doors gave off a silent hissing sound that would almost always go unnoticeable as they opened.
“Are you sure you don't want a ride Mac?” Todd asked.
“I’m not staying too far from here. I'll walk. I always wanted to see Puerto Rico anyway,” Mac replied.
“Okay, be careful sir. This is the Carribean,” Poland advised.
“I told my daughter and my future son-in-law the same thing... Well at least I HOPE they’ll marry someday,” Mac mentioned and self-corrected.
“Cindy and Lamich aren't engaged yet?” Todd asked while slightly surprised.
“No. Not according to MY knowledge,” Mac replied, then he said, “I mean, I haven’t seen a ring on Cindy’s left hand as of yet… so….”
“I'm sure you'll be the first person they'll inform whenever that special time comes,” Poland encouraged.

In an abandoned underground subway station…
Auh oh, something was about to go down… SOMETHING BIG!!!
Two of Puerto Rico’s most dangerous and notorious rival gangs were gathered underground in an abandoned subway station to square off.
In this underground sub-way station, both gangs were overconfident that cops wouldn’t show up.
This subway station hadn’t been used in years. The cracked walls were TOTALLY covered in color coded graffiti. The floor of the subway station was, of course, trashy.
WHAT A MESS!!!
That’s JUST the way the thugs liked it. …more so, “LOVED IT.’
Chad, who was a black gang leader in his fifties, kind of tall, stood in the circle of people while prepared to duel with Joel, his hated Caucasian step-brother.
They hated each other like nobody could imagine. …which is the number one reason why these two gangs were each other’s biggest rivals.
The members of each gang themselves didn’t even CARE for the reason that Chad and Joel hated each other.
They were ALL just going along with the fact that they were rivals, and were always wanting to kill each other over just THAT.
Chad and Joel each held two Escrima sticks, one in each hand; while anxious to beat the blood and sweat out of one another Filipino-stick-fighting style.
Suddenly, to everyone’s surprise, Chad drew out a smart grenade that he had illegally purchased from three thieves who stole the grenade from the Marine Corps Base.
The sight of this granade frightened all of Joel’s crew. And I mean, every SINGLE ONE of them.
Being that all of Joel’s crew assumed this was a LIVE and ACTIVATED smart grenade, they knew the explosion would still reach them even if they were to take off running. So, nobody from Joel’s crew bothered running.
Instead, they all just stood still, believing they were all about to meet their maker.
“Chad, you CHEATING fool!” Joel utterly insulted.
“We’ll end this tonight, punk!” Chad uttered.
Chad pulled the pin and threw the grenade.
As the grenade hit the ground, the words ‘NOT ACTIVATED’ appeared in the form of a hologram. This caused the grenade to rather appear as a dud.
Someone shouted in response, "It’s a dud! The grenade’s a dud!"
A portion of Joel’s crew laughed and mocked.
“It’s not even activated!” one of Joel’s laughing crewmen mocked.
“Fool! Was there REALLY a point in doing that!?! A grenade that’s non-activated!?! Really man!?!” Joel sarcastically quoted.
Chad re-drew his Escrima sticks.
“Man, that dude who sold me that grenade played me!” Chad said with frustration.
“But don't worry bro! I got two weapons here that aren't duds!” Chad uttered, meaning the two sticks he had.
Joel nodded as they both prepare to duel.
“First time I’ve seen you do something logical bro!” Joel insulted.
THEN IT ALL WAS ABOUT TO GO DOWN!!!

Meanwhile, above ground…
Mac was passing by the subway entrance while on his way to his father-in-law’s house, which was located in a residential area that happened to be at walking distance from the cafe.
‘What on Earth is that?’ Mac asked himself in his mind, as the chaotic sounds of what was going on in this abandoned subway station caught Mac’s ear along with his interest.
Mac could not help but feel that this was something he could NOT ignore.
After this brief-moment, Mac changed his direction and slowly crept down the subway stairway entrance to have a peak at what was going on.
As soon as Mac reached the bottom of the stairway, he spotted a sign that read: ‘KEEP OUT.’
AGAIN, Mac could not help but remove all attention from this sign and direct it towards the two rival gangs watching their leaders, Chad and Joel, have it out.
CLASH!! CLISH!! CLANG!!!
…was the sound the Escrima sticks made as Chad and Joel dueled, swinging at each other with their sticks, expressing their utter most ANGER and DESIRE to destroy one another behind each strike they each executed.
As it became obvious to Mac that this was gang activity taking place, he rubbed his index finger across the small screen on his watch, paging the cops.
Before Mac even had the chance to turn around and head back above ground, he was suddenly grabbed from behind by a guy named Silk, a huge heavy-set man who was a member of Joel’s gang.
WACK!! WACK!!
…was the sound of Chad hitting Joel in the leg with one stick, and in the head with another stick.
Chad then executed a spinning side kick to Joel's chest, knocking him down.
Joel jumped back up and sprung in the air, flying towards Chad with three front kicks; left foot, right foot, then left foot again.
Chad used his arms to defend against the kicks, but the intense force behind these kicks was so great, that the force knocked Chad against a portion of his people. All fell down.
“Come on, get up!” Joel uttered out of pure pride.
Silk struggled to drag Mac towards the rest of the gang when suddenly, Mac kicked Silk in the knee and head bunted him, causing him to let go.
Mac then punched Silk in the face.
Silk moved towards Mac and attempted to grab him.
Mac struck Silk in the chest with both fists before Silk could grab him.
Mac then attempted to kick Silk in the head.
Silk caught Mac's leg, picked him up, and threw him HARD against a wall.
Suddenly…
SIRENS SIRENS SIRENS!!!
…were heard from above ground.
‘Ahh man the cops!!!’ all the hoodlums thought, as they all, including Silk, began to scamper away in extreme panic.
It was only a few seconds before police came barging and charging down the stairway into the abandoned subway station, tranquilizing as many suspects as they could with their tranquilizing guns.
“THIS ISN'T OVER BRO!” Chad shouted to Joel.
Suddenly, a black girl named Ginger urgently grabbed Chad by the arm while saying, “Come on Chad let’s go! Or it WILL be over for us!”
Chad and many people in his possie, as well as Joel and much of his possie, managed to escape police.
Two policemen scampered urgently to Mac’s aid as they spotted him in the process of getting up.
“Sir, are you okay! Are you hurt!?!” one of the cops urgently asked Mac.
“I’ve been better,” Mac answered.
“But I’m not actually feeling at my worst either. I happen to be a police Captain. Captain Mac Brocovich. From the U.S.” Mac mentioned.
Mac rubbed his index finger across the small screen on his watch, causing a holographic image of his police identification and badge to appear.
“California auh,” one of the policemen replied. “What brings you to this island?”
“I’m here for my family reunion,” Mac answered. “And my father-in-law’s 96th birthday celebration.”
“Okay Mac Brocovich... Thank you for your help. I'm glad you walked by and heard everything going on down here,” the cop said with a truck load of gratitude.
“Glad I could help,” Mac replied.
“Enjoy your family reunion and try to stay safe for the duration of your time on this island,” the police officer advised.
“And I wish your father-in-law a happy 96th,” the policeman added.
“Thank you, officer,” Mac said, just before rubbing his index finger across his watch, causing the holographic image of his identification to vanish.
“My daughter's gonna have a very vengeful attitude about this,” Mac said, referring to being attacked by that huge thug.
“And you're not hurt in any way?” the police officer confirmed.
“I'm fine. I'm a tough senior citizen,” Mac proudly verified.
“I'm sure your daughter will be thankful to God that you're not hurt,” the police officer suggested while happening to be a man of God himself.
“Thank you for that,” Mac said, taking the police officer’s statement as a word of encouragement.
The officer then went to assist the other policemen in taking the stunned suspects into custody.
“I hope to God that Cindy won't do anything crazy about this situation,” Mac quoted out loud to himself redundantly.

Chapter 2.
Obsession at First Sight.
9Please respect copyright.PENANAtvBTbwWTcR
At the local Okinawian Karate School…
Here, the hard karate style of Okinawa Te was taught. A belt promotional testing was taking place. And I mean, the master trained his students VERY hard here.
…so hard, that during karate classes, it took the phrase ‘Not Playing Around’ to a whole new level…
Cindy’s grandfather, Car Brochovich, a tall elderly man with white hair, performed his Katas in front of the Grand Master while testing for his next black belt rank.
Cindy and Lamich COULD NOT HELP but watch Car with sheer amazement. …so impressed by the way Car was moving at age 95. The other spectators were impressed by Car’s performance as well, although many of these spectators have seen him practice and test before.
Grand Master Wong, who was an Okinawian man dressed in his karate uniform, wore a black belt containing ten stripes, which represented his rank as 10th Dan Grand Master in the style of Okinawa Te.
Grand Master Wong, along with five other high rank black belts, sat at the judges table observing each and every testing student.
The other Karate students who were testing sat against a wall of the Dojo as they also watched Car Brochovic’s amazing performance. …their minds were blown also.
Among the students sitting against the dojo wall was Cresadia Sanchez.
Cresadia was an EXTREMELY attractive tall Puerto Rican girl in her early twenties, who wore a black belt containing four gold stripes representing her to be a 4th degree black belt.
Corinthian, a tall Caucasian College Freshmen with blond hair, green eyes, eighteen years of age, entered the Dojo just in time to catch Car in the process of concluding his karate forms.
Passing by the dojo on foot and seeing Car’s performance from the outside caught Corinthian’s attention, which in-turn urged Corinthian to enter the dojo and get a closer view. ‘…And guess what. Yep, you guessed it. Corinthian was as amazed as the rest of the spectators; if not MORE amazed.’
Corinthian stood next to where Cindy sat, which is right next to the entrance to the Dojo floor.
Corinthian acknowledged the Karate students who sat against the dojo wall.
And suddenly, it HIT Cresadia as she made eye contact with Corinthian.
BOY did Cresadia’s face light up as she expressed how strongly she admired Corinthian.
Corinthian, in Cresadia’s mind, was the cutest boy she had seen all day by far. In an instant, Cresadia had fallen into run-away obsession.
Cresadia flashed a flirtatious smiled at Corinthian.
Then it HIT Corinthian…; but in a SLIGHTLY different way.
Corinthian’s face was suddenly decorated with an EXTREMELY surprised look.
TOTAL shock struck Corinthian’s emotions as he absolutely could NOT believe that such a THING OF BEAUTY like Cresadia, who he would normally consider to be out of his league, was actually admiring him. ‘Oh My God, Me!?! Really!?!’, Corinthian thought…
…and he could tell this was sheer admiration coming from Cresadia.
‘WOW I can’t believe this is happening to me! This is too good to be true!’, Corinthian said to himself in his mind.
Immediately noticing Corinthian’s surprised look, Cresadia almost laughed as she placed her hand over her mouth while directing her attention back to Car, who was performing his second Karate form.
Cresadia took a second look at Corinthian while having calmed down from trying not to laugh.
Still being surprised of the fact that Cresadia was admiring him, a slight flattered look replaced Corinthian’s facial expression of surprise.
As Car completed his second Karate form, everyone applauded.
“Way to go Grandpa,” Cindy cheered as she and Lamich applauded with everyone else.
Car bowed to Grand Master Wong and the five black belt judges at the judging table.
Car went and sat down against the dojo wall with the other testing students.
“Cresadia Sanchez,” Grand Master Wong called out.
Cresadia stood to her feet answering with, “Yes Grand Master.”
Cresadia moved quickly to the middle of the dojo floor.
A male black belt master instructor moved to the center of the dojo floor while carrying two concrete caps.
Cresadia, along with the master instructor who held the concrete caps, bowed to the five black belt judges and Grand Master Wong.
The five black belt judges, along with Grand Master Wong, bowed in return.
“Face each other,” Grand Master Wong commanded.
Cresadia and the master instructor faced each other.
The master instructor held the two concrete caps vertically for Cresadia to break using a hand technique she already had in mind.
“Face him,” Grand Master Wong commanded.
“Yes sir,” Cresadia replied.
Cresadia turned to face the master instructor who held the concrete cap.
All spectators were quiet, allowing Cresadia to give her deepest concentration.
Corinthian stood watching while anxious to see Cresadia’s performance. And some-how, Corinthian had a feeling Cresadia would succeed in breaking the concrete caps.
Cresadia concentrated SUPER hard, then suddenly, she EXPLODED with a knife hand strike, splitting both concrete caps in half.
Everyone applauded with amazement.
Corinthian was blown away. …very impressed and surprised as far as his prediction coming true about Cresadia shattering the concrete caps.
Cresadia’s performance proved her to be a young woman with enormous physical strength and striking power.
It was clear to Corinthian, as well as the other spectators, that Cresadia possessed the physical strength of a male powerlifting champion due to her years of strength training in the style of Okinawa Te, which was an Okinawain karate style that focused a lot on hardening the physical body by conditioning the limbs to be unbelievably tough.
And on top of this, Cresadia Sanchez was a United States Marine police officer.
Corinthian could easily tell that Cresadia possessed striking power that could instantly kill her attacker, or disable him for life.
…And this is what had Corinthian standing a bit on the scared side about Cresadia admiring him.
“That... is ONE dangerous woman,” Corinthian said to him-self; thinking out loud with an over blown mind.
At this point, Corithian couldn’t even imagine any athletes at his University who would match Cresadia’s physical strength, or anyone on the wrestling team at his university who’s fighting skills would match hers… although Corithian never seen Cresadia spar. He didn’t need to.
The master instructor handed the broken pieces of the concrete caps to Cresadia.
Cresadia bowed as she accepted the broken pieces of the concrete caps.
Small robot floor cleaners invaded the dojo floor, munching on the concrete crumbs from the floor that Cresadia’s amazing performance left.
The small robot floor cleaners continued eating the concrete block crumbs until the dojo floor was once again spotless.
After Cresadia and the master instructor bowed to each other, Cresadia started back towards her occupied spot on the floor by the wall.
The small robot floor cleaners occupied their spots on their chargers, which were located in the dojo office.
After setting down the pieces of the concrete caps and occupying her same spot against the wall, Cresadia, almost by automatic reaction, shot another glance at Corinthian while smiling flirtatiously at him once more.
…This time Cresadia added a wave of her right hand; adding more effort to flashing her admiration and interest before Corinthian’s face.
Even more emotionally stunned, Corinthian waved back while feeling a blend of shyness with intimidation.
At the same time, Corinthian was aroused by Cresadia’s extreme outer beauty. …So Corinthian had a little crush of his own on Cresadia.
“Excuse me, miss,” Corinthian whispered to Cindy, getting her attention. “Who's that girl who just broke the concrete caps?”
“Sorry, I wouldn’t know. I’m not from here,” Cindy replied, then she added, “The only person my boyfriend and I know out on the floor is my grandfather. We're watching HIM test.”
Corinthian was immediately able to pinpoint that Car was Cindy’s grandfather. He didn’t know how he knew. He just knew.
“That young woman has you very impressed, huh,” Lamich quoted to Corinthian, meaning Cresadia of course.
“Yeah. THAT, AND she keeps smiling at me with admiration,” Corinthian replied.
“Lucky you then,” Lamich said, then pointed to Cindy saying, “My girlfriend here, she didn't look at me with admiration when WE first met two years ago.”
“I couldn't,” Cindy replied. “You were staring at me way too unbelievably hard.”
Surprisingly, even being the type of woman who for some reason takes resentment to compliments on her outer beauty, Cindy considered that past moment in her life to be completely hilarious whenever looking back on that day.
…surely enough, this was because she and Lamich had been in a steady boyfriend/girlfriend relationship for two years.
Lamich then said, “Yes. And I’ll never forget the look on her face. I mean, after seeing how resentful she was, I didn't think I stood a chance with her.”
“Oh, believe me Lamich. You DIDN’T stand a chance with me,” Cindy replied.
Lamich looked at Cindy funny.
Cindy then looked at Lamich while placing her hand on his shoulder saying, “But I gave you a chance anyway.”
Cindy and Lamich kissed each other on the lips.
‘OOOOOkay!’ Corinthian thought as he put a slightly weird look on his face.
Corinthian then directed his attention to a child on the dojo floor wearing a yellow belt, who was prepared to break a wooden board with a front snap kick.
SNAP!!!...
…just like that, the board was split in two by one kick by this young yellow belt child.
All spectators applauded.
During the applauding, Corinthian and Cresadia once again made eye contact.
Again, the same act of admiration just as before came from Cresadia.
Only this time, Cresadia winked her right eye, then waved flirtatiously once more before directing her attention back towards the kid who had just broken the board.
“Oh my God is this really happening?” Corinthian asked himself with slight nervousness, being that he now knew how dangerous of a woman Cresadia was.
“I'm actually attracting a very dangerous knock out gorgeous type woman,” Corinthian quoted.
Lamich looked at Corinthian with a surprised look on his face.
“Dude, does that scare you or something?” Lamich asked while humoring.
Cindy slightly but playfully punched Lamich's shoulder while quoting, “Lamich.”
“What Cindy?” Lamich asked.
Corinthian suddenly quoted, “Well guys, it’s getting late, I gotta be getting home.”
Lamich and Cindy watched Corinthian exit the dojo facility.
Cindy looked back towards the dojo floor.
“…Dude is acting as if he's attracting the Angel of Light or somebody,” Lamich humored as he was about to laugh. …you know; a form of making play about Corinthian’s situation with Cresadia admiring him.
Cindy looked at Lamich with a serious/obvious look and said, “Was that supposed to be a pun Lamich? Cause that was the stupidest form of criticism I ever heard.”
“I’m only joking Cindy, geez,” Lamich said. “And I wasn’t criticizing anybody.”
“Okay, everybody line-up,” Grand Master Wong commanded his students as he and the black belt judges and master instructors stood up.
All the students stood to their feet and lined up in their original positions.
The promotional testing event was concluding.
As soon as Grand Master Wong dismissed the testing party, people began socializing.
Cresadia straight-up RUSHED anxiously into the lobby area looking around for Corinthian, with SOOOOO much desperation to meet him.
“Oh my God PLEASE tell me he's still here,” Cresadia quoted while referring to Corinthian, being unaware that he actually left.
Packed with so much desperation in her heart, Cresadia had only every desire to start a conversation with Corinthian and ‘HOPEFULLY’ exchange contact information and get to know him better.
She especially hoped that Corithian wouldn’t be too afraid to give her the time of day. …I mean surely enough after he had seen her performance on the dojo floor that evening.
“Who?” Lamich asked. “The guy who thought you were admiring him? He left about three minutes ago.”
“I WAS admiring him. My GOD he was SO good looking,” Cresadia quoted, carrying a ton of regret worth a burden for missing out on her chance to meet Corinthian that evening.
Although Cresadia knew that this was beyond her grasp and she shouldn’t carry regret over anything she had no control over, even THAT knowledge wasn’t strong enough to ease her feelings of regret. …to Cresadia, Corinthian was just TOO DARN CUTE!!!
“Believe me miss, he knows you think that,” Lamich replied.
Cindy nodded her head in agreement just before saying, “Yep. He definitely without a doubt got the impression that you were admiring him... And THAT surprised him REALLY good.”
‘OUCH!!!’, Cresadia thought.
After hearing this, Cresadia REALLY felt she might have blown it with Corinthian.
Cresadia expressed this feeling by sighing out of slight frustration and said, “I surprised him really good? Oh God, I hope he didn’t leave because of me. I hope I didn’t scare him off.”
“Relax,” Lamich said. “I don’t think you’re the reason he left.”
Cresadia couldn’t help looking at Lamich with uncertainty. …trying her hardest to believe him so that she would be encouraged out of her feeling of regret.
Cindy shook her head and added, “I doubt that he left because of you too. He told us it was getting late and he needed to head home. I mean, why would he leave because of you. All you did was admire him.”
Saying this, Cindy had put forth EVERY effort to ease Cresadia of her funny pressure.
Cindy happened to had known the feeling Cresadia was experiencing.
Cresadia nodded her head in agreement, attempting to force her feelings to agree with the motion of her head AND Cindy’s statement. This was not easy however.
Cindy added, “And by the way, your performance out there was very impressive, miss...”
Cresadia extended her hand for introduction saying, “Cresadia. Cresadia Sanchez. United States Marine Corps M.P.”
Cindy shook Cresadia's hand saying, “Oh, you're not from here either.”
“No ma’am, but I'm stationed here in Peurto Rico for the rest of my term of service,” Cresadia replied.
“Cindy Brocovich,” Cindy said while introducing herself, then she said with gratitude regarding Cresadia’s service, “And thank you for your service.”
“Just doing a job, BUT/AND you’re welcome,” Cresadia replied.
Cindy pointed to Lamich and said, “…And this is my bothersome boyfriend Lamich.”
Lamich extended his hand saying, “Cresadia, thank you for your service.”
Cresadia shook Lamich’s hand firmly.
“Glad to protect your freedom,” Cresadia revised. …she decided to change up her response of gratitude a little bit.
“Did you say your last name was Brocovich? Are you and Master Car Brocovich any relation?” Cresadia asked Cindy.
“Yes,” Cindy answered. “I'm his grand-daughter.”
Cindy and Cresadia directed their attention to Car as he approached.
“Cindy, Lamich. I was told your plane landed a few hours ago,” Car quoted just before he hugged Cindy and Lamich one at a time.
“Congratulations grandpa. I know you passed,” Cindy said in reference to Car’s belt promotional testing.
“Thank you for your word of encouragement, Cindy. I see you and Lamich met Cresadia,” Car quoted.
“Yes. I just met Cindy and Lamich here,” Cresadia replied.
Cindy's wristwatch suddenly beeped. It was a call from Mac.
“Hold on a second guys,” Cindy said as her watch beeped once more.
Cindy slid her index finger across the small screen on her watch.
A holographic screen showing Mac from the shoulders up appeared before Cindy’s face.
“Hey dad. I wish you were here. Grandpa passed for his next rank,” Cindy said out of excitement.
“Yes, I’m sure he did. I’ll give him my congrats,” Mac replied.
“…And unfortunately, Cindy, I TOO wish I was there WITH you and Lamich tonight,” Mac replied, referring to his extreme run in with the two gangs in the subway station.
“It's okay, I'm sure you've seen Grandpa perform his Karate forms many times before,” Cindy replied.
“I have...” Mac replied.
“But there's something I need you both to know,” Mac informed.
Cindy’s face became possessed with a bewildered look as she quoted, “What daddy?”
“Cindy, here’s the reason I called. Before any of you turn on the news tonight, I just wanted to let you know that I'm okay. And Cindy, when I tell you what happened, promise me no vendetta business,” Mac confirmed.
Even before hearing what her father had to tell her, a slight ‘desire for vengeance’ instantly claimed Cindy's mood, for she was instantly able to luckily guess that someone had attempted to do her father harm. EXTREME harm…
“Dad, what happened already? Tell me. Were you attacked by hoodlums?” Cindy asked firmly.
And this was, of course, a lucky guess…
Mac started by saying, “I witnessed a gang fight. And…”
“A gang fight?” Lamich interrupted while surprised.
“Dad, did they do anything to harm you or not? Tell me,” Cindy urged with calmed anger.
“I will, if you'll actually let me finish my story,” Mac replied impatiently.
“Dad, who did WHAT to you?” Cindy pressured firmly while desperate for an answer. “What happened?”
“Cindy, YES… I was attacked by one of the hoodlums in an abandoned subway station for being a witness,” Mac explained.
Cindy sighed calmly out of anger… ‘CALMLY’ being careful not to draw attention from others and to avoid making a scene.
“But I'm fine Cindy. I’m not hurt in any way,” Mac confirmed, with an attempt to encourage Cindy not to yield to anger and the desire for vengeance.
“No medical attention was even necessary for me. That's why I called you. …to let you know that I’m okay,” Mac confirmed.
“Dad, why were you even in an abandoned subway station? And most importantly, who are these people?” Cindy asked with a vengeance demanding tone.
Lamich butted in saying, “Woah wait a minute, Cindy. You are NOT planning to do anything crazy are you?”
“Are you gonna stop me Lamich? This is my father they attacked,” Cindy replied.
“Cindy PLEASE I said no vendetta stuff,” Mac begged.
“Please stay out of this and let the authorities in this area handle it. This is THEIR jurisdiction, not yours,” Mac urged.
“Please listen to your father Cindy,” Lamich pressured.
“Everything he's advising to you IS making sense. And most importantly, I don’t want you hurt or killed,” Lamich advised.
“Mac, this must have been Joel and Chad's gang who were fighting in the subway,” Car suggested, then he mentioned, “They're always trying to kill each other.”
“It WAS them, according to the cops,” Mac informed.
“Lamich, Cindy, we'll finish discussing this at Dad's house. I can tell that this is drawing too much attention as it is. See you later tonight,” Mac said before his holographic image vanished as he went off the air.
Cindy, Cresadia, Car, and Lamich looked to notice how they had accidently drawn attention with their conversation.
“Your father's right Cindy. Don't do anything,” Cresadia urged.
“I don’t want you hurt or killed either. Cause let me tell you; Chad, Joel, and the crazy members of their crew call their front line of defense, they are NOT the people to mess around with,” Cresadia warned while actually sounding as if she was afraid of them herself.
Cindy’s bewilderment was written all over her face as she quoted, “Chad and Joel?”
Cindy had no idea who Chad and Joel was, until Car mentioned, “They’re the leaders of the two notorious gangs your father saw rumbling earlier tonight.”
“Yes, exactly that,” Cresadia quoted.
“You gotta listen to me Cindy,” Cresadia pressured.
“I've been stationed here since 65’. I know about these hoodlums led by Chad and Joel. They are FAR beyond crazy. Whatever you do, let the authorities down here handle them. Don’t do anything,” Cresadia advised redundantly.
Cindy sighed in frustration. …not to mention the irritation that came with hearing that same redundant advice.
“Cindy, you ARE listening to her, are you?” Lamich quoted in curiosity.
Suddenly, Grand Master Wong approached saying, “Excuse me.”
“Yes, Grand Master Wong,” Car replied.
“I couldn’t help over hearing... Are you guys in some kind of trouble?” Grand Master Wong asked.
“Oh no Grand Master,” Cresadia answered, then she explained saying, “My new friend here, her father was attacked by one of Chad or Joel’s hoodlums earlier tonight and Cindy wants revenge. But he's okay sir. Cindy’s father is doing okay, thank God.”
“We’re all okay sir,” Lamich added, then he looked to Cindy and said, “And Cindy, I wanna keep it that way.”
Cindy gestured while replying with, “Okay.”
Cindy turned to Car and said, “Grandpa, we need to do what dad said and be getting to your house right away.”
“Stay safe, all of you,” Cresadia advised, then she mentioned, “…and I'll be praying for you all.”

Chapter 3.
Caught In The Crossfire.

In the interrogation room…
Todd was in the middle of interrogating two hoodlums, one from Joel’s gang, the other from Chad’s.
Todd had both of these hoodlums cuffed to the table. Todd knew that if they weren’t cuffed, these two hoodlums would be doing nothing other than brawling with each other.
Good thing is, these two hoodlums wouldn’t bother lying while answering Todd’s questions, being that they were both hooked up to the advanced machines that would reveal every lie they tell. …ever since the upgrade of the lie detector machines two years ago during the battle with American Power.
Nobody from Chad’s crew, however, had any knowledge regarding how Chad gained access to the smart grenade.
…Simply because Chad was smart enough to purchase the grenade without informing anyone from his crew. …not even those in his crew who were high rank. HE TOLD NOBODY!
This way, in case anyone from his crew was to be interrogated, they wouldn’t have an accurate answer that the authorities would need in order to connect Chad to the stolen grenade.
“Aright guys, I want you two to make sense of all this strife crap,” Todd said.
“Why do you guys hate each other so much and wanna see each other dead?” Todd asked.
Both hoodlums were silent; treating Todd’s question like it was rhetorical.
Todd didn’t like that.
Being that Todd wasn’t actually asking his question rhetorically, it REALLY irritated him that the hoodlums remained silent.
“What do you guys think, I'm telepathic!?! Answer my question out loud! NOW!” Todd demanded firmly while extremely impatient and frustrated.
Not loving this pressure Todd inflicted, Chad’s crewman decided to break the ice and say, “To tell you the truth man, we ARE trying to kill each other. Chad and Joel wanna wipe each other out.”
This answer was totally illogical and vague; but it was the best way Chad’s crewman felt he could get the interrogation going…
HOW STUPID! I mean, what on Earth kind of answer was this? …couldn’t’ even call it an answer.
And because of this hoodlum’s statement that was just flat out LOADED with stupidity, BOY was Todd even more irritated as his level of patients FELL DOWN. …or for more of a better word, took a dive.
“Fool that's not an answer!” Todd blurted FIRMLY and ANGRILY.
“I'm not here to listen to vague pointless comments! WHY do you guys want each other dead!?! WHY!?!” Todd asked redundantly.
“Chad and Joel have hated each other since child-hood. I don’t know why, okay!?!” Joel’s crewman answered. “That's why we want each other dead!”
The light on the machine blinked green, revealing that Joel’s crewman was speaking with accuracy.
‘Now how hard was that?’ Todd thought in reference to the answer from Joel’s crewman being a more logical answer.
“Oh,” Todd quoted, then continued with, “So you guys wanna destroy each other because of some child-hood rivalry!?! Shouldn’t Chad and Joel have grown out of that by now!?!”
It was silent as Chad’s crewmen just shrugged his shoulders.
Both hoodlums could only sit still looking stupid while having their feelings smothered with regret from being caught and ending up in interrogation. …the last place they wanted to be of course.
“Okay,” Todd said, then he quoted, “Now I want you both to start talking about your gang leaders. One at a time. Where can your leaders be found, and what time of day. The more information you don’t tell us, the longer the judges will love to sentence you during your court hearing.”

In the weight room at a major University the next morning…
It was around 11:30am.
Music from the speakers built into the walls of the weight room played as the college football players worked up a sweat while pumping iron, and after having endured a long hard morning of football practice out on the field.
Corinthian still couldn’t stop thinking about Cresadia from last night as he was in the process of spotting his football teammate on a bench press bench, who struggled to push the bar up any further once he had forced it up three quarters of the way.
“Okay, lift it up,” Corinthian said as he grabbed the bar.
TOGETHER, both Corinthian and his teammate forced the bench press bar up and set it back on the bar rest.
Corinthian’s teammate sat up.
“Hey man, that's two fifty,” the teammate said regarding the weight he was lifting.
“And ten reps too,” the teammate added.
“The crowd's gonna love us on the field this fall,” the teammate bragged.
With all the detailed memory of Cresadia admiring him weighing his mind down, Corinthian finally decided to break the ice and say, “Hey man, you won't believe what happened last night with me.”
Corinthian, by this time, was rather excited and had started wishing he had stuck around long enough to speak to Cresadia and exchange contact information; despite how dangerous he saw Cresadia to be.
Corinthian and his teammate started removing weights from the bar.
“What happened with you last night?” the teammate asked, anxious to hear about this.
“I happened to walk into a Karate Dojo. Right? And one of the female black belts was admiring me like crazy man,” Corinthian said.
“A female Black belt?... Does she go here? Is she from this University?” the teammate asked.
“That I don't know. …probably not. I never seen her here on campus before. But then and again, this is a huge campus,” Corinthian replied.
Cresadia, however, was not a student at this University…
“But anyway,” Corinthian continued, “I left before the rank testing ended so I didn’t get to talk to her. But man, now I wish the heck I did. You should have seen how strongly she was admiring me and smiling flirtatiously at me.”
“Was she actually admiring YOU? Or was it just a friendly smile greeting?” the teammate asked in slight disbelief.
“Trust me man. This was pure extreme admiration coming from her to me. She waved at me the second time we made eye contact. And she winked at me too. If you were there with me, you would totally agree with me,” Corinthian bragged redundantly.
“If you say so,” the teammate replied. “Why didn’t you stick around and talk to her?”
“GOSH, I wish I did,” Corinthian said with much regret.
“You leaving before having a chance to talk to her, surely you're not afraid to get to know someone better who’s a karate expert,” the teammate slightly humored.
Corinthian shook his head saying, “It's not that I’m afraid of her. I left because I had to get up early and show up here for football practice. I mean, you know how the Coaches don’t like any of us being late for practice. I didn’t know what time the testing was gonna be over.”
To the teammate, this sounded like a lame excuse.
“Auhh stop,” the teammate said.
“You’re afraid of her cause she's a registered deadly weapon,” the team mate humorously accused.
“I am NOT afraid of this woman,” Corinthian denied without even sounding one hundred percent convincing.
The look on Corinthian’s face even showed that he didn’t believe his own statement of denial.
“I told you why I left early,” Corinthian verified while trying hard to fight against believing his teammate’s last statement. ...but he knew he did.
“However, I WAS taken by surprise by the way she broke two concrete blocks with her hand,” Corinthian admitted.
“Dang man,” the teammate replied with a surprised and impressed voice tone.
“You attracted a DANGEROUS female killing machine. No wonder you’re afraid,” the teammate humorously accused once more.
Just by picturing Cresadia’s performance in his mind from what Corinthian had just told him, the teammate was amazed by Cresadia’s performance without even having been there to watch it for himself.
“Well, on the other hand, I don't know what it would be like to date a woman who I know can kick my butt really bad,” Corinthian self-contradicted.
“I thought you just said you weren’t afraid of this woman,” said the teammate.
“Well, I AM to a certain extent,” Corinthian broke the ice and confessed, setting himself free of the pressure of denial.
“I mean, I'm scared of making her angry to the point of her reacting by attacking me,” Corinthian added.
“See, you're showing fear right now. You ARE scared of this woman,” the teammate teased.
“I said to a certain extent I’m afraid,” Corinthian corrected out of slight embarrassment.
…embarrassed being that in Corinthian’s personal opinion, a college football player should never be afraid of a young attractive woman.
“Well…” the teammate quoted. “If you’re really interested in getting to know this young woman, you know where to find her.”
Corinthian nodded his head in agreement and said, “If I can show up at the karate school while she’s actually there. I mean, I don’t wanna look like a fool showing up there day after day looking for her.”

In a car with Chad’s crew…
Meanwhile, Chad and a few of his people were headed towards the University where Corinthian was currently located.
The driver was a black girl named Spice, who was rather speeding as she made a right-hand turn onto the street of the University, anxious to reach Joel’s crewmen and take them out before they would have a chance to vacate the premises.
Chad and his crew had plotted to commit a drive by shooting to three of Joel’s men who Chad had received word was hanging out by the university.
They had not even an OUNCE of desire of letting Joel’s three men leave that campus alive.
Chad rode in the back seat along with Ginger.
Gora was the third beautiful black girl in the car who sat in the front on the passenger’s side.
“Spice, slow down a little,” Chad demanded.
“I don’t wanna draw more attention than we’re probably about to draw,” Chad quoted.
Spice slowed down the car.
9Please respect copyright.PENANAeXHVILdxYU
On the campus near the driveway…
Three of Joel’s men conversed with one another while standing on the side-walk in front of the college campus, not expecting anything tragic to happen.
The idea of anyone from Chad’s crew driving by to shoot them at the University hadn’t even crossed their minds.
That’s the problem. …people often tend to let their guards down at a University, thinking that it’s a safety zone…
But anyway, not a moment too soon, Corinthian and the same teammate he worked out with in the weight room headed in the same direction where Joel’s three crewmen stood conversing.
9Please respect copyright.PENANAVqRLr1etwx
In the approaching car with Chad’s crew…
Things were getting too intense. …to Chad and his crew anyway.
The moment was finally here…
…Spice drove slow as Ginger and Gora prepared to open fire.
“Everybody, make sure you don't miss,” Chad ordered as he spotted the three of Joel’s crewmen conversing with one another.
Corinthian and his teammate stood near Joel’s three crewmen.
As soon as the car was close enough, Spice rubbed her finger across a glowing light that was located on the steering wheel, causing both the front and rear windows on the passenger’s side to wind down.
Gora and Ginger aimed their guns out the window and opened fire.
‘ZAP ZAP ZAP ZAP!!!’
Nervous as heck, if not more nervous than that, Joel’s three guys scattered. …all three party being lucky enough to escape the line of fire while Corinthian BRAVELY used himself as a shield to stop the lasers from hitting his teammate.
Wow… what a very brave and selfless sudden last second act by Corinthian.
Both Corinthian and the teammate HIT the ground as people screamed, panicked, and scattered for their own lives.
This was something absolutely NOBODY was expecting. …something that caught everybody COMPLETELY by surprise. …more for a better word, off guard.
Chad, Spice, Ginger, and Gora spotted many campus police urgently rushing towards the crime scene.
And because of the approaching campus police, neither of Chad’s crew would DARE fire another shot. …not even in attempt to hit their intended target.
Spice PANICKLY AND ANXIOUSLY stumped on the gas pedal, causing the tires to produce the loudest screeching sounds by RUFFLY rubbing against the pavement seconds before the car zoomed off.
Chad’s crewmen felt the absolute WORST extreme panic via the wrong person being shot.
Spice nervously looked around to make sure they weren’t being pursued by campus police units while failing to pay attention to the road in front of her.
“We missed! We shot an innocent freaking student!” Spice quoted out of such extreme panicky frustration.
“CRAP!” Spice shouted as she banged the dash-board while still looking about out of panic.
“Spice look out!!” Chad shouted.
Just then, Spice directed her attention forward just in time to see a few students jumping out of the way of her speeding car.
Spice swerved to avoid running over these few students, causing the tires to leave trench marks as they made another loud screeching sound against the ground.
“MOVE OUT OF THE FREAKING WAY!!!” Spice shouted to the students she almost ran over, even though she knew they couldn’t hear her.
“Dang it Spice watch how you drive!” Chad scolded, then he added, “I ain't trying to kill EVERY-FREAKING-BODY!”

On campus, in Corinthian’s area…
Other students surrounded Corinthian, who was, of course, on the ground bleeding and motionless. …sadly, not even conscious.
Many medical people URGENTLY scampered to the area.
“Everybody, get back!” one of the medical people ordered urgently. “BACK UP!”
Everyone gave the medical personnel the space they needed in order to help Corinthian the best way they knew they could.
One of the paramedics scanned Corinthian with a device that was shaped like an iphone from decades ago.
“We're losing him!” the medical person with the scanning device urgently quoted.
More medical people scampered towards the area with a stretcher as Corinthian could only lay there motionless.
“No! We are NOT gonna lose him. The medical vehicle's almost here,” another medical person encouragingly contradicted with forceful effort.
Suddenly, an ambulance van landed in the area…

Chapter 4.
The Admirer Pays A Visit.
9Please respect copyright.PENANA9iMInjD31M
At the police station, two police officers struggled with an offender who they had just arrested.
It was VERY stupid of the offender to attempt breaking free from these two cops at this point, being that even if he were to break free of their grip, he was at the police station and had nowhere else to run.
Suddenly and without expectation, Coach Loften, Corinthian’s football coach, urgently busted through the door, accidentally bumping into the two police officers and the convict.
‘All four party fell to the ground…’
At this point, the offender saw his chance to run and was stupid enough to attempt it.
Other cops tackled the offender to the ground.
“Hey man why don't you walk in here!” one of the officers quoted rhetorically to Coach Loften out of anger as they all began getting back up.
“I’m sorry, I’m in an urgent panic right now!” Coach Loften replied while desperate to find Todd.
“Where's Todd! I need to see him right away!” Coach Loften mentioned.
“What's the issue sir!?!” the other police officer asked while approaching.
“Where's Todd? This is urgent!” Coach Loften repeated.
“His son’s been caught in a gang related cross-fire drive by shooting at the University!” Coach Loften mentioned in utterance.
Todd suddenly approached the scene.
“His son, one of my players was gunned down! That's the issue!” Coach Loften answered.
“Who was gunned down!?!” Todd asked. “Coach Loften what are you doing here! What just went down!?!”
“Todd, sir, your son… Oh my God!” Coach Loften said while in total panic.
“Corinthian's in the hospital in a coma! He was caught in the cross-fire of a drive by shooting!” said Coach Loften.
“What!?!” Todd uttered in shock and disbelief.
Something Todd surely wasn’t expecting to happen to Corinthian. Boy did this hit Todd by surprise.
“How'd this happen!?! Who's responsible!?!” Todd asked while feeling a huge amount of total shock and panic.
Coach Loften breathed heavily, then replied with, “Every witness is saying this was gang related activity, and like I just said, Corinthian was caught in the cross-fire!”

At the Hospital…
Later that day, a few of Corinthian’s teammates had just exited the room Corinthian was in.
Todd approached the football players with urgency; having seen them exiting Corinthian’s room.
“Excuse me, how's Corinthian doing? My son, how is he?” Todd asked while feeling desperate to hear good news; but at the same time, he knew that the odds were AGAINST him.
“Doctor says he arrived here un-cautious,” one of the teammates replied. “And his status is still the same.”
Todd sighed while carrying a ton of panic worth of a burton.
“Who’s responsible for this? Anyone know?” Todd asked desperately.
“We honestly don't know sir,” another one of the teammates replied, then he added, “None of us do. All we know is that there was a drive by shooting on our college campus.”
Another teammate added redundantly, “Everyone’s assuming it was gang related though.”
“Yeah, it was gang related alright,” Todd quoted.
“It was probably the two notorious rival gangs who are responsible,” Todd blindly, but unknowingly assumed correctly.
“More than likely it was. I heard so much about those two notorious gangs rivaling against each other since I moved to the University here in Porto Rico,” the other team-mate quoted.
“But Corinthian hasn't regained cautiousness yet. There’s some girl visiting him in the room right now,” the team-mate informed.
“A girl?” Todd quoted while puzzled and surprised.
“Who, one of the cheerleaders?” Todd asked with curiosity.
One of the teammates answered saying, “No, I don’t think so. I’m not even sure if she’s a student at the University.”
“This is our first-time ever crossing paths with this particular young woman,” the other team-mate said. “But she seems to know Corinthian somewhat well.”
Todd was left feeling curious and confused via the answers he had just gotten.
A lot of good it did Todd to ask about this young woman, let alone Corinthian’s current status.
9Please respect copyright.PENANA2Bf1DHXhEP
Meanwhile, in the emergency room of the hospital…
Corinthian laid inside of a huge incubator.
Next to the incubator were three lights.
The red light meant ‘Normal Heartbeat,’ the blue light meant ‘Below Average Heartbeat,’ and the bluish-purple light meant ‘Life Support Heart Rate.’
The bluish-purple light flashed, which had people worried sick about Corinthian’s status whenever they came to pay him a visit.
Each time anyone was ready to pay him a visit, they hoped that a different light would be flashing.
But sadly, so far, this wasn’t the case.
Cresadia stood next to the incubator praying to God saying, “Dear God. I ask of you for Corinthian's 100% restoration of his physical health. I thank you that I now know his name from one of his teammates on his football team. I thank you that I got a chance to see him last night, and hear about his incident so I could be here to pray for him… I ask that you lay hands on every damaged cell in this young man's wounded body from this drive by shooting… And we desire NO vengeance lord, instead, we choose to let vengeance be yours just like you say in your word. I pray that you handle this circumstance father God, in Jesus name… Amen.”
Suddenly, Todd entered the room, immediately getting Cresadia's attention.
“He's in a coma,” Cresadia mentioned to Todd, not knowing how redundant her statement was. “I'm sure the team-mates told you out in the hall.”
“Yes, they told me,” Todd replied.
“His teammates also told me they didn’t know who you were,” Todd added, in reference to the fact that he was informed about Cresadia visiting Corinthian.
“No, sir. They don’t,” Cresadia said just before extending her hand.
“My name is Cresadia Sanchez. I'm a military police officer in the United States Marine Corps,” Cresadia introduced.
Both Cresadia and Todd shook hands.
“Oh, so I guess you’re not a student at the University,” Todd said.
Cresadia shook her head saying, “No sir.”
“I'm Todd. I'm a cop myself. …Not military though. Corinthian never told me he knew such a beautiful girl by your name,” Todd said, making a wrong assumption. “…and serving in the United States Marine Corps.”
‘Tuh, I wish he knew me…’ Cresadia thought in response to Todd’s comment; but Cresadia, of course, wouldn’t dare say that out loud to Todd; for she would have surely embarrassed herself.
“Actually sir, your son and I haven’t formally met,” Cresadia started explaining.
“I happened to just see him last night for the first time when he showed up at a local Karate school where I’m a student. I’d like to admit respectfully, I wish I had a chance to meet him last night before he left the dojo. However, I saw the news headlines on the media about your son, and decided that I come pay him a visit to pray for him,” Cresadia explained.
“Okay well, thank you for your prayers, Miss Sanchez,” Todd said gratefully while extending his hand once again.
“You’re welcome, sir,” Cresadia said while shaking Todd’s hand a second time.
“And please, first name,” Cresadia requested.
“Yes,” Todd quoted as he agreed to address Cresadia by her first and not her last name.
“Um, listen, Cresadia, I’d like a moment alone with my son here, I hope you don’t mind,” Todd said.
“Oohh, of course I don’t,” Cresadia kindly replied.
As Cresadia started for the exit of the room, she concluded with, “It was nice meeting you, and I’ll keep both you and your son in my prayers.”
“Thank you Cresadia,” Todd replied.
“The more support the better,” Todd added.
Cresadia smiled just before exiting the room.
“Son, please wake up soon,” Todd said while almost in tears. “Please don't die on me.”

Cindy’s Hunger Pain For Vendetta.
9Please respect copyright.PENANARprhNkg1U5
At Car’s house, the next day…
Mac and Cindy sat in the living room relaxing and conversing.
“How come Syderial didn't come?” Car asked Mac.
Syderial was Mac’s wife of fifty plus years.
Cindy replied for Mac saying, “Mom MIGHT come. Mom's been keeping up at our house in Wyoming. She said she'll make the next family reunion if she can’t make this one.”
“Well, I’m for sure now that Syderial will come. …being that she’s probably shook up about what happened to you in the abandoned Subway station Mac,” Car mentioned.
“But it was pretty brave of you to go into that subway station and notify the authorities, because who knows how many people were killed down there before,” Car added.
“Syderial, Lamich, Cindy, and I said a prayer about my encounter with Joel and Chad's gang last night,” Mac said. “Even though I was already doing a lot better.”
“You know, if you hadn't gone down there, they wouldn't have found some of the weapons that were stolen from that Marine Corps base,” Lamich added.
Cindy received a surprised look on her face while gasping.
“More than likely, one of those gang members probably purchased that grenade illegally from someone who has access to highly advanced weapons on that Marine Corps base,” Mac suggested.
“What about the lie detector machines? They should have questioned the gangs who they had in interrogation about the grenade by now,” Cindy said.
“Nobody mentioned anything about that either. But thank God the grenade wasn’t activated,” Car quoted in reference to the grenade.
“No, it's too bad for THEM the grenade wasn't activated. Now they’re gonna live to pay for what they did to dad last night,” Cindy added.
This last statement of Cindy’s caused Mac, Lamich, and Car to feel uneasy, thinking that Cindy planned to seek vengeance.
She did!!!
In turn, Mac looked at Cindy seriously and said, “Excuse me Cindy. Exactly who do you think is gonna make them pay? You?”
“Dad, I didn't say that,” Cindy replied while defending her case as well as denying her desire to take vendetta out on whoever jumped Mac.
“Yes, that’s right Cindy, you didn't say THAT, but your tone of voice says that you mean that,” Car pointed out.
“Cindy, honey, I thought we discussed this already at the dojo. And that you agreed to stay out of this; out of danger's way, and let the authorities handle this,” Lamich quoted.
“Honey,” Cindy said.
“Cindy, the authorities know how to handle things out here, you don’t,” Mac quoted, then he added, “You’re gonna put yourself in WAY over your head if you take ONE step towards seeking revenge.”
“Dad listen to me. I didn't say I was gonna go hunting these guys down while outside of my jurisdiction,” Cindy replied, using MORE effort to hide the fact that she WAS intending to seek vengeance first chance she got.
A chance Cindy was REALLY hoping and dying for…
“I don’t even know who these people are anyway. I would have to search this entire island to find out who they are in order to seek vengeance. Would I put myself through all that trouble? I wouldn’t even know where to start,” Cindy confirmed.
Mac replied with, “Okay Cindy. I'm gonna TRUST that you mean what you're telling me. Don't let it turn out that I’m wrong.”
“Like I told you dad, I'm not going on a hoodlum hunt,” Cindy replied.
“I would be far outnumbered and far out gunned… Yes, even hardheaded people like myself use their heads at times… Well, at least I do anyway,” Cindy encouraged.
“Well, that’s nice to hear,” Mac said while using a tad of sarcasm.
Somehow, Mac, Car, and Lamich were still slightly skeptical of Cindy being a woman of her word. And being that they knew Cindy for her hardheadedness and stubbornness, they had every right to be skeptical.

At a chicken and Waffle café, later that day…
Cindy and Cresadia waited by the counter for their order while conversing about Mac’s situation with the two rival gangs.
“I hope I DO come across who ever jumped my father,” Cindy said as she made it sound obvious to Cresadia that she desired vengeance.
Cresadia sighed in disagreement blended with frustration as she replied saying, “Cindy…”
Cindy cut Cresadia off while adding to her sentence saying, “Only THEN I’ll do something.”
Cresadia glanced around anxiously, making sure nobody was listening to them; then replied with, “Hang on Cindy, we can’t talk about this in here. I don’t wanna take any risk of the wrong people over-hearing us.”
The cashier suddenly approached Cindy and Cresadia with their order while announcing it like he was in an auction saying, “Okay I have two orders of chicken sandwiches and fries going once, going twice, sold to the two beautiful women in front of me.”
Cindy’s face showed a slight bit of resentment while Cresadia, on the other hand, became flattered and flashed a smirk.
“Well, you know, I try,” Cresadia replied with humor.
“You don’t have to try? You can't help it,” the cashier complimented. “Neither one of you can.”
“Awww. Well thank you, you’re so sweet,” Cresadia said with flattered feelings.
“Let’s go, Cresadia,” Cindy said while not wanting to hear anymore from the cashier; for her resentful feelings were increasing the longer the cashier dished out flattering statements.
Cresadia and Cindy grabbed their food, headed to the outside patio, and occupied an empty table.
“I sure hope Corinthian felt the same way about me the Cashier feels,” Cresadia said, referring to the fact that the Cashier had just REALLY made her day.
“Who the heck is Corinthian?” Cindy asked.
“Remember the boy who stood next to you and Lamich at the dojo the other night when your grandfather tested?” Cresadia answered.
“The boy I was admiring like crazy,” Cresadia reminded. “…My crush who left before I had a chance to talk to him.”
“Oh, THAT’S his name, I remember now. I keep forgetting his name,” said Cindy.
“So, you two had finally got a chance to meet before he ended up in the hospital,” Cindy asked.
Cresadia shook her head saying, “Tuh, I wish.”
“He’s currently in a coma. As soon as I heard of the drive by shooting incident, I found out his name from his football teammates at the hospital, and went into his room to pray for him,” Cresadia added.
“Oh, so you found out his name THAT way,” Cindy quoted.
“Yes,” Cresadia quoted.
“Okay Cindy, BACK to what you were telling me inside. You’re too far from your jurisdiction to do anything about your father’s situation, so don’t. And on top of that, your dad’s okay. Let well enough stay as is,” Cresadia advised.
Cindy gestured saying, “You know, Cresadia, I don't care about that right now. My father was beat up and could have been killed by those punks.”
“Except he wasn’t,” Cresadia replied. “God spared him Cindy.”
“Cindy. Do you even know which particular PUNK jumped your dad?” Cresadia asked rhetorically, then answered for Cindy saying, “You don't. What are you gonna do? Beat them all up one at a time like a 100-man kumite?”
Cindy sat silently while thinking and eating.
“Now you came out here for a family reunion and your grand-father’s 96th birthday. Right?” Cresadia asked. “For a good memorable time.”
“Don't repeat what my father and grandfather said to me last night, Cresadia,” Cindy said.
“Redundant statements are only gonna make me MORE irritated while I’m already angry,” Cindy added.
“Then listen to me; let it all go. You don't know what I know about these two rival gangs. Don't be thousands of miles away from home just to get in harm’s way. We'll handle this,” Cresadia strongly urged.

The media screen read: ‘Channel A63 news.’
The media screen then showed the news broadcaster as he reported, “Detectives have recently discovered a hand grenade in the abandoned subway station where the fight between the two notorious street gangs took place. But not just any hand grenade…”
A holographic image of the smart grenade appeared on the right-hand corner of the holographic screen.
The news broadcaster continued with, “It turned out to be one of the smart grenades stolen from the Marine Corps base. But being that no party from either notorious gang could have possibly gotten onto the Military base, authorities believe that anyone from either gang may have purchased this weapon from the personnel responsible for the weapon turning up missing.”

In an empty shopping center, late night…
Todd paced back and forth, wearing a security guard uniform. Chad drove into the parking lot with three members of his gang riding along.
Poland was going undercover as a new member of Chad’s gang. Chad was giving Poland a test. Once Poland passed; or once Chad was made to think he passed, Poland would be a new recruit to Chad’s crew.
Chad stopped his car as he kept an eye on Poland from a distance.
Chad rubbed his index finger across his watch and held it up to his mouth saying, “Go to voice over mode.”
A light on the watch beeped.
“Okay Poland I see you,” Chad said. “…and we already went over the plan.”
“Yeah,” Poland was heard replying. “I remember everything we went over.”
“Good,” Chad quoted. “Do what you know to do, make it quick, and not a single screw-up. One screw up and you fail.”
Poland approached the entrance of a store and pulled on the door desperately as if he was attempting to break and enter.
The door, of course, was locked.
Poland drew a hard object from his pocket, being confident that it would break the glass.
‘WACK WACK WACK!!!’
‘BANG BANG BANG!!!’
‘BONK BONK BONK!!!’
‘POUND POUND POUND!!!’
…Poland pounded as hard as he could on the glass. But being that the glass was super strong, it wouldn’t break.
Todd ran towards Poland shouting, “HEY YOU!!! HOLD IT RIGHT THERE!!”
“You hear me!?!” Todd shouted as he continued towards Poland at full speed on foot.
Poland drew out his pistol and opened fire at Todd.
‘ZAPP!!’
…Todd was knocked back a few feet as the lasers from the pistol hit him.
Poland turned to see Lieutenant Madasine, who was posing as an innocent bystander witnessing this entire incident.
Poland fired a few rounds at Lieutenant Madasine.
‘ZAP ZAP ZAPP!!’
The impact from the gunshots sent Lieutenant Madasine flying through a window of a store. This set off an alarm.
This entire staged crime scene appeared VERY convincing to Chad as he saw Poland running away from the crime scene.
Chad drove towards Poland to meet him half-way.
As soon as they were close enough, Chad’s car door opened before Chad even began to slow the car down.
The car screeched to a stop just before Chad urgently uttered, “Man quick, get in!!”
Poland quickly got into Chad’s car.
Chad’s car screeched off while the door was still in the process of closing.
“You did good man,” Chad said. “I mean, you weren’t supposed to make a huge mess, but you did aright by me. You’re in… You’re one of us now. Welcome to the family.”
“Hey man, what about the eye cams?” Poland asked. “The authorities are gonna recognize this ditched car man.”
“Nah, we ain't ditching the car man,” Chad said. “Do we look like idiots? We hide evidence; not abandon it.”
It was quiet for a few seconds; then Chad added, “Makes sense?”
“Believe me man, that makes so much sense I gotta call it Rocka Fella, cause its rich,” Poland replied while referring to the word ‘Cents’ as in money.
Poland was using a unique way to get his point across on how much he agreed with Chad.
However, Chad and his gang only looked at Poland funny.
“Now THAT didn’t make sense,” Chad said, referring to Poland’s statement.
Poland shrugged his shoulders then shook his head.
Chad couldn’t help but notice Poland’s calmness. Although this appeared very abnormal to Chad, being that the crime scene was so convincing, Chad decided not to think too much of it.

In the parking lot…
Todd sat up as a few Military Police and county Sheriffs came out of hiding and scampered towards Todd and Lieutenant Madasine.
“Hey Todd, you ain't hurt are you,” one of the Sheriffs asked.
“Never been better. …always dreamed of being able to fly,” Todd humored.
He was okay in other words.
A few Marines helped Lieutenant Madasine up out of the huge puddle of broken glass.
“Are you hurt Lieutenant Madasine?” one of the Military Police Marines asked.
Lieutenant Madasine opened her shirt revealing a glowing vest she wore, which was the same type of vest Todd was wearing.
These glowing vests were designed to attract the lasers fired from a gun to hit it, even if the aim was at the human target’s head, or anywhere else on the human body.
“I'm good,” Lieutenant Madasine said. “It's a success. Chad and his gang are buying this.”
“Now all we need is to be successful in playing Joel for a fool,” Todd said, referring to Cresadia being jumped into Joel’s gang as a means of going undercover.
“Normally, undercover authorities have law breakers by the spine,” Lieutenant Madasine quoted.
“Yeah, NORMALLY,” Todd said, then he mentioned, “But we don't know if this is gonna be a normal situation.”
“Rather it is or isn’t, we will be ready for them either way,” Lieutenant Madasine replied, then she said, “Marines and the police force put together out-number the members of Chad and Joel's gang.”

At a restaurant, early the next morning…
Street traffic could be heard while the light from the rising sun bounced off of every object in its path in the color of orange.
On the inside of a restaurant owned by an individual who’s connected with Joel’s gang, business for breakfast was doing okay for the early morning shift.
Waiters and waitresses cleared and wiped unoccupied tables.
Joel and Cresadia walked in a slow pace through the dining area of the restaurant while conversing.
“This is gonna be your test. This is to see what you're really made of,” Joel explained to Cresadia as they both entered the kitchen.
“You're gonna test me right here in the kitchen?” Cresadia asked.
Joel gave Cresadia an obvious look. He thought Cresadia’s question was just flat out far stupider than ridiculous.
“Does that question make sense to you Cresadia?” Joel asked. “What in the kitchen can be used to see what you’re made of?”
Cresadia shrugged her shoulders saying, “Okay okay, I guess I spoke without thinking.”
“Yeah, lucky guess,” Joel replied. “Now you only have a minute to stand this test like a true warrior.”
“Oh, believe me Joel. What I lack in looking tough, I make up for in actually being that way,” Cresadia said with a proud bragging tone.
“Don’t tell me that baloney, prove it,” Joel said as they reached the back door.
“Prove it by passing your test out here,” Joel added just before opening the back door that led out into an alley.
Five young men in their 20's awaited Cresadia as they were all prepared to jump her into Joel’s gang.
“You have one minute,” Joel said.
Every-last one of these guys admired Cresadia’s outer beauty and perfect 10 body as she stepped outside.
The five sexually excited boys could hardly believe that this was who they were about to test.
Basically, so far, they felt as if it were their lucky day.
They even whistled at her.
“This must be our lucky day!” one of the boys shouted in arousal. “Whooo!”
“Man. We got ourselves a BEAU TEE QUEEN!” one of the guys said while sexually excited.
Cresadia smiled flirtatiously at the guys while rubbing her fingers through her hair.
“Okay, this is for you sexually excited boys. If she wants to be down with us this badly, I don't care if she's just a girl, and I don't care how beautiful she is. Just like everyone else, test her to see how hard she is,” Joel demanded.
“Thank you, Joel,” Cresadia replied, referring to Joel saying how beautiful she is.
“You won’t be thanking me in a minute,” Joel said.
Joel then turned to the five boys and said, “Okay boys, she’s all yours.”
Joel started back towards the entrance, but Cresadia stopped him by saying, “Joel. You may wanna page a medical unit. A few of them. Now. So they’ll be here for these five guys by the time my test ends.”
Joel shook his head in disbelief, thinking Cresadia was only trying to impress him and amuse him with sarcasm.
Joel then entered back into the restaurant closing the door while not yet knowing what a surprise these boys were in for. …and neither did the five boys.
After a few seconds, one of the guys rushed towards Cresadia while attempting to punch her in the face.
Cresadia parried the guy’s punch and slammed an uppercut into the guy’s ribs.
To the guy’s surprise, all the air shot out of his body as he felt four of his ribs snap like toothpicks.
The guy yelled louder than ever in extreme agony and panicked as he felt that all his wind was gone.
The guy suddenly felt very angry, but more so, a large amount of shock as he sounded extremely funny while falling to the ground struggling to breathe.
He REALLY began crying un-controlably while REALLY wishing his mid-section pain would cease right away.
He seriously thought he was about to die as his vision blurred and tears came out of his eyes.
He knew his ribs were broken. And all he could do was lay there while not having expected this much damage to be done to him by such a beautiful girl, who he so strongly admired at first sight and wanted to have sex with; for he had never had this kind of pain inflicted on him by such a cutie.
A second guy rushed towards Cresadia to punch her in the face.
Cresadia delivered a swift side kick to the guy's stomach, leaving his punch to flap in thin air while not being able to reach Cresadia’s face, for her kick had prevented him from coming in punching range.
The guy instantly became nauseated as he felt his internal organs become severely bruised and damaged from Cresadia’s devastating kick.
The guy vomited while going into shock before purposely falling to the ground while struggling to breathe, making loud strange and funny noises just like the first guy.
This guy tried hard to hold in his cry, being that he would be humiliated if a girl he was very sexually aroused by had made him cry.
But the pain was just TOO intense… so the cry just BURSTED out of him.
He knew he was gonna feel ashamed for a long time knowing what damage Cresadia, such a beautiful girl he underestimated, had done to him. …and with just one blow.
The other three guys observe the two injured guys who continued vomiting and crying.
These two injured guys surely enough took their injury as punishment for the sexual comments they spat out at Cresadia.
The three guys backed up out of fear as Cresadia moved towards them.
These guys had never been so scared before in a fight; especially not of a girl… a young BEAUTIFUL girl… someone they would normally make sexual comments about while her back is turned and fantasize about sleeping with.
“Come on boys,” Cresadia quoted flirtatiously, then she added insult to injury by saying, “I'm not ashamed to see grown men cry.”
Having heard the strange noises made by the two men on the ground as they struggled to breathe, Joel opened the door and was very shocked to see the two guys on the ground in the critical condition they were in.
This was not even the ‘LAST’ thing Joel had expected.
He was rather surprisingly impressed; although Joel had not seen what just took place, it was obvious to him that Cresadia was responsible for two of his men on the ground vomiting and crying.
“Is my minute up already?” Cresadia asked Joel, then she added, “I didn’t realize that much time had already passed.”
Joel looked to the three scared guys who were still un-harmed.
“The three of you are looking scared to death of a beautiful young woman? What in God’s name just happened!?!” Joel asked the three scared guys.
One of the scared guys fainted.
Another guy urinated on himself out of fear as his bowels could be heard moving VERY loudly and uncontrolably. Before this guy’s bowels could finish dumping out of him, he also fainted right after having a VERY funny look on his face.
The third un-harmed guy just stood there and started crying. Crying because he felt so humiliated for being scared of Cresadia.
The puzzled look on Joel’s face became so much stronger.
“Like I said, page a medic,” Cresadia reminded with a proud bragging tone.
Joel gestured while saying, “Okay Cresadia… I don’t know HOW you passed your test the way you did, but today's my lucky day,” Joel said, then he gratefully added, “My squad could SURELY use someone like you.”
Cresadia smiled with flattery.
“OH MY GOD I THINK I'M DYING!!” one of the injured boys shouted while crying; then he threw up again.

Auh Oh, They’re Picking Up On Odd Clues.

Sometime later at the restaurant…
Business had picked up a little bit, being that it was the late morning and time was approaching the lunch hour.
Cresadia sat at a table with Joel as they conversed about how Cresadia hospitalized two of his men during her test out back in the alley.
“Joel, I swear, I seriously didn't know I was capable of that,” Cresadia said while gesturing, believing that her façade was 100 percent buyable.
At least that’s what she was hoping. …in a way it was buyable, but at the same time, in a way it wasn’t.
…Which is why Joel was only playing along by ACTING as if he was buying Cresadia’s statement.
Once again, however, Joel wasn’t sure if Cresadia was being honest with him or not.
“Well, I'm glad you ARE capable of what you did,” Joel replied, trying to force himself to look on the bright side of this situation.
“From what I understand, Chad has females in his squad who are capable of doing just as much damage if not more,” Joel added while referring to Cresadia’s combat skills.
Joel’s last statement struck a TAD bit of fear, nervousness, and discouragement in Cresadia’s mind for a few seconds; for she began fearing that she might end up having to face these particular females in Chad’s squad.
Yes. Even for Cresadia being so strong and powerful, she felt afraid of the possibility of having to face Chad’s three strong powerful girls, Spice, Ginger, and Gora, whom Joel happened to be speaking about.
‘Fat chance though,’ Cresadia purposely made herself think on the contrary.
Cresadia then immediately decided to brush this moment of discouragement off.
“…Just wish we had two MORE girls like you in my squad,” Joel added.

The back yard of Chad’s mansion…
This place had all the resemblance of an outdoor gym; which is what it actually was.
While Chad’s crew were working out, Chad and Poland sat and conversated.
“I don't know how that dang grenade got to that subway station. Now the authorities are blaming us for trying to kill each other with it,” Chad lied.
“Which ever one of ya, I mean us, threw that thing had no idea it wasn't activated,” Poland added.
“None of us threw that thing man,” Chad lied once again while confident that his façade to Poland was 100 percent convincing.
“Just because me and my brother Joel wanna kill each other, the authorities assume one of us are responsible for that hi-tech crap there,” Chad added to his combination of lie and facade.
Oh boy, there was a lot of façades being put on at this time…
“Did the thief from that Marine corps base just randomly place that thing there to hide it from the authorities?” Poland asked.
“I am the wrong person to ask that, man! I told you I don’t know nothing about that dang weapon!” Chad snapped.
“I just found it in that subway station that night like everyone else,” Chad explained falsely.
While it was quiet for a few seconds, being that Chad snapped the way he did, Poland was convinced to not be settled on believing him.
“You know, I'm finding it very strange that our attack in that shopping center didn’t make it onto the news media,” Chad brought up, clearly changing the subject.
“Well, that’s a good thing, isn’t it?” Poland contradicted, then he said, “…I mean, that way they won't blame you or your brother for being responsible.”
“Man of course they ain't gonna automatically blame Joel or me. We may be the two most Notorious rival gangs here in Porto Rico, but we ain't the only law breakers around,” Chad explained.
“And the authorities know that,” Chad added.

Meanwhile, at the restaurant…
Cresadia and Joel were still conversing about Cresadia’s test out in the alley.
“Come on, Cresadia. No baloney,” Joel said.
“What do you think I’m jiving about?” Cresadia asked, making every effort to keep Joel from prying her REAL occupation out of her.
“You never seen a girl capable of handling two aggressive men? That IS common these days in this mid-21st century world, is it not?” Cresadia quoted while still trying to play Joel for a fool.
“I never said it wasn’t. Coming across a dangerous woman is nothing new to me, Cresadia,” Joel said.
“I’m speaking on terms of HOW you handled yourself. It wasn’t by coincidence that you hit two of my men in the exact right spot to make them both vomit and not be able to breathe,” Joel clarified.
“And sending them both to the ER; plus, even before your test began, you knew you were gonna cause them to have to be sent there,” Joel added.
Woah… This REALLY struck worry into Cresadia’s mind that her cover was about to be blown. But then Cresadia, at the last second, thought to reply with, “I know the vital parts of the human body Joel,” Cresadia replied.
“My dad was a veteran in the Marines and he showed me a few pointers many years ago before his passing,” Cresadia lied.
“Sorry about your father,” Joes said, buying into Cresadia’s lie.
“Thanks,” Cresadia replied, then she continued her false explanation with, “But what I did shouldn’t be anything overly surprising to you or anyone. Like I said, I just didn’t know I had enough strength to send to of your boys to the hospital hitting them there. I just remember what my father taught me and what damage it would most likely do.”
“Well, you maintained your knowledge of human anatomy very well from what your dad taught you,” Joel complimented.
“Yeah, and hopefully those two guys I sent to the ER will remember that the next time they stare HARD at me and make in-appropriate comments to me about my beautiful physique,” Cresadia replied just before smiling proudly without showing teeth.
Cresadia’s confidence of her cover not being blown suddenly returned.
Joel shook his head. “TSS… You flatter yourself too much, Cresadia. And by the way, the medical reports OF those two guys were forwarded to me. They both arrived in the E.R. with severe internal organ damage. And one had four broken ribs as well as a severely bruised left lung.”
Cresadia shrugged her shoulders and then said in a bragging tone of voice with sarcasm, “Well, hopefully next time those two guys wanna beat up on a girl they'll think twice.”
One of Joel’s guys approached.
“Hey Joel, a call for you,” the guy said.
Joel got up, turned to Cresadia and said, “Cres... Stay where you are. We'll continue this discussion in a minute.”
Both the guy and Joel walked off.
‘I sure hope I'm not giving this guy clues,’ Cresadia thought strongly to herself… a thought that came with TONS and TONS of worry just ‘RACING’ through her mind uncontrollably.
But thanks to her martial arts training, Cresadia was able to keep calm and keep her panicky nervousness hidden.
As soon as Joel thought he was at a great enough distance from Cresadia, just before taking the phone call on his A.I watch, Joel mentioned to his crewman, “I want you all to keep an eye on our new girl. Nobody has ever passed a test to get into my squad the way she did, and I think she might have been feeding me a bunch of baloney while talking to me just now. So, keep CLOSE watch on her,” Joel demanded.
“It'll be my pleasure to keep my eye on her,” the guy replied. “She's REALLY attractive.”
“Dude, stop letting her outer beauty go to your head or you’ll be endangering yourself,” Joel firmly and demandingly warned, but in a whispering tone.
“Cresadia’s fighting skills far out-weigh her outer beauty, so keep your head on,” Joel suggested.
“Yes Joel,” the guy replied.

Chapter 8.
The Key Interaction & The Prayer Request.
9Please respect copyright.PENANA1ghb8QV5NR
At ‘The Magic Bean’ coffee house…
Some of the most soothing and relaxing music amplified from the outdoor speakers while people sat on the patio enjoying their social time together.
Cindy exited the Magic Bean Coffee house while rubbing her index finger across her watch.
“Voice over mode please,” Cindy commanded to her watch’s data system as the call transferred to Mac.
Chad, who was currently inside of his vehicle, speaking to one of his crewmen with his A.I. watch on voice over mode, spotted Cindy on the front view screen of his car…
‘What a sight to see!!!’ was the thoughts and emotions bombarding inside of Chad beyond what he could handle as he stared at Cindy with the most extreme arousal… metaphorically, hard enough to puncture a hole through the portion of his car where the front view screen was located.
This OF COURSE had Chad distracted to the point where he paid ABSOLUTELY ZERO attention to what was being said to him by his crewman who he spoke to on voice over mode.
“You found anything on Poland yet?” Chad asked as he tried HARD to carry on his conversation during his moment of EXTREME AROUSAL.
“Naa boss,” the crewman replied.
“What you want me to do? Give it a few more weeks or something?” the crewman asked.
Finally, Chad could not take it anymore as he watched Cindy pace back and forth while on the air with her dad.
“Hey man you know what? I’ll call back. I need like a minute,” Chad quoted right before rubbing his index finger across his watch, ending the call.
‘I gotta meet her NOW!!!’ … another thought of desperation that crossed Chad’s mind, which was also the words Chad voluntarily spoke in his head.
Now all Chad had to do was wait for Cindy to get off the air with Mac. …which he hoped would be ‘SUPER SOON.’
Auh ohh… The BIG auh ohh… One could only imagine where this interaction was about to lead…
But anyway, the moment Chad saw Cindy hang up with her dad and enter back into The Magic Bean coffee house, Chad literally ‘RUSHED’ out of his car and headed into the Magic Bean coffee house building after her, hoping to start a conversation.
As soon as Chad anxiously entered the coffee house overflowing with excitement, it clearly appeared to him as if Cindy was available to talk.
‘HERE’S MY CHANCE!’ Chad thought to himself with maximum excitement.
Chad came up behind Cindy asking, “Excuse me, do you Model?”
Cindy directed her attention to Chad. “No, I don’t.”
“No wait. You're far too beautiful for that kind of career,” Chad complimented. …he complimented Cindy in a form of hitting on her.
At first Cindy started to take offense as she usually would, but then, she started recognizing Chad as one of the neighborhood’s notorious gang leaders according to holographic images she had seen since she had been to Porto Rico.
…Otherwise, this pickup line would have earned Chad a knee to the groin from Cindy; hard enough to cause him to vomit.
Cindy had kneed men in the groin before for hitting on her disrespectfully and making rude sexual comments to her. The only men who didn’t cry after she kneed them in the crotch, were the ones who passed out. …which resulted in them not being able to walk right for a few weeks.
Cindy quickly removed her mind from the urge of taking offense and kneeing Chad in the groin, to acting as if she was flattered. “Why thank you for that.”
By going along with what Chad said, Cindy saw this as an open door for her to eventually take her revenge without turning Porto Rico upside down looking for those responsible for jumping Mac. …the ONLY ONE reason Cindy put on her ‘thank you I’m flattered’ façade.
Yep, SADLY, Cindy was being hardheaded as usual…
“I’m Laura,” Cindy lied. “What’s your name?”
Of course, because she was planning on taking vengeance out on whoever jumped her father, and because of Chad’s reputation, Cindy wasn’t going to give Chad her real name.
“Chad’s my name,” Chad almost immediately caught onto the fact that Cindy was acting as if she was un-familiar with who he was.
“I guess you’re new around here, Laura. Because many people know about me in this city,” Chad said with the largest ego blended with his voice tone.
Cindy shrugged her shoulders and replied with, “Somewhat. Just here taking in beautiful sights. …you know, a chance to see the world.”
“Hey listen, Laura,” Chad said, thinking Cindy’s name was Laura. “If you ain't about to leave, I was hoping we can talk. Sit at a table for a conversation.”
Cindy thought for a second with a slight bit of un-sureness, then contradicted this feeling saying, “Yes, but only as a friend. My boyfriend wouldn't be happy if it was under any other compassion.”
At least Cindy was honest about having a boyfriend… Well of course she would be. She loved Lamich so much and cared too much about their relationship to even PRETEND to be on a romantic date with Chad or anyone else…
“Well doesn’t every kind of relationship start off as a friendship anyway?” Chad asked rhetorically.
“We'll just leave this as friends,” Cindy confirmed under a pretending attitude, confident that her façade was working good so far. …and it was.
Out of the blue, Chad added, “Of course you know, Laura, I don't mean you being beautiful as a complement and I'm being honest, right?”
“Well..... I'll take it as a complement,” Cindy responded while feeling the need to apply more effort into keeping from giving into being offended.
To complement this effort, Cindy added, “I mean, I really shouldn't trip off of guys calling me beautiful, being that such a fact can change in an instant.”
But Cindy had been sexually harassed verbally so many times, that that’s what her mind had grown accustomed to.
“I'm with you on that,” Chad said. “A beautiful woman should never take for granted being able to attract men.”
Cindy looked at Chad with a funny surprised look. But on the other hand, Cindy knew that Chad was making a point. She should be thankful whenever someone is admiring her and giving her a nice compliment on the way she looks. …as long as it’s in a nice way anyway.
Chad bucked his eyes with a surprised look and asked, “Well... don’t you think that makes sense?”
After a few seconds of silence, Cindy gestured and quoted, “Whatever. …heard that same lecture so many times from so many different people.”

In Lieutenant Madisine’s office…
Todd, Cresadia, Poland, and Lieutenant Madisine, were speaking with one another regarding the undercover assignment they were on with Chad and Joel’s gang.
“So, what did you all find so far?” Lieutenant Madisine asked.
Poland replied with, “All we know so far is that Chad's gang and Joel's gang were the one's fighting in the abandoned subway station. And that they're actually brothers… STEP-brothers who have a long and large history of sybling rivalry.”
“I'd surely hate to see how they’d treat each other if they were enemies of no relation,” Todd added.
“I’m pretty sure the same way. They hate each other like they’re not related at all,” Lieutenant Madisine answered, then she quoted, “But anyway. Does anyone know if the parents of these opposite gang leaders are both still living?”
“Sorry Lieutenant,” Poland replied. “…that information we DON’T have. But I'm still in the process of finding out how the grenade ended up in the abandoned subway station and which party brought it there.”
“Okay. We all know what needs to be done and what we're looking for. You're all dismissed,” Lieutenant Madisine said.
They all exited.
Cresadia and Todd walked together speaking to one another.
“I hope we're cool about what happened in the hospital,” Cresadia said apologetically, referring to mentioning to Todd that she thought Corinthian was cute.
Todd, however, had no clue right away as to what Cresadia was apologetic about; which caused him to put a confused look on his face. “What HAPPENED in the hospital?”
“Me and your son,” Cresadia replied. “About me telling you that I think he’s cute.”
“Auh that’s nothing I take offense to,” Todd said while gesturing with his right hand; in a way to show that he thought it was no big deal.
“I mean, you said something positive and uplifting about my son, right? A reason for ME to feel good as well as him… if he was awake to hear it,” Todd added.
“Not IF he wakes up. WHEN he wakes up,” Cresadia encouraged.
“You know what? You’re right,” Todd replied, then he reminded himself out loud saying, “Gotta have faith in God.”
“Yes,” Cresadia quoted.
“Wait a minute,” Todd said as he suddenly realized something.
“What?” Cresadia responded.
“Corinthian DID mention to me the night before he was gunned down, that he visited a martial arts dojo and that one of the female black belts students looked at him flirtatiously with strong admiration,” Todd mentioned.
Cresadia responded with a nod of her head decorated with a smile on her face while feeling a tad bit embarrassed, being that she didn’t expect that Todd would find out about that.
Noticing Cresadia’s gesture, Todd asked curiously, “That was you?”
Cresadia’s emotional response was embarrassment. Cresadia responded by nodding her head ‘YES’. …for Cresadia suddenly thought she straight made a fool of herself.
“Yes, that was me,” Cresadia answered. “And I wanted to meet him that night, but he left before the end of our promotional testing. He didn’t by any chance say I made him nervous, did he? I hope that’s not why he ran out of the dojo so soon.”
“No, that wasn’t why at all,” Todd replied.
Todd’s statement allowed Cresadia to feel a great sense of relief as she felt free to release all regret; for knowing she had nothing to do with Corinthian leaving before she had a chance to talk to him, and that she actually DIDN’T accidentally leave an intensifying impression.
Todd continued with, “He left at the time he did because college football players get up early every morning for pre-season practice. Otherwise, I’m sure he would have stuck around to talk to you.”
“Ohh, okay. That's a relief,” Cresadia quoted as Todd’s additional statement caused her to let go of all regret. …being that now she was assured.
“As long as I know I didn’t scare him off,” Cresadia added.
Todd shook his head saying, “Nooooo, you didn’t scare him off at all.”

At Todd’s house…
Drewin, who was Corinthian’s little brother, sat on his bed wearing a virtual holodeck videogame visor playing a holodeck cowboy video game.
Suddenly, through the noise of the video game, Drewin heard Todd calling his name from outside the room.
“Game over,” Drewin called out to the holodeck visor.
The holodeck visor de-activated.
Drewin removed the visor from his eyes and quoted, “Dad?”
Todd, who had just made it home, entered-into the room. “Oh good, you're home.”
“How's Corinthian dad?” Drewin asked, desperate to hear good news. …well at least better news than when he first heard that Corinthian was admitted to the hospital in a coma.
“So far no change,” Todd regretted replying.
Believe it; discouraging Drewin with this statement wasn’t Todd’s intention.
AND he regretted the fact that this was the only answer available for him to give Drewin.
But Todd could only tell the truth about Corinthian’s condition.
“Dad, when is he gonna wake up?” Drewin asked in a worried voice tone just before realizing that his question might as well have come out rhetorical.
“Son,” Todd said as he sat with Drewin on the bed, with every intention to comfort him. “All we can do is hope and pray. There's no telling when he might wake up.”
“MIGHT?” Drewin replied, which was a word that he didn’t think was good enough for his Dad to say regarding Corinthian waking up. “Dad, say ‘will.’”
What Drewin had said reminded Todd of Cresadia encouraging him the SAME EXACT WAY.
Todd corrected himself saying, “Okay son. There's no telling when he WILL wake up. Don't worry son. I think he's gonna be fine. The doctors are doing everything they can.”
“I just hope he wakes up soon,” Drewin said while worried.
“I do too, son. I do too,” Todd replied.
The two of them hugged.

On the streets near a local church…
Later that day, Drewin rode his bike down the streets while headed for a church.
As Drewin made it to the church campus, he saw two men standing outside speaking with one another.
Drewin got off his bike and approached them. Not a moment too soon, the two men notice Drewin approaching.
“Good day kid, how can we help you?” the first man asked.
“Hi, is the pastor here?” Drewin asked.
“The pastor stepped out to lunch just now,” the second man replied.
The second man pressed a button on his watch while saying, “But I can take a message for you.”
The second man was ready to record Drewin’s message on his watch.
“What time will he be back from lunch?” Drewin asked.
“Around one o'clock,” the first man replied.
“Do you need me to forward him a message?” the second man asked. “A prayer request maybe?”
“Yes…” Drewin replied. “I need prayer for my older brother. He's been caught in a gang cross-fire at a University. And he's in a coma.”
“Oh. You're the brother of Corinthian? The football player from the college who was shot,” the second man quoted.
“Yes. I'm his little brother,” Drewin answered.
“Well, we HAVE been praying for him,” the first man replied. “But if you want, we can pray for Corinthian's status and your comfort.”
“Okay,” Drewin said.
“What's your name?” the second man asked.
“Drewin,” Drewin replied.
“Aright,” the first man said. “Let’s join hands and pray.”
The three of them joined hands.
The second man began praying by saying, “Dear gracious heavenly father, first-of-all, we thank you for bringing Drewin hear safely father. Lord, we come to you today on behalf of Drewin's brother, Corinthian. Lord, we pray that Corinthian will have a speedy recovery, AND be physically healthy, even healthy enough to play college football. And we pray for Drewin’s comfort so that he would trust that you have already made everything alright and provided Corinthian’s speedy recovery. And I pray that you will touch the hearts of the people who are responsible for this situation, and I pray for Drewin to have faith in YOU, and not faith in faith. In Jesus holy name. Amen.”
The three of them open their eyes and let go of each other's hands.
“It's gonna be alright brother, just make sure you have faith in God and not having faith in faith,” the first man encouraged.
“I'll try,” Drewin replied.
“No, you can't try. You gotta do it. Having faith in God is something you gotta DO. And it’s not a feeling either,” the first man mentioned.
“Yes, exactly. It’s not feelings,” the second man added, then he said, “At times, we think we’re not having faith in God because negative emotions of panic get in the way. But those are just negative emotions of panic. That’s what causes many Christians to say, ‘Oh I need more faith.’ Then they end up trying to have faith in faith instead of actually having faith in God. When negative emotions come, you have to plead the blood of Jesus over your emotions.”
Drewin completely understood as he nodded his head, then he said, “Yes. In Jesus name, I plead the blood of Jesus over my negative emotions.”
“There you go,” the first man said, then he added, “Whenever this worry, or any worries in future times come to your mind, just ask God to come into your mind and into your heart, and deal with your pressures.”
“Yes, that sounds great,” Drewin replied.
“And I want you to confirm this to yourself daily. ‘God is WITH me, God is FOR me, and God is greater than this problem I face.’ Don’t just confirm that against THIS current situation. Confirm it against ALL negative situations in life you face,” the second man added as a form of very encouraging wise counsel.
Drewin prayed saying, “Jesus, please come into my heart, come into my mind, and deal with my pressures. I plead the blood of Jesus over my emotions.”
“Amen,” both men said almost simultaneously.
Drewin, now having his feelings of encouragement amped up, replied with, “Thank you guys. I feel better already.”
Drewin and the two men hugged. …a form of comfort in hard times.

Chapter 9.
Cindy’s Not Listening.
9Please respect copyright.PENANAZSBauEwkcZ
At Car’s house…
Cindy sat at the kitchen table speaking to Chad and Joel’s parents on holographic facetime, who she happened to look up and contact.
During Cindy’s conversation with Chad at the Magic Bean coffee house earlier that day, Cindy had used her detective skills to trick Chad into speaking of his father and Joel’s mother, as far as giving out their names.
That’s all Cindy needed to know to begin her OWN investigation, an intention Chad would have never guessed that Cindy had.
Both Chad and Joel’s parents were shown on a holographic screen from the shoulders up.
Joel’s mother was of course Caucasian, while Chad’s father was nothing other than black.
“How long has this been going on?” Cindy asked, meaning the rivalry between Chad and Joel.
“Chad and Joel have rivaled each other sense they were teenagers,” the mother replied.
“Back when me and Chad’s father started dating,” the mother added.
Cindy gained a surprised look on her face as she quoted, “Since they were teenagers?”
Lamich approached Cindy from behind and set a bottle of champagne on the table in front of her.
Lamich was wanting to enjoy this time with Cindy over champagne after her holographic facetime with Chad and Joel’s parents ended.
Cindy continued with, “Wouldn't they have learned to get a long by now?”
“Well sadly they didn't,” the mother said, then she mentioned, “Time passing by alone doesn't make strife and bitterness fade away, obviously.”
The father then added, “Especially if it's sibling rivalry. That's why Chad, Joel, and their men rival.”
“Oh,” Cindy said, then she quoted, “The sibling rivalry reached that high of a peak.”
Both Chad’s father and Joel’s mother nodded their heads ‘Yes’.
Lamich wrapped his arms around Cindy and kissed her while whispering, “I love you.”
“I love you too honey, but I'm talking right now,” Cindy replied to Lamich.
“Wow, this is all over a childhood rivalry?” Cindy asked the parents.
Lamich un-wrapped his arms from around Cindy and left the kitchen.
“How could something like this come about?” Cindy asked with confusion. “What about the fact that they're brothers?”
“Evidently, that’s what they’re troubled about the most regarding each other,” the father said.
“They wish me and my wife hadn't married. Neither even showed up at our wedding ceremony,” the father added.
“Aww. I’m deeply saddened to hear about that,” Cindy replied.
“But my husband and I have been praying for them ever since we been together,” Joel’s mother said, then she added, “Hopefully soon and very soon our prayers will be answered.”
“And most importantly, hopefully Chad and Joel will accept Jesus into their lives as Lord and savior,” Chad’s father added.
“It would be and honor to see that happen,” Cindy said and hoped simultaneously; then she asked, “Do you know where Chad or Joel could be found?”
“Joel runs a cafe on Digvara street and Chad commutes all over this island,” the mother replied.
Lamich entered back into the kitchen having overheard everything.
“Okay, that's all I need to know,” Cindy said.
“I'm glad we could help, officer Brocovich,” the mother said.
“Thank you, guys,” Cindy replied, then she said, “Enjoy the rest of your night, you two.”
The elderly couple waved just before going off the air.
The holographic screen vanished.
“Thank you, Jesus,” Cindy said graciously while looking up at the ceiling; not being aware that Lamich was still present.
“Cindy!” Lamich said, causing Cindy to jump in fright; having thought Lamich had walked out of the kitchen and not expecting him to utter her name like that.
“I'm awake now,” Cindy replied with sarcasm in reference to Lamich causing her to jump.
Cindy had become a bit angered at Lamich for scaring her this way.
“No Cindy, obviously you're NOT awake,” Lamich said in terms of believing that Cindy was disregarding what he, Mac, and Car had advised her about the case earlier.
…TO STAY AWAY FROM IT AND LEAVE IT ALONE!!!
“What in God's name were you just doing?” Lamich scolded.
“Putting my father's attempt killers away by gathering
information to give to Cresadia, Todd, and Poland,” Cindy replied.
“You're investigating in this case, are you?” Lamich replied while accusing Cindy accurately.
Cindy’s response was a shake of her head in denial.
…something Lamich SURELY wasn’t buying. …not even for a second.
Cindy then attempted explaining her intentions saying, “No Lamich, you’re not listening to me. I contacted the parents as a friend, not as a cop.”
“Wait Cindy,” Lamich quoted. “WHO isn’t listening to WHO!?!” Lamich said, slightly raising his voice.
“Lamich, let me finish explaining, okay!” Cindy demanded while simultaneously turning all the way around in her chair and rising to her feet. “…before you fly off the handle carrying the wrong idea.”
Lamich replied with, “First off Cindy, there’s nothing to explain. Secondly, we advised you not to do anything. Let Poland, Cresadia, and Todd do their job and gather their own information their own way! And thirdly, what wrong idea!?! What could you possibly call a wrong idea!?!”
“I WILL explain, Lamich; if I DON’T have to talk over you!” Cindy quoted.
Lamich sighed while shaking his head out of frustration.
“Now listen!” Cindy quoted.
Cindy gestured with both her hands while slightly moving towards Lamich saying, “Just because I talk to the parents of the two notorious gang leaders here in Porto Rico, doesn’t mean I’m investigating!?!”
“Why, Cindy!?! Why are you talking to the parents!?!” Lamich asked out of the most extreme curiosity, let alone the most-heaviest concern and bizarre feelings about this situation on Cindy’s behalf.
“Lamich. …all I'm doing is giving Todd, Cresadia, and Poland something to work with,” Cindy explained.
“Well at least that’s what I PLAN to do!... Still skeptical? …about me listening to dad, grandpa, and you!?!” Cindy quoted.
“YEAH Cindy! I AM as a matter of fact,” Lamich replied.
“Cindy, listen to me. Todd, Poland, Cresadia, they don't need your FREAKING help!” Lamich confirmed redundantly, trying his hardest to forcefully sink his words of worry and concern DEEP into Cindy’s head.
Would Cindy listen though? NOOOOOOO!
“Didn't you agree that you'll leave this case alone, Cindy!?!” Lamich reminded rhetorically, then he added metaphorically, “You have no jurisdiction here on this island for the 2000th time!”
“Lamich, let something happen to someone YOU care about, and see how you take it!” Cindy firmly quoted.
‘Now WHAT the HECK kind of statement was this?’, Lamich thought. Lamich DID care for Mac. He was Cindy’s father for Christ’s sake… What a waist of a statement that burst out of Cindy’s mouth without her thinking.
“Don’t you think I DO care about your father, Cindy? We ARE basically related,” Lamich reminded, in reference to their extremely tight boyfriend girlfriend relationship, then he added, “We’re all family; okay!?!”
Lamich continued with, “Cindy, PLEASE listen to me, and HEAR me at the same time! Let Todd, Poland, and Cresadia handle this themselves! They know what they’re doing! I don't want anything to happen to you! Thank God what happened to your DAD wasn’t actually worse than what it was!”
“Lamich,” Cindy said while gesturing to calm Lamich down and defuse this heated argument between them.
…a heated conversation that wouldn’t have started if Cindy hadn’t insisted on doing her own investigation while having vengeful intentions.
Cindy then quoted, “All I did was happen to come across extra information. Nothing's gonna happen to me!”
“Cindy, how did you possibly find out who Chad and Joel's parents were?” Lamich asked suspiciously.
“Chad told me himself,” Cindy replied.
Lamich could NOT believe what he had just heard from Cindy.
BOY did Lamich’s heart jump while skipping God knows how many beats...
In fact, Lamich was beyond shocked to hear this from Cindy.
As Lamich was prepared to reply, Cindy said, “I was in a coffee house, Chad saw me, thought I was beautiful, and started a conversation with me. And YES, I told him about you. So it’s NOT anything for you to get angry and upset over. Plus, I didn’t even give him my real name. I introduced myself to him as Laura. He started a conversation with me. ME!”
“Please Cindy… Don’t do ANYTHING FREAKING else!” Lamich demanded.
“Okay? Didn’t you hear Cresadia describe to you what kind of people Chad and Joel are the other night at the dojo!?! You need to leave those dangerous notorious street thugs and this case alone!” Lamich advised as firmly and powerfully as possible.
“Like I said, Lamich, I’m not going ANY further than this,” Cindy said. “You have my word.”
“That’s what worries me,” Lamich said.
“What, you don’t believe me?” Cindy quoted. “Well I guess we’ll find out eventually, won’t we?”
Lamich looked straight up towards God while gesturing as he said, “Lord, PLEASE make it so that Cindy means what she says this time!”
“I mean what I say, Lamich,” Cindy confirmed. …however, Cindy’s voice tone was saying something else.
…which was why Lamich remained skeptical at this time. I mean, Cindy already broke her promise about not interfering with this case before.
So how was Lamich possibly going to fully trust Cindy to leave the case alone THIS time?...

Chapter 10.
Totally Busted.
9Please respect copyright.PENANA1kHvqRzabJ
On the inside of an abandoned warehouse…
The three guys who sold Chad the advanced grenade were held hostage by Chad and his crew.
And BOY were Chad and his crew angry with THESE guys...
So angry, that they had the three guys tied up in chairs as tight as can be. …and my God, did Chad and his crew torture them.
Chad was present of course, along with Poland, Spice, Gora, Ginger, and many of Chad's other crew members.
With a large load of fury and rage, Chad went off on the three men he held hostage saying, “Man, I paid ya’ll way too much for that grenade. I had no way of activating the freaking thing from MY location, and you tell me nothing when you sold it to me! You tell me not a FREAKING THING about the grenade needing to be activated from the Marine Corps base!”
Boy did the rage and furry expressed in Chad’s voice have the three men intimidated and terrified for their lives to the maximum.
All hope in the minds of the three men held hostage of getting out of this place alive had vanished; for they knew that the chances of a cop driving by and catching Chad and his gang in this act was impossibly slim… or at least that’s what they were strongly assuming at the time.
They had no idea that Poland was an undercover cop who had already paged back-up.
And speaking of that, Gora took a quick glance towards Poland, and noticed a small blinking light on Poland's watch while one of the hostages replied to Chad in a pleading voice tone, “Honestly man! I didn't know it wasn't activated! And I didn't know that grenade could only be activated from the base! Not until they mentioned it on the news!”
Not believing a word that guy had just said, Chad suddenly felt that his intelligents were being insulted. …which caused Chad to become offended and back hand slap that guy across the face with full force just before uttering, “Man, stop telling the world’s most foolish lies to ME!!!”
Gora watched as Poland mysteriously exited the facility.
“Man, you must tend to think that because I don't have a high paying successful job and I'm in the gang leading business that I must be stupid! Huh!?!” Chad wrongfully assumed.
“No!” the guy replied while using an even MORE pleading tone of voice.
“Huh! Is that what you’re doing!?! Stereotyping on me!?!” Chad quoted rhetorically and angrily. …mostly angrily.
The three men really DIDN’T have any knowledge of the fact that the smart grenade could only be activated from on base by an A.I. system.
“No man, I freaking swear!” the other guy pleaded.
“Oh what, you swearing at me now!?!” Chad quoted while messing with the guys’ minds. …purposely trying hard to intimidate them more and more. …and much much more.
And it was working…
Meanwhile, on the outside of the facility, Gora peaked out through the door to see Poland speaking into his watch saying to his back-up, “Come on guys, hurry up and get here.”
Gora peaked further ahead to see police cars approaching from a distance with their sirens raving loudly.
“It's about time!” Poland said as he saw the police units arriving.
Gora scamper-rushed back into the facility towards Chad and the gang with the most extreme feeling of anxiety, nearly knocking other people over to get to Chad.
“Where's my money, man!?!” Chad uttered. “I want back my freaking money!”
“CHAD, we need to go, NOW!” Gora said. “Cops are coming!”
“WHAT!?!” Chad uttered. “COPS!?! In this abandoned area!?!”
“It was Poland! I think he called them!” Gora quoted. “I think he’s one of them!”
As soon as the police sirens were heard right on the other side of the warehouse walls, Chad and his gang scampered off in the direction where they knew of a secret exit before police had a chance to barge through the doors.
Some of Chad's men, who had not made it to the rear exit before the cops could ram down the door and enter, threw explosives at the cops.
A few cops opened fire while some, who happened to be in closer range of the explosives, jumped out of the way of the minor explosions.
The cops knew that their force fields they wore would not shield them from the minor explosions.
Chad's other men, who had made it out of the building, got into their cars and screeched off.

In Chad’s car…
Gora rode in the front seat with Chad, who of course, was driving.
“Man, what an idiot I’ve been,” Chad self-condemned for not going with the funny feeling he had about Poland from the beginning like he started to.
“Chad. You had no way of knowing that the grenade could only be activated by an A.I. system from Marine Corps headquarters…” Gora said, miss-understanding what Chad was condemning himself over.
Chad interrupted Gora’s last word saying, “Gora I ain't talking about the grenade! That fool Poland set us up!... This ain’t about the FREAKING grenade! Okay!?!”
“Okay okay!” Gora replied.
“Yeah, I figured that light was blinking on Poland’s watch for a reason; so I had to follow him to see who he was about to speak with,” Gora added.
“Good eye, Gora good eye,” Chad credited.
“That light on Poland’s watch was blinking because he was recording everything taking place with us in that warehouse. And that fool forwarded everything to the police station by now!... But we’re gonna track that fool down. And we’re gonna be harder on him than we were on those three fools we bought the phony grenade from,” Chad said.

On the inside of the abandoned warehouse…
Cops were unstrapping the three hostages from the chairs.
BOY were these three guys happy to see the cops. And how funny. …Criminals being happy to see the police is just something that wasn’t seen or heard of every day.
“You lucky I'm an undercover cop who was recording this crap and they got here in time!” Poland scolded to the three guys.
“I know sir. Thank God for you,” one of the guys said.
Poland sarcastically replied with, “I hope ya’ll ready for something you won’t be thanking God for… I'm placing you three under arrest for the theft of military assault weaponry for your personal financial gain.”
Poland turned to the other cops and said, “Cuff these three fools now.”
The cops began cuffing the three men.

At a loco park… 10:30am Saturday Morning…
The family reunion picnic that Cindy, Lamich, and Mac traveled to Porto Rico to attend was taking place.
Everyone was having a great time; perfect hot weather, the delicious aroma of grilled meat cooking, the sounds of children having the time of their lives on the playground and in the pool, where the sounds of people splashing into the water was heard every few seconds. …as well as children in the pool yelling in excitement.
‘The sound of summer…’
Every now and then, the lifeguards were heard blowing their whistles in the pool area.
Cindy and Mac sat at a picnic table under a patio where many other family members sat.
They were all chilling.
All were watching the news on a floating holographic screen.
A Brunette female broadcaster reported the news saying, “It has just been confirmed that the thieves of this highly advanced grenade from the Marine Corps base, were three of the Marine corps bases own employees. However, the three thieves had no knowledge that the grenade could only be activated from base until after they sold it to one of Puerto Rico's notorious gang leaders, Chad Norma, who remains at large.”
An image of the three grenade thieves had appeared in the upper right-hand corner of the holographic screen while the Brunette woman was in the middle of her broadcast.
“I seriously don't know how the grenade thieves thought they would never get caught,” Mac said.
“I mean, stealing from the Marine Corps base? You gotta be dumber than a dried-up crumbled dead leaf,” Mac quoted.
“They weren't gonna find those three thieves until Chad's gang took them to some abandoned facility and tortured them,” Cindy said. “Poland recorded and forwarded the whole thing.”
“Na, Cindy, they would have caught those thieves regardless,” Mac argued calmly.
“God just allowed it to happen this way so that Chad's gang could be exposed for having a connection to the stolen weapon,” Mac added.

Meanwhile, on a grassy field in the park, Poland approached Todd with a football and said, “Feel like going long, Todd?”
“What, you wanna play catch?” Todd asked.
This was a dumb question that slipped out of Todd’s mouth without him thinking.
“No Todd, I wanna shoot hoops,” Poland replied sarcastically.
“Well, that's the wrong kind of ball, Poland,” Todd replied while returning sarcasm. “…can’t even dribble THAT ball without any issues.”
“Yeah, no-freaking-kidding me,” Poland replied, then he said, “Come on man, go long.”
“Pass it to me,” Todd said as he ran at a slow pace further outfield while keeping his eyes on Poland and the football he was holding.
Poland passed the ball...
PUMFF!!!.... was the sound of Todd clapping both hands to the ball, trapping it with his two-handed grip as he caught it.
9Please respect copyright.PENANAzJ5qpdIHmF
On the patio, Mac conversed with Car while watching Poland and Todd pass the foot-ball back and forth.
Just by observing Todd and Poland, both Car and Mac could clearly imagine the heat pounding on their skin, repeatedly urging their skin to break out a sweat.
“I remember every home-coming game in my four years in high-school,” Mac said, obviously referring to the sport of football; for Todd and Poland playing catch with one another had brought back the memories.
“I’m pretty sure everyone would remember all their home coming games,” Car suggested.
“Too huge of an event each year to not remember,” Car added.
“My freshman year, it was a losing season,” Mac said.
After a few seconds of silence, Car changed the subject by quoting, “I’m glad the cops caught the gang responsible for throwing that grenade. …don't have to worry about Cindy acting vengefully outside of her jurisdiction now.”
“Na, actually dad, you got it all wrong,” Mac replied.
“They caught the individuals who STOLE the grenade from the Marine Corps base. The street gang’s still at large. And chances are, Poland blew his cover with them earlier this week,” Mac suggested.
“Ahh, I’m sure Poland and his team will find Chad before Chad and his so-called front line of defense finds him,” Car said, referring to Chad’s crewmen as being Chad’s front line of defense.
“I'm glad that’s your hope,” Mac replied.

Meanwhile, Cindy strolled along a sidewalk trail near the playground with Cresadia.
Cindy had just informed Cresadia about contacting Chad and Joel’s parents.
“Cindy, PLEASE be lying to me,” Cresadia begged, truly hoping that Cindy had not gone against everybody’s advice.
“Auh no definitely not,” Cindy replied. “I don't speak dishonestly to friends.”
Cresadia sighed out of slight frustration.
“Especially new ones,” Cindy added while referring to Cresadia as a new friend.
“I’m flattered,” Cresadia said in response to Cindy calling her a new friend.
“But Cindy, why on GOD’S GREEN EARTH did you contact Chad's and Joel’s parents after your interaction with Chad? I mean, yes that may be useful for US, but you endangered your-SELF,” Cresadia scolded with a worried voice tone.
“Well now that the case is pretty much solved, there's nothing else I need to do to interfere,” Cindy replied.
“Are you even sure that was their parents?” Cresadia asked. “I mean, there's more than one guy named Chad and Joel on this island.”
Cindy started digging into her purse, looking for something while saying, “Hold that thought. I DO have their contact information.”
9Please respect copyright.PENANAK4raDkYVu3
Meanwhile, in the parking lot driveway, not too far from where Cindy and Cresadia strolled, Chad drove by slowly and stopped as he spotted Cindy speaking with Cresadia.
Chad had two of his men in the car with him.
Chad started off his sentence referring to Cindy’s outer beauty saying, “That thing of beauty I met in the coffee shop is talking to Joel's new recruit.”
Chad had his own way of finding out that Joel had Cresadia recruited into his crew. …well, as far as Chad was concerned, she was Joel’s new recruit.
But then, at this time, Chad started getting the idea that if he gained a new recruit at the same time as Joel, then that surely means that Cresadia is a cop. This is what Chad was thinking anyways.
9Please respect copyright.PENANAcEca63319c
Meanwhile, in Cresadia and Cindy’s area, after Cindy fumbled around through the items in her purse with her fingers for a few more seconds, Cindy finally found a piece of paper that contained Chad and Joel’s parents’ contact information, drew it out of her purse, and gave it to Cresadia.
Cresadia observed the piece of paper.
“What is this?” Cresadia asked.
“That’s Chad and Joel’s parents’ contact information,” Cindy said. “…thought you guys could use it.”
“Uhh, sure...” Cresadia replied in agreement. “I agree that the contact information of the two parents MAY actually be a huge step forward for this case. And Cindy; this is as far as you go helping us.”
“Don't worry, Cresadia,” Cindy replied.
“I'm not gonna try apprehending anyone. For the rest of my trip, I’m just here for my family reunion and my grandpa’s birthday,” Cindy confirmed.
Suddenly, a sex hungry guy who was admiring Cresadia and Cindy VERY strongly and staring at them WAAAAAAYYYYY too hard, was headed their way while whistling at them.
As usual, Cindy put a look of offense and resentment on her face. But because of the guy’s rude behavior, this time, Cindy was REALLY feeling disrespected.
Cindy started for the guy out of anger until Cresadia stopped her by gently touching Cindy’s chest with the back of her hand.
“Please, don’t be whistling at me, I'm involved already! Thank you very much!” Cindy confirmed with a firm angered voice tone.
“No habla ingles muy bien,” the guy replied.
Cresadia quoted to the rude guy in Spanish with, “Then maybe you understand me! She already has somebody! And she doesn’t appreciate you disrespecting her like that!”
“And what about you? You yourself are very sexy looking,” the guy said to Cresadia in Spanish.
“TWO things I’ll tell you about me! Number one, none of your FREAKING business! And number two, I’m not interested! And number three, start making better first impressions,” Cresadia advised in Spanish, then used her hand to gesture for the guy to leave.
“You may leave us alone now,” Cresadia quoted in Spanish.
The rude guy’s confidence and ego was crushed.

Chad watched as Poland and Todd approached Cindy and Cresadia, and the sex crazed guy walking off in fear at the sight of Todd and Poland.
“Aright. We’ll come back later to take Poland out. Now isn’t a good time,” Chad suggested, then he mentioned, “Maybe sometime late this evening. Looks like Poland is here for an event so he may still be here by then.”
Chad started driving off.

Poland looked to see Chad’s moving car and gazed at it suspiciously for a few seconds as it was leaving the park.
At first, Poland started to read into the funny suspicious feelings he started to have about spotting the car.
However, being that he didn’t know for sure who was driving, Poland’s decision to ‘think nothing of it’ took over.
Poland directed his attention back to Todd, Cresadia, and Cindy, who had noticed the way Poland watched Chad’s car drive out of the park.
“Someone you know, Poland?” Todd asked in reference to Poland watching Chad’s car in a familiar way.
Just when Poland was ready to reply, Cindy added, “Someone you suspect?”
Immediately getting the feeling that Cindy may desire to seek vengeance, Poland replied with a feeling of defensiveness saying, “No. NO NO NO.”

Later that day…
There was nice and calm warm weather.
There was no breeze as the early evening sunlight forced all objects in its path to glow while reflecting the sunlight.
Children played in the streets.
As Chad's car came gliding down the street, the energized children moved out of the way, allowing Chad's car to glide by.
Chad then pulled into the front yard of his mansion.
People were in the house chilling.
Chad suddenly entered the house speaking Spanish while talking about Poland, Cresadia, and Todd’s location.
“How do we know they’ll still be at the park when we get there?” one of Chad’s men asked.
“They looked like they were having some type of family gathering. I don’t think they’ll be leaving the park soon,” Chad replied, then he said, “I want a few of you to go abduct Poland. I’ll tell you what park he’s at. And bring him here alive.”

At the Park… 6:30pm…
Cindy, Mac, Car, and many relatives had left the park for the day.
Cresadia and Poland were heading to their cars while being about to go home for the day.
Both were worn out from how much fun they had with Cindy and Mac’s family.
As Poland and Cresadia walked slowly while conversing, Poland carried in his right hand, a miniature sized plate with a slice of chocolate cake that he planned to eat while driving.
Poland offered some to Cresadia.
Shaking her head to decline Poland’s offer, Cresadia mentioned, “I already had enough chocolate cake for today… I’m so full I can't eat anything else right now.”
“Sure? I only saw you eat one plate of food,” Poland said.
“Yeah well, it doesn't take much to fill me up,” Cresadia quoted. “Guess I have a rather small stomach.”

Two suspicious cars, both containing members from Chad’s gang, pulled up in the parking lot.
The entire gang spotted Poland walking with Cresadia as they all felt desperate to carry out Chad’s plan.
There were five of Chad’s crew members to each car.
Chad him-self however, wasn’t among them.
Instead, Ginger, Spice, and Gora were put in charge by Chad to make sure the plan went smooth.
“We’ll wait for that chick to leave, then we take Poland,” one of Chad’s men quoted.
“Why can't we just kill the chick and kidnap Poland?” another one of Chad’s men asked.
“Because if we kill the chick, it's murder investigation city,” the driver replied.
“Our only job is to take Poland to our crib until Chad figures out how HE wants to torture him to death,” the driver added.

Cresadia reached her car while walking with Poland and quoted, “Poland, be watchful driving home, okay? Surely Chad's looking for you. You know how crazy he is.”
Poland replied with, “Hey, being a detective, I'm sure to find HIM first. I mean I AM looking for HIM too.”
Cresadia nodded her head in agreement then snapped her fingers, which caused her car door to open and her car engine to ignite simultaneously.
Cresadia’s car was programed so that only SHE could open the doors, trunk, hood, AND ignite the car engine by snapping her fingers.
As Cresadia was half-way in her car with her driver’s side door ajar, she quoted to Poland, “Poland, between me and you, hopefully one day soon I'll be Todd's daughter-in-law. Don't tell Todd I said this.”
“You like his son?” Poland asked while slightly surprised. “You and he never even had a single conversation yet. All you did was see him at your karate school and wave. …and pray for him at the hospital.”
“Well, so far I find him attractive,” Cresadia replied as she sat all the way down in the driver’s seat of her car.
With the door still ajar, Cresadia looked to Poland one last time saying, “That AND I sense a very good spirit in him.”
“I'm sure Todd would tell you that your interest in Corinthian is between Corinthian and you,” Poland said. “Corinthian’s a grown boy, he can, and WILL only choose his own girl to date.”
“Yeah, good point made,” Cresadia said. “Well... I'll see how it goes when Corinthian wakes up.”
Cresadia smiled just before her car door started closing.
“Take care of yourself, Poland.” Cresadia dished out those few last words before her driver’s side car door closed completely.
“Bye!” Poland said.
“And you be watchful and careful too!” Poland said in slight utterance so Cresadia could hear him through the exterior of her vehicle.
Cresadia honked her horn in response to inform Poland that she heard him.
Poland then started towards his car as Cresadia started driving off.
As Chad’s men saw Poland heading for his car, one of the guys said, “Let's go, the hot sexy girl left.”
Car doors to both cars opened as Chad’s men urgently and angrily emerged from them almost simultaneously.
All party scampered towards Poland and cut him off before he could reach his car.
“Mess him up and put him in the trunk!” Ginger commanded.
One of the guys attempted to hit Poland.
Poland blocked the guy’s punch then executed two punches of his own, knocking the guy to the ground.
Poland, almost immediately, threw a spinning side kick to a second guy who ran up on him, knocking HIM down; then tagged the third attacker in the head with a spinning heel kick, knocking him down also.
Spice surprised Poland from behind as she struck him in the back with a jump scissor thrust kick; causing Poland to fall forward.
Just as Poland used both his hands to break his own fall, Gora and Ginger started kicking Poland before he could get up.
Four additional members of Chad’s crew joined in on kicking and stomping on Poland while he was down.
All were unaware of Cresadia's car approaching in reverse and screeching to a stop.
Having seen Poland being attacked in her rearview screen of her car, and with much desperation to rescue him from this vicious gang attack, Cresadia urgently jumped up out of her car, ran up to one of the guys, and grabbed him by the shoulder, which caused him to turn around.
Cresadia delivered a devastating palm strike to the guy’s face, knocking him out.
Another guy grabbed Cresadia from behind.
Cresadia reacted by breaking the guy’s nose with a backwards head bunt, followed by an elbow strike to her attacker’s stomach; which resulting in her attacker losing 96% of his wind and vomiting.
As Cresadia’s attacker stood in extreme shock while not being able to breathe, Cresadia knocked him out with a spinning back fist to the side of his jaw.
The guy’s jaw broke in two places.
This nearly killed him, being that Cresadia’s blows were so deadly.
Another guy bear hugged Cresadia from the front, and became far too excited and sexually aroused as a result of his body touching Cresadia’s; being that he thought Cresadia had a really nice ‘Perfect Ten’ body.
The attacker became too excited as he shouted, “OHHH GOD THIS HUG FEELS GOOOOOOOOOD!” the guy then rubbed Cresadia up.
‘HUGE MISTAKE!!!’
Becoming beyond angry and resentful, Cresadia pushed the guy’s hips back, drew back her right foot, and REALLY slammed her right knee into the guy’s groin while using 100% of her muscle power in her leg. One of the guy’s testicles burst. Internal bleeding instantly took place. Blood clots formed in the other testicle, which was bruised. Veins and arteries in the reproductive system ruptured.
Cresadia had applied the enormous lower body strength she had developed from her many years of karate training into this knee strike, which had instantly given her attacker long term health problems.
The attacker’s feeling of extreme sexual excitement instantly switched to a combination of shock, shortness of breath, blurred vision, and extreme sickness to the stomach.
Next thing Cresadia knew, the guy’s vomit was shooting out of the guy’s mouth into her face and onto her clothing.
Cresadia hadn’t had time to stand back before her attacker’s stomach could lose every-thing he had eaten about an hour prior to Cresadia SMASHING his testicles with her knee.
The guy fell to the ground unconscious. He was going to die if he didn’t get to the hospital soon.
“CRAP!!!” Cresadia uttered while observing the mess on her clothes as she urgently wiped her face the best way she could.
Cresadia, however, felt that this was worth it, once she looked and saw blood gushing from her attacker’s nose.
By the way her attacker was bleeding from the nose, Cresadia, at first, wondered if she had actually killed him.
But then she got her answer once the guy’s unconscious body started shaking and spasming.
“Now THAT felt good!” Cresadia shouted to the guy with a combination of sarcasm and anger, referring to her knee strike to his groin.
The guy’s entire body began having major spasms, causing his body to behave like that of a living fish out of water.
He was now suffering a heart attack and a stroke simultaneously, for his nervous system and brain was unable to handle this type of trauma.
Spice, Ginger, Gora, and Chad’s remaining men all had looks of extreme shock on their faces.
Fear struck their hearts as far as them not knowing what was happening to the guy Cresadia kneed in the groin, as his body continued shaking.
The LARGE amount of blood gushing from the guy’s nose was mainly what had the worries and concerns of Chad’s remaining men, including Spice, Ginger, and Gora.
“Oh my God,” Ginger said out of shock while feeling VERY bad for the guy Cresadia kneed.
Cresadia shrugged her shoulders and said sarcastically in response to Ginger’s statement, “Sorry that your friend had to find out the hard way that I am the WRONG girl to be groping.”
Spice, Ginger, and Gora rushed at Cresadia ANGRILY while simultaneously throwing kicks.
Cresadia blocked Gora, Ginger, and Spice’s kicks the best way she could, but still managed to get smacked by a few of them, being that she was being triple teamed on.
Spice shuffled to her side and swept Cresadia to the ground with a sweeping technique.
Now the three girls REALLY had the advantage over Cresadia as they kicked her repeatedly while she was on the ground.
Cresadia attempted using her arms to defend against the kicks, but suddenly, Ginger stomped on Cresadia’s head.
Suddenly, police sirens were heard.
And it was obvious to Chad’s crew that the cops were headed for their location.
“Quick, grab this traitor,” Spice demanded while referring to Poland.
Ginger, Spice, and Gora grabbed Poland in an urgent hurry and quickly threw him into the trunk of their car.
Chad’s remaining crew then got into their cars and screeched off urgently and nervously, leaving their injured party laying on the ground with Cresadia.
Chad’s remaining crew felt that there was nothing they could do for their injured party; simply because there wasn’t.

Over an hour later… In the ER…
Cresadia laid in the hospital bed with a glowing bandage wrapped around her head, having just regained cautiousness thirty minutes prior.
Todd, who was visiting, asked out of shock, “They got Poland? I hope they haven’t killed him!”
“No... I have a feeling he's not dead,” Cresadia encouraged. She wasn’t saying this just to be nice either.
Cresadia then added, “I tried my best to stop them, but I was faced off with three of Chad’s females who were as skilled at fighting as I am. I was basically faced off with THREE times myself. And that was just too bad for Poland.”
“Yeah… Something was telling me to stick around at that park longer,” Todd replied while putting some of the blame on himself.
“But I was so hung on the fact that we were more likely to find Chad before Chad or any of his men found Poland,” Todd added.
“Well, this isn't a good time for us to put any blame on ourselves... And neither will any OTHER time be good for that. There was an entire gang of attackers anyway. Even if you HAD stuck around, it just would have been one extra wounded person in the ER,” Cresadia suggested while attempting to be encouraging and comforting to Todd in this time of crisis.
“We're only capable of doing what we're capable of doing,” Cresadia encouragingly added.
“Exactly...” Todd quoted in agreement while allowing Cresadia’s last statement to ease his slight guilt. “…especially when you're outnumbered.”
Cindy, Mac, and Lamich suddenly entered the room.
“Hey guys,” Cresadia greeted. “I’m okay guys.”
“No, you’re not okay,” Cindy said, then she quoted, “You wouldn’t be receiving medical treatment if you were okay.”
“Well fine, I WILL be okay,” Cresadia quoted, voluntarily correcting herself.
“Well, at least you're cautious now, and you MAY be out of here by tomorrow,” Mac added.
“Yes, doctors gave me that same information,” Cresadia added.
“Corinthian’s condition is improving also by the way,” Lamich happily mentioned, being in the knowing about how Cresadia felt about Corinthian….
...HER HUMONGOUS CRUSH ON HIM!!!!!...
“Oh good. I'm glad my prayer’s being answered,” Cresadia quoted while surprisingly happy.
“Thanks for praying for my son, Cresadia,” Todd quoted, then he added, “I’m sure he’s gonna highly appreciate your prayers when he wakes up.”
Cresadia nodded her head in agreement with a smile on her face.
“We're all praying for Corinthian,” Mac informed Todd.
“And according to the doctors, by the way his condition is constantly improving, he may even be able to play ball this up-coming fall semester,” Mac added.
“Well unfortunately, all the news isn't good as of now,” Cresadia quoted.
“Chad's still at large, and members of Joel's gang are gonna most likely be here to see about me eventually, so in a few minutes, you all might wanna disappear. Cause if you don’t, Joel IS gonna wanna know my business with you,” Cresadia suggested.
“You know, it’s time for us to leave anyway,” Mac said.
They all said bye to Cresadia, wishing her a speedy recovery, and left.

A minute or two later…
Joel and three other men entered the room as Cresadia’s visitors.
“Cresadia,” Joel quoted.
“Chad's men jumped me of course you heard,” Cresadia confirmed.
“Yeah, it’s obvious to me anyway. I mean who else would?” Joel quoted.
“But as far as they’re concerned, I was just being a good Samaritan. They don’t know my business with you,” Cresadia mentioned.
Cresadia feared that she would accidentally say something to give herself away, so she became EXTREMELY watchful for what words she allowed to come out of her mouth.
Cresadia obviously also had no idea that Chad actually HAD figured out that she WAS a member of Joel’s crew.
“And what was the other guy attacked for?” one of Joel’s men asked. “He turned up missing while they left you laying in the park to die. And why were you helping the guy they attacked?”
Joel signaled with his index finger for his guy to be quiet and let him ask the questions.
“We'll make sense of this later,” Joel quoted, deliberately skirting around all concerns and disbelief… for now anyways.
“Right now, Cresadia, it's good that you're still alive and are gonna be okay,” Joel said.
“It took three of Chad's girls to do this to me,” Cresadia added, then she mentioned, “But doctors say I'll be restored to 100% health sometime tonight and released tomorrow.”
“That’s good,” Joel replied. “Okay, we're gonna head out. Come see us first thing after your release.”
“Okay,” Cresadia quoted.
Joel and the three men exited the room.

In the hospital parking lot...
Joel and the few men with him exited the hospital building.
Joel looked to the guy who questioned Cresadia and mentioned, “Hey, I agree with everything you said to Cresadia. Something odd IS going on with that chick. Why WAS she a good Samaritan. That’s something we usually don’t do when Chad’s men are jumping someone that has no connection with us.”
“WE don’t have any connection with the guy Chad’s gang kidnapped, but Cresadia surely might,” another one of Joel’s men suggested, then he quoted, “I mean, why else would she help him?”
“Like I said, man, the WHOLE thing is odd,” Joel answered, then he said. “Listen, once Cresadia is released, we’ll make sense of all this like I said. Let’s go. Time for us to leave.”
Joel and his men started back towards their car.

At Chad’s mansion…
Poland was surrounded by Chad’s men at gunpoint.
Chad himself was among these men.
“Cops like yourself always give into the urge to think that ME and my crew are stupid. That insults me. That insults me bigtime. Like I told that fool who sold me that dud grenade, I am NO fool,” Chad said.
“Man, are you keeping me alive just to make me hear your pointless boasting bull-crud!?!” Poland asked sarcastically.
“Oh, I see that to you I'm not making a point!?!” Chad quoted.
Chad grabbed Poland's lapel out of anger with both his hands.
“You’re still ALIVE because I'm still thinking of a way to kill you that won’t leave a trace for detectives to pick up on! …AND a way that I’ll REALLY enjoy doing it! THAT’S why you’re still alive at this moment!” Chad quoted while correcting Poland.
And with a blend of sarcasm and anger, Chad added, “You see, my man. …you underestimate my intelligence AGAIN! And that, my brother, is your last mistake! Your VERY last mistake. And this last mistake of yours should give you something in the afterlife to think about!”

Inside the café…
Customers were viewing the media screen which read, ‘Channel 3HJ news.’
An anchor woman then appeared on the screen.
Poland's picture appeared on the right-hand side of her in the form of a hologram.
The woman reported, “The detective who turned up missing and was last seen at Rosario Park still remains missing. Poland Fernando is believed to have been kidnapped by gang members led by Chad Norma.”
Car sat at a table viewing this very same broadcast, then suddenly his attention went to the two children who he was in the middle of signing two autographs for.
Car completed his signature on the autographs, then gave them both to the children.
“Why do you look so sad?” one of the children asked.
“Is everything okay?” asked the second child.
“It's. . . It's a long story that you wouldn't understand. Some people I have connections with have gotten in over their heads in a matter,” Car explained.
Suddenly, the children’s parents approached the table.
“Are you two ready to go?” the father asked his kids.
“Hold on, honey,” the mother of the kids told her husband.
The mother directed her attention to Car and asked, “Car, sir, I just over-heard you tell my children about your problem. My husband and I are prayer warriors.”
“It's okay if you don't wanna get into details about your issue before we pray; because God already knows. But we’ll be happy to pray for you,” the father added.
“I know some people in trouble,” Car began explaining. “Two in the hospital, and one missing. Actually, one of them is being released from the hospital today, thank God.”
“Praise God,” said the father.
Car pointed to the media screen and said, “The missing individual is being spoken about on the news right now,” Car said while pointing to the holographic media screen.
“Poland Fernando. They just mentioned him now. I was told that Chad’s gang took him,” Car mentioned.
“Yes, we can take a few minutes to pray about this,” said the dad.
As soon as they all joined hands, the mother began to pray by saying, “Gracious father. I wanna lift-up to you, three individuals this former celebrity we're here with, is concerned about. Lord, I will NOT say IF IT BE YOUR WILL, because your will is that we ask for what we want and believe we have received and it will be given to us. And you say ‘ask and you shall receive, seek and you shall find, knock and the door will be open.’ So I ask, seek, and knock in faith; and pray that this celebrity we're here with, will accept your peace of mind in the knowing that not only will his three friends come out of this alive and well, but Chad and Joel will end their strife and began a Godly brotherly truce.... Amen.”
“Amen,” Car repeated.
The two kids hug Car one at a time.
The parents and the children greeted Car good-bye.
As the parents and the two kids left, Lamich and Cindy entered the cafe just in time to see this.
Then Lieutenant Madisine and Cresadia entered the café.
They all greeted each other with excitement.
Especially with them being in the knowing that Cresadia is 100% healthy again and was released from the hospital.

Across the street from the café…
Spice secretly watched Cindy and the rest of her party converse inside of the café.
“Spice, what's the status of your visual?” Chad asked from Spice’s watch which was on voice over mode.
“That woman who contacted and spoke to your parents, she's in there. In the café,” Spice answered, meaning Cindy.
Chad replied saying, “Aright, it’s time for us to take her out for getting into our business. Wait for us, we’re on our way.”
Suddenly, Spice turned to see Joel's van approaching while slowing down.
“Crap!” Spice uttered.
“Chad, the visual just got extreme! I'll call you back,” Spice mentioned.
“SPICE, WHAT!?! What’s the malfunction?” Chad asked out of desperation.
Spice rubbed her index finger across her watch to end the call with Chad, then she scampered into the nearest alley to hide.
While the van was moving in extreme slow motion, Joel and his men aimed their guns out the side door of the van as it opened.
On the inside of the café, Cresadia noticed that Joel and his gang were about to open fire, then she uttered urgently, “Everybody DOWN. GET DOWN NOW!”
As Joel and his men let them have it while opening fire, everyone jumped to the ground.
Joel was dissatisfied about the answers Cresadia gave him after she was released from the hospital and decided to follow her to her current location and take her out.
Lieutenant Madisine was shot in the arm, being that she was a little late reacting to take cover.
Lieutenant Madisine held her bloody arm while screaming in agony and breathing hard and heavily.
Joel’s van screeched off at top speed, with neither of them wanting to even take a chance of getting caught by making 100% sure that they shot Cresadia.
Cresadia dashed over to Lieutenant Madisine uttering, “Lieutenant!!”
“It's a flesh wound, Sanchez!” Lieutenant Madisine uttered out of extreme agony.
Cresadia urgently pressed a button on her watch, paging medical personnel. “A medical crew is on their way, Lieutenant.”
“Lamich, Cindy, you guys are gonna have to come with me,” Cresadia urgently suggested.
“Cresadia are you crazy!?! You know my jurisdiction isn't here!” Cindy quoted.
“Okay, you wanna stay here!?! What if they turn around and come back before help arrives!?! I know your jurisdiction isn't here, Cindy! I'm taking you and Lamich and your father to where you'll be safe!” Cresadia explained.
“You’re not safe here; I don’t know why you always in-SIST on arguing with me!” Cresadia quoted.
“Okay okay Cresadia, you win! We’re coming with!” Cindy quoted.
“Let's go already then!” Cresadia demanded.
“Guys, I'll stay here and look after things. They're not looking for me,” Car added.
“Yes grandpa. Stay un-involved,” Cindy urgently encouraged out loud.
Lamich, Cindy, and Cresadia scampered to the automobile they arrived in, got into it, then took off.

In Ginger’s car…
Chad, Gora, Ginger, and Spice, who watched Cresadia’s car take off, wasted ‘ABSOLUTELY NO TIME’ chasing after it.
“Don't let them out of our sight!” Chad uttered.
“That fool Joel almost beat us to them,” Ginger quoted.

In Cresadia’s car…
While driving, Cresadia quoted, “I'm taking you, Lamich, and Mac to the Marine corps base. I just decided that you'll both be safer there. I paged the base commander and informed her of our situation, so they’ll let us onto the base.”
“There's only one problem,” Cindy quoted.
“I tried contacting my father a numerous of times, and he’s not answering my contacts in any mode!” Cindy mentioned.
“Just keep trying to reach him… For HIS sake!” Cresadia urgently demanded.

In Ginger’s car…
Ginger’s car was gaining on Cresadia’s car.
As soon as Ginger thought they were close enough, Ginger pulled out her gun and attempted to aim it out the window.
“Ginger no!” Chad uttered, causing Ginger to set her gun down on second thought.
“I want them alive. Run the fools off the road,” Chad commanded.

In Cresadia’s car…
The moment Lamich's watch beeped, he rubbed his index finger across the watch’s small screen, which allowed the call to patch through.
“Lamich where are you?” Mac asked as his voice uttered from the watch’s speakers while it was in voice over mode. “Are you almost in my location?”
“Guys, I made contact,” Lamich announced in a voice tone full of relief.
“Lamich?” Mac called out once more.
“Dad where are you?” Cindy asked.
“We gotta come get you. Our situation is hostile like never before,” Cindy said.
“Yes, I read your mega text message,” Mac replied.
“Where are you, dad?” Lamich asked.

Ginger's car began creeping to the left-hand side of Cresadia's car.

Mac quoted, “Okay, I’m at dad’s house. Now I need you three to listen... Make sure nobody's following you.”
Cresadia looked out the driver's window just in time to see Ginger’s car about to smack into hers.
CRASH!!!
The impact took Cresadia, Lamich, and Cindy by surprise…
“Woah!!!” Cresadia shouted with total panic by automatic reaction.
Cresadia's car ran off the road as she lost control of it.
MAJOR CRASH!!!
…Cresadia’s car hitting a tree shook everyone up.
Especially Cresadia, with the air bags to protect both her legs and her face seemingly appearing out of nowhere all of a sudden.
9Please respect copyright.PENANA58bWFTCQfa
Cresadia was REALLY shook up, being that this accident had happened so fast.
Airbags had appeared in front of everyone’s faces, mid-section, and legs. This was an automobile device designed to help prevent serious injury.
“Cresadia, are you okay? Speak to me,” Cindy urgently demanded.
“No,” Cresadia answered, then she quoted, “I am totally lost on the EXTREMELY ‘shook up’ side right now, but nothing hurts physically.”
“You could be in shock,” Lamich suggested. “Even though the airbags protected you.”
Suddenly, the car door on the driver’s side was opened by Chad.
Cresadia, Cindy and Lamich looked to see Chad, Ginger, and Gora aiming their guns at them.
“OUT of the car!! All of you OUT of the freaking CAR!!! You're all coming with ME!!!!” Chad demanded in the most intimidating voice tone ever.
Cindy and Lamich began getting out of the car slowly.
Chad aimed his gun further at Cresadia while angrily opening the driver's side door for her.
“That means you too, beautiful young lady!” Chad uttered to Cresadia.
Cresadia sighed in frustration.
“Don't make me shoot you, pretty woman!” Chad uttered impatiently. “Come on now, OUT!”
“OKAY!!!” Cresadia replied while gesturing, for she felt extremely irritated of Chad shouting in her ear.

A short time later, at the café…
Silk and two other members of Joel's gang were observing the crime scene from across the street.
Silk rubbed his index finger across the small screen on his watch for the purpose of contacting Joel.
As soon as Silk knew that Joel was on the air, Silk quoted, “Yo Joel, I don't see any sign of Cresadia.”
Silk had expected to either see Cresadia’s dead body, see her in medical care, or see her speaking with the cops who were currently present, but neither expectation was happening.
“Crap, that means we probably missed her in the line of fire,” Joel suggested, then he quoted, “…which means for some reason she fled the crime scene before you guys got there.”
Silk then noticed Mac speaking with one of the cops.
“Aright, look closely at all civilian party you see talking to the cops,” Joel ordered, then he said, “Who ever seems most obvious to be connected with Cresadia, follow that person to their location, then I’ll come to that location and take it from there.”
“Okay, Joel,” Silk said.

At Car’s house…
Sometime later, Car and Mac sat in the living room watching the news on a holographic screen regarding Corinthian.
The broadcaster reported, “Welcome back. It’s a miracle. The college freshman by the name of Corinthian, who was caught in the University gang cross-fire, has miraculously awaken out of his coma.”
Car and Mac cheered with ‘EXTREME’ excitement.
“Todd is gonna be happy to hear this,” Mac said.
Suddenly, the door-bell rang.
Car started to get up at the same time as Mac.
“Okay, that’s Todd and that Marine Corps Lieutenant,” Mac suggested while referring to who was at the door.
“Don't forget to ask if anyone followed them here,” Car suggested as Mac headed for the front door.
“I'll ask them,” Mac quoted.
Mac opened the door.
Todd and Lieutenant Madisine entered the house greeting Mac as Mac greeted them in return.
“Mr. Brocovich, we came by to let you know we located your daughter and her boyfriend, and Poland's with them alive and well,” Lieutenant Madisine reported.
“Poland's alive?” Mac quoted while surprised.
“Yes, thank Jesus,” Todd answered.
“They're all being held hostage in the same area. Chad doesn't know we're coming, and we have a solid rescue plan. Just so you wouldn't live the rest of this day in worry, we had to stop by and tell you,” Todd added.
“Todd, we have good news for you TOO. Corithian's awake. They just announced it on the news,” Mac said.
Todd and Lieutenant Madisine became excited to hear this while cheering.
“Really? Glory be to God,” Lieutenant Madisine replied.
“Thank you, God. Lord, I can’t thank you enough,” Todd prayed to God with the utter most gratitude. “Mac... How is he? What’s Corinthian’s status?”
Suddenly, they all heard footsteps, then looked to see Joel, Silk, and two other members of Joel's gang aiming their guns at them.
“Okay. Everybody’s coming with me,” Joel demanded.
Car came to the door quoting, “What the heck?...”
Joel became surprised saying, “I don't believe it. Car Brocovich. A former celebrity among you people.”
“Yeah it's me... Do you still wanna shoot us?” Car quoted.
“Believe me, I know I'm not gonna shoot ANYbody right now. Cause like I said,” Joel aimed his gun further at them and repeated with a firmer tone of voice, “You’re all coming with ME!”
Joel looked to Lieutenant Madisine and quoted, “You say you know where my brother is... and that’s where you’re all gonna lead us.”
Joel used his gun to signal for everyone to exit the house.
“Hey Joel, I heard that cop guy saying they go show up at Chad's house with a numerous of other cops. They may outnumber us,” one of Joel’s men said.
“I went over the plan already. Weren't you listening?” Joel quoted.
“We gonna be where the cops ain't gonna see us... Well you guys are. I'm gonna settle it personally with my brother by myself,” Joel explained.

In the automobile of Chad and Joel’s parents…
In the meantime, Chad and Joel’s parents were on their way to Chad’s house as well; while having every intention to try, for the last time, to create peace and unity between their two sons once and for all; and with HIGH hopes that they’ll be successful. ...especially because of all the chaos that their hateful feelings for each other had led to by far.
“I am surely hoping Chad didn't kill whoever it is he and his people kidnapped,” Joel’s mother quoted.
Chad’s father replied with, “He and his people kidnapped a cop. I'm sure the cop will be released once we try again to talk he and Joel down out of their hateful feelings towards each other. Get them to call a truce.”
“They DO need a truce,” Joel’s mother said. “This strife between them is killing me.”
“It's killing the both of us, honey,” Chad’s father added. “Joel and Chad are not the only ones who their truce would be important too.”

At Chad’s mansion…
Cindy, Cresadia, and Poland were locked up in a room. It was amazing how they were managing to keep calm. …so far anyways.
“I thought being kidnapped by Chad's men was the worse thing that could happen to me,” Poland quoted. “Now I'm convinced otherwise.”
“Convinced otherwise, how?” Cindy asked; with an extremely puzzled look as well as her voice tone sounding as if she’s confused.
“What could possibly be worse than us being trapped here in Chad’s mansion, Poland?” Cindy added.
“Two innocent tourists are involved. Two innocent victims who ONLY came up here to enjoy a fun time at a family re-union. It’s you and Lamich I’m talking about,” Poland explained. “All on account of their being a leak in my cover.”
“But is this REALLY your fault, Poland?” Cindy asked rhetorically.
“You did NOTHING to MAKE me contact Chad and Joel's parents. If that’s what you’re referring to!” Cindy added.
“No, Cindy, you got it all wrong. Contacting Chad and Joel’s parents didn’t cause this. You and Lamich would have been caught in the cross-fire of this situation regardless. Unless my cover had remained un-blown, and that’s it!” Poland explained.
Cresadia sighed and gestured with frustration, for they were getting on her nerves arguing.
“Poland listen, none of us are feeling at our best about this!” Lamich said.
“Guys please,” Cresadia butted in.
“This is already stressful enough without you three arguing, which is getting us absolutely nowhere!” Cresadia pointed out.
It was silent for a few seconds.
“By you guys ridiculing one another, you're all wasting your breaths!” Cresadia firmly made clear.
“Cresadia, ask yourself this...” Poland suggested.
“Have you never EVER been responsible for someone else being held hostage, when it could have been avoided!?!” Poland asked Cresadia rhetorically.
“You're not responsible, Poland! …that’s the thing!” Cresadia re-confirmed.
Cresadia continued with, “And YES I HAVE been there. I happen to be a Marine you know! Yes, I've been there!”
Cindy placed both of her hands near each side of her head, then stood up out of frustration and extreme irritability saying, “Okay, that's enough of the blame game!”
“This is a time when we have to just trust God. God still knows what to do even when WE DON’T,” Cindy confirmed with encouragement.
It was silent again for a few seconds… then…
“Yes...” Poland quoted with his calmness returning as he totally agreed with Cindy.
“And this is a good time for us to pray to Him to get us out of here... And we gotta believe that God WILL get us out of here,” Poland encouraged.
The others responded in agreement just before joining hands.

At the hospital…
Corinthian sat in the hospital bed viewing the media on a holographic screen when suddenly….
KNOCK KNOCK!!!
A visitor has just arrived.
“Come in,” Corinthian quoted.
The door opened, letting Drewin walk in.
Corinthian became surprised while quoting, “Hey, what's up little bro?”
“Corinthian...” Drewin quoted. “I just saw on the news that you were awake.”
Corinthian and Drewin hugged.
“Yes...” Corinthian replied. “You guys must’a been praying for me.”
“Two guys prayed WITH me for you at a church,” Drewin replied. “Dad and I were praying for you too.”
“I wasn't asleep very long, was I?” Corinthian asked out of curiosity, then he realized that his hair and nails weren’t longer than before; something that WOULD have occurred had he been in a coma long.
“Okay I guess not,” Corinthian said, answering his own question.
“I mean if my hair and fingernails haven’t reached a much longer length,” Corinthian added.
“You weren’t asleep long, big bro,” Drewin said, adding to Corinthian’s own answer.
“This is still June of 2068,” Drewin added.
“Oh okay, well thank God I didn't miss this year’s football season,” Corinthian said. “That is, if the doctors say that I’m able to play.”
“Corinthian, I DON'T know how you're gonna respond to this but... while you were in a coma you made a friend,” Drewin quoted while speaking of Cresadia.
Corinthian could not help but put a strong confused look on his face by automatic reaction, for he had never heard the expression of someone making a new friend while being in a coma.
“What do you mean I made a friend while I was in a coma?” Corinthian asked.
“Um, well, some young woman kept visiting you and praying for you right here in this room,” Drewin explained.
Corinthian's confused look, as well as his confused feeling, became even stronger when he quoted, “A young woman? Are you sure it’s not someone I already know?”
Drewing shook his head and replied with, “Not according to MY knowledge. She’s only a few years older than you.”
“A girl I don’t know prayed for me right here in the room?” Corinthian quoted, then another clue dawned on him just before he suggested, “You know what, it was probably just a random Christian woman who God led to pray for me.”
Drewin got ready to respond, but then the door opened, getting both he and Corinthian’s attention. In walked Coach Loftlen and a few other teammates.
“Hey guys,” Corinthian greeted.
Coach Loftlen and the team-mates greeted Corinthian all at once.
“Guys, this is my little brother, Drewin,” Corinthian introduced.
The teammates introduced themselves to Drewin.
“So, what did the doctor say?” Coach Loftlen asked Corinthian. “Will you be 100% again soon?”
“Doctors haven't said yet,” Corinthian replied. “But being that it's just a gun-shot wound I’m sure they’ll fix me up soon enough.”
“Even if it turns out that you can't play for me this semester, I'm just glad you're awake and that you’re gonna be okay,” Coach Loftlen mentioned with gratitude towards God.

On the road to Chad’s Mansion…
While driving, Joel turned onto the back road.
Joel was leading his crew this way as a way of following through his plan for a sneak attack on Chad and his crew.
Joel and every last one of his crew members were WAY TOO confident that this will work well, if not too well.

Back at the hospital…
Coach Loftlen conversed with Corinthian and the team saying, “The best thing we need to do is pray about these situations. …Corinthian's health, and the police case.”
“Yeah, that's a good idea,” one of the team-mates agreed out loud.
They all joined hands and closed their eyes.
Coach Loftlen led the prayer saying, “Dear Gracious Father, first we like to thank You for being You. Gracious Father, we lift-up these two rival notorious gangs to you right now. Lord, we don't know why these two gangs hate each other, but we pray that you will some-how bring peace and unity between them and that the two leaders of these gangs will give their lives to you. And father God, we thank you for Corinthian’s recovery. We thank you that he's awake, and that he will be as good as new some-time soon. In your name we pray, Amen.”
“Amen,” said the rest of the party.

In Silk’s car…
Silk drove while Mac, Lieutenant Madisine, and one of Joel's men rode with him.
“You know, old man... You put up a good fight the last time you and I met,” Silk complimented to Mac.
“You realize that?” Mac replied.
“And you don't realize you're going kind'a far by kidnapping tourists, a cop, and a United States troop too,” Mac added.
“Believe me, old man,” Silk said. “I realize it all.”
“That night when you heard everything that was going on in the abandoned subway station from up top... you should'a just stayed up top, minded your own business, and kept walking,” Silk suggested.

In the empty room of Chad’s Mansion…
Poland, Cindy, Lamich, and Cresadia were still trapped in the room.
“Chad’s thinking of a way to torture us to death,” Poland said
“Oh, that’s why they haven’t killed us yet,” Lamich replied.
“That's because none of us Christians can die until God says it's time,” Cindy added.
“Cindy, honey, I'm gonna have to agree with you on that...” Lamich quoted. “This situation actually makes sense now.”
“And chances are we're still alive because God wants to use us to reach someone in this situation...” Cresadia suggested.
“I mean, you can call me crazy, but I do feel in my spirit that in this situation, God is gonna touch the hearts of people who haven't surrendered themselves to Him before,” Cresadia added.
“Who? Chad and Joel?” Lamich sarcastically quoted.
“And possibly many more who are involved in this,” Cresadia answered, without the return of sarcasm.
“That'll be a miracle I'll never forget,” Poland replied. “The way Chad and Joel rival, being reached is probably the last thing they’d consider.”
One of Chad's men, who had been standing on the outside of the room listening to everything while guarding the room, entered.
This got everyone’s attention.
It was obvious to them that this guy's heart was touched and that he had over-heard them speaking about God.
“It's okay, I’m not in here to hurt any of you in any way,” the guy said.
“Does Chad want to see us?” Lamich asked.
“No, I do,” the guy replied.
“About. . .” Poland wondered out loud.
“Well, let’s just say I stood outside listening to everything you guys said about God and Jesus wanting to reach us,” the guy quoted.
“Chad's probably gonna kill me for this, but... I confess that I need God in my life,” the guy added.
They all became excited while slightly surprised.
“Jesus will accept you the second you accept Him,” Cindy said.
“It doesn't matter where you been, and it doesn't matter what you've done. We'll be happy to pray with you,” Cindy added.
“Are you sure about that?” the guy asked with un-sureness.
“I've done a lot of bad things being a gang member trying to help Chad kill his own step-brother,” the guy added.
“Sir, if you ask Jesus to forgive you, He won't continue to hold your past sins against you. …or your future sins either.” Poland explained. “…but the question is, are you still gonna continue to hold your past against yourself?”
“If you haven't accepted Jesus, you can do that right now,” Cindy added.
The guy was silent, then he said, “Okay. Yes, I DO want to accept Jesus into my life.”
Cindy stood up, approached the guy, and said, “Alright sir, I want you to repeat this prayer after me, but say it to Jesus. Say Jesus I'm a sinner.”
“Jesus I'm a sinner,” the guy repeated with all of his heart.
“I confess and believe you died on the cross to save me,” Cindy quoted.
“I believe you died on the cross to save me,” the guy said.
“Forgive me of my sins, Jesus,” Cindy said.
“Forgive me of my sins, Jesus,” the guy repeated while praying.
“I now receive you into my life,” Cindy said.
“I now receive you into my life,” the guy repeated.
“Now if you said that prayer to Jesus and meant it, you just made it impossible for you to go to hell,” Cindy said.
The entire party hugged the guy one at a time while simultaneously speaking happy positive remarks.

Joel along with some of his men got out of their cars and started the rest of the way towards Chad’s mansion on foot.

At a long distance beyond how far the eye could see, the Marine Corps Police and the regular police were flying up the road as fast as they could, putting every effort into reaching Chad’s mansion before a huge showdown could break out, which they know would result in many people getting killed.

In the empty room of Chad’s mansion…
Meanwhile, Cindy, Lamich, Poland, and Cresadia were speaking to the guy who they just converted when suddenly, Chad opened the door to see what was going on.
And BOY was Chad surprised in the most disappointed way to see this...
“What's this!?!” Chad uttered in extreme disappointment to see his hostages converse with one of his men in a peaceful way.
Chad drew out his gun and pointed it at them saying, “I want an answer, now!”
The four looked at each other while slightly nervous.
“Let's say you just missed our little prayer meeting,” Cindy quoted.
“Auh what!?! A prayer meeting!?! What, you’re praying for God to get you outta here!?!” Chad quoted sarcastically.
“And much more,” Lamich added.
Chad looked confused for a second, then he signaled with his gun for them to exit the room.
“It's time for me to get rid of you. And thanks for using your... so called prayer meeting to add one more to my hit list! You obviously converted him to your religion; whatever THAT is,” Chad quoted.
“No, he's not religious, he’s a Christian,” Poland replied. “There IS a difference.”
Chad aimed his gun further at Poland.
“KEEP MOVING AND SHUT UP!!” Chad uttered out of fury. “I don't wanna hear another word! And let alone PREACHING!”

On the back road…
A few of Joel’s men had their guns pointed at Lieutenant Madisine, Mac, Todd, and Car.
“Take them into the woods and kill them,” Joel commanded the few men.
Joel then turned to his other men saying, “You guys, come with me to take care of my ‘PUNK’ step-brother.”
From a distance, Ginger saw Joel and his men headed towards Chad’s mansion.
Ginger urgently headed back towards the mansion entrance, anxious to inform Chad of Joel’s presents.
9Please respect copyright.PENANAOTim8C22Cu
Chad and a few of his men still held the captives at gun point while walking them towards the exit of the back-yard gate into the woods.
“A new Christian huh?” Chad quoted out loud with an angered tone, referring to his gang member accepting Jesus.
“I’ll personally see to it that in a minute, you fools make it to heaven,” Chad quoted, obviously referring to them being about to die.
Suddenly, Ginger stormed out through the back-gate shouting, “CHAD!”
Ginger ran up to Chad urgently uttering, “Chad, Joel and his crew are here! I don't know how they found us, but they here somewhere nearby out in the rain forest.”
Chad handed Ginger his gun and said, “Take these religious fools deep into the rain forest and WIPE THEM OUT!”
“My pleasure,” Ginger said.
Ginger became confused as Chad scampered back towards his mansion, “Religious!?!”
“It’s a long story,” Spice said in response to Ginger’s bewilderedness and one-word statement.
Ginger aimed her gun at the captives while saying, “Okay YOU heard Chad! Move!”

Meanwhile, Mac, Todd, Car, and Lieutenant Madisine, while still held at gun point, suddenly looked and saw many Marine Corps and cop vehicles approaching from both directions and coming to a halt.
Both the Marines and cops quickly emerged out of their vehicles aiming their guns at Joel’s men while ordering them not to move.
Joel’s men noticed almost immediately that Joel and Chad’s parents were among the Marines and cops.
“WHAT!?! Who in God’s name notified the authorities!?!” Silk asked rhetorically just before looking to Lieutenant Madisine.
“Who do you think?” Lieutenant Madisine quoted rhetorically while showing Silk her multi-media watch on her wrist. “If you’re gonna take hostages, be smart about it. Take away their multi-media watches, dummy.”
Silk sighed in frustration.
“I said WEAPONS ON THE GROUND, AND HANDS IN THE AIR!” one of the Marines said. “DO IT NOW!”
Joel’s men hesitated out of humiliation to drop their weapons.
“I think you better do as they say,” Mac advised Joel’s men.
Silk and a few of Joel's men, just like idiots, open fire at the Marines and cops.
ZAPP ZAPP ZAPP ZAPP ZAPP!!!
Force fields appeared around the Cops and Marines, shielding them from the gun shots.
SWOOOF SWOOOF SWOOOF!!!
…was the sound of the ammunition bouncing off the forcefields while the cops and Marines remained calm underneath their protection without even flinching.
“You IDIOTS!” Joel shouted to his men who opened fire. But unfortunately, it was too late to stop them.
The cops and Marines opened fire in return, shooting Silk and a few of Joel's men.
The rest of Joel's men finally decided to be smart and surrender as Joel saw his chance to retreat into the rain forest. A few of Joel’s men who managed to avoid the gunfire followed.
A few cops and Marines chased after Joel.

In another area of the rain forest…
Ginger, Gora, and Spice continued walking Cindy, Cresadia, Lamich, and Poland further into the jungle along with the individual who had just invited Jesus into his life.
There was a road up ahead, where Ginger, Gora, and Spice planned to take the four captives far beyond; until they SUDDENLY spotted both Marine and police vehicles coming to a halt on that very road.
It was obvious that Ginger, Gora, Spice, and the four captives were spotted by these authorities right away.
“This is NOT happening,” Ginger uttered out of frustration.
All cops and Marines emerged from all vehicles.
“Drop your guns now, DROP’em!” uttered one of the policemen.
“Crap, they figured this entire place out!” Spice uttered in frustration.
Ginger pointed her gun at the captured party uttering, “No! You drop YOUR weapons; or I’ll kill this entire captured party!”
SUDDEN SURPRISE, SURPRISE!!!!...
It was completely unexpected as Cindy knocked the gun out of Ginger's hand, which helped Cresadia and Poland to see a chance to disarm Spice and Gora.
Spice, Ginger, and Gora, without thinking, attempted to attack Cresadia, Poland, Cindy, and Lamich with punches and kicks.
Cresadia caught Gora's leg and kicked her in the back of her supporting leg, causing her to fall forward to one knee.
Cresadia released Gora's leg, then knocked Gora out with a punch to her temple.
“Not so tough facing me alone, are you?” Cresadia quoted to Gora sarcastically, referring to their last run-in at the loco park.
Poland blocked Spice's kick then threw a spinning side kick to Spice's stomach, knocking her down.
Spice got back up and turned around as she heard Lamich shouting, “HEY!!”
POW!!!
Lamich surprised Spice with a punch to her face, knocking her un-conscious.
Cindy defended against Ginger's kick and punch combination, then knocked Ginger out with a spinning heel kick to the head.
“I swear, these people are stupid!” Cresadia quoted in reference to Ginger, Spice, and Gora.
“THAT they are,” Cindy said in agreement.
Suddenly, the Cops and Marines approached.

Inside of Chad’s mansion…
Chad and his men viewed a holographic screen that revealed all activity in the front yard.
On this view screen they saw police and military vehicles approaching.
“This is turning into a disaster,” Chad said to himself out loud just before drawing his gun and signaling for his men to get into position to open fire.
Chad and his men all took their positions in the mansion to open fire and take out the authorities from where they were positioned.
One of the police officers placed a small square shaped device on the door.
The device blinked, causing the door to open without authorization.
The Marines and police officers rushed into the mansion.
“Spread out! Go!” the lead police officer commanded while signaling for everyone to spread out.
The Marines and cops all split up while searching the mansion, holding their guns in position while being prepared to fire if absolutely necessary.
Five Marines, who Lieutenant Madisine and Poland were among, scampered their way into a hallway.
ZAAP ZAAPP!!!
Chad's men open fire on them, however, their force fields shielded them.
SWUUFF SWUUFF!!!
…the lasers bounced off the force fields of the cops and Marines as they were returning fire, hitting a portion of Chad’s men.
A smaller portion of Chad’s men scampered out of the line of fire.
“Wait, can’t shoot them they have force fields!” one of Chad’s men figured out loud.
More of Chad’s men showed up opening fire from behind.
ZAP ZAP!!!
SWUUF SWUUF!!
…was the sounds of the force fields shielding the cops and Marines once again.
“Crap, can’t shoot them,” one of Chad’s men uttered out loud.
“That's right!” Lieutenant Madisine replied. “So drop your weapons RIGHT now!”
Chad's men dropped their guns, however, after all guns were on the ground, Chad's men just stood there.
“Okay, you guys know the procedure! MOVE!” Lieutenant Madisine ordered.
The Marines and cops turned to see Chad approaching them from behind.
“Why don't you jar heads and pigs let me take over from here!” Chad said to the Marines and cops.
Chad dropped a ball on the ground.
POOF!!!
…the ball exploded into a smoke scene.
The Marines and cops blindly opened fire…
ZAP ZAAPP ZAPP!!!
The cops and Marines were hoping they had hit at least most of these suspects if not all of them.
Being that they knew they were protected by their force fields from all gun fire, the cops and Marines had opened fire with 100% confidence.
However, as the smoke cleared, their confidence drained as they saw that Chad and his men had vanished during the smoke scene.
Instead, the Marines and cops only saw broken objects and holes in the walls caused by their gun fire.
“Okay, this kind of thing is too weird! Even for this being the mid-21st century!” Lieutenant Madisine quoted, referring to the fact that such technology that would allow a person to disappear still didn’t exist.
“Spread out, everyone!” Lieutenant Madisine ordered. “And take extra pre-caution! These guys know all kinds of dirty tricks!”
The cops and Marines continued their search around the mansion, this time with extreme caution.
Suddenly by surprise, Chad's men came out of hiding while disarming the cops and the Marines.
Both parties were rumbling, accidentally knocking objects over and breaking them.
One of the guys ran towards Todd in attempt to tackle him to the ground.
Todd countered by picking the guy up and throwing him.
The guy got back up and threw punches and kicks to Todd. Todd defended against the strikes and punched the guy out.
Another guy pointed a gun at Todd.
Cindy surprised this guy by seemingly appearing out of nowhere, kicking the gun out of his hand followed by a kick to his groin, which caused him to scream at the top of his lungs in a very funny high pitch voice.
Cindy, at this time, however, was NOT in the mood to laugh about the guy’s high pitch scream as she normally would’ve.
Cindy, instead, finished the guy off with a vicious front snap kick to his face before he had a chance to vomit; for he was SURELY feeling sick to his stomach after Cindy’s devastating kick to his groin.
“Thanks, Cindy,” Todd said.
“Just doing my job while away from my jurisdiction,” Cindy quoted. “AND while I’m at it, you’re welcome.”
In another area of the house, one of Chad’s men attempted to kick Poland in the head.
Poland ducked, then punched the guy in the face.
The guy attempted two spinning heel kicks to Poland's head, missing both times.
Poland kicked the guy in the face, knocking him unconscious.
Lamich punched a guy a few times, knocking him unconscious. Poland scampered over to Lamich as they both heard gunshots.
“Hey, you better get whatever fire-arms are available,” Poland suggested. “It's getting crazy around here.”
“You’re telling me?” Lamich quoted as he had SURELY already found this to be ‘OBVIOUS.’
Both Lamich and Poland searched the unconscious bodies of Chad’s men and confiscated a loaded gun from each of them.
“This Chad character sure has an idiotic crew,” Lamich quoted. “…shooting at people with force fields.”
Poland and Lamich scampered back towards the mansion.

Inside of the mansion…
Cindy went to exit a room then suddenly, Chad surprised her with a kick to the face, which knocked her to the ground.
Cindy looked to see Chad.
“I don't know HOW you made it back here, woman,” Chad quoted.
Cindy jumped up saying, “Let's just say, even though you claim to be a REALLY smart person yourself, we can’t say the same about the REST of your crew.”
Cindy attempted to kick Chad in the head; Chad ducked.
Cindy attempted another kick to Chad’s head. Chad blocked the kick, then hit Cindy with a back fist, knocking her against the railing.
Chad turned to see Lamich coming at him angrily with punches and kicks.
Chad blocked the strikes just before getting kicked in the head by Lamich.
Chad attempted a spinning heel kick to Lamich; Lamich ducked.
As Lamich turned to see Joel scampering his way up the stairs, Chad threw a spinning heel kick to Lamich's head, catching him off guard, causing him to fall over the railing and land on a couch.
Lamich, however, was un-cautious from Chad’s spinning heel kick.
“Hey!” Cindy shouted while rushing towards Chad.
Chad threw a spinning heel kick to Cindy's head, knocking her over the railing as well.
Cindy wasn’t so lucky, however. She landed on a coffee table. The coffee table collapsed from Cindy’s body weight.
Cindy was surely out cold.
Both Joel and Chad came at each other blocking each other's punches and kicks while feeling the most devastating grudge and anger towards each other.
Both had lost their temper and were fighting extremely ‘ANGRY and HARD.’
OH BOY!!!
Joel threw a spinning heel kick to Chad's head. Chad returned the same kick to Joel's head.
Joel threw a front snap kick, which Chad blocked.
Chad threw a spinning back kick.
Joel blocked the kick, then attempted to kick Chad in the head with a spinning heel kick.
Chad ducked.
Cindy began regaining cautiousness while having no movement in her legs.
Cindy grunted in extreme agony, feeling pain in the parts of her body where feeling remained.
Chad continued defending against Joel’s punches and kicks while being driven back towards the staircase.
“Ready to die, bro?” Chad quoted in anger.
“Na, you are, bro!” Joel replied while on the same level of anger; if not on a higher existing level...
Suddenly, Lieutenant Madisine showed up while aiming her gun at Chad and Joel.
“Both of you freeze!” Lieutenant Madisine uttered.
It was no use, however.
Chad and Joel ignored Lieutenant Madisine as Chad threw a spinning heel kick to Joel’s head.
Joel caught Chad's leg and held it.
Joel accidentally stepped off the top step while holding Chad's leg.
Both Chad and Joel tumbled down the stairs HARD.
Lamich regained cautiousness just in time to see Chad and Joel tumble until they reached the bottom of the staircase.
Both Chad and Joel were COMPLETELY motionless.
Suddenly, Car, Mac, Poland, Todd, Cresadia, the other cops, and the Marines showed up just in time to see Lieutenant Madisine checking to see if Chad and Joel still had pulses.
As soon as Chad and Joel’s parents approached the scene, seeing Chad and Joel motionless and obviously having fell down the stairs, both Chad and Joel’s parents began having a heart attack almost simultaneously.
As one of the cops paged for a medic, the others scampered over to Joel and Chad’s parents to comfort them.
Mac, Car, and Lamich scamper over to Cindy, who was currently in extreme agony.
“Dad, everything hurts!” Cindy quoted while grunting in agony. “Except my legs. I can’t move or feel my legs.”
Mac grabbed and gripped Cindy's hand as he said, “It's gonna be okay, honey. The ambulance will be here shortly.”
“How far away are they? How long ago were they paged?” Cindy asked as she continued coughing and grunting in agony.
“They were just paged,” Lamich quoted as he approached Cindy and Mac. “Just relax and breathe easily, honey.”
Suddenly, sirens were heard, which caused Cindy to feel extreme relief.
“See, here they come,” Lamich said.

The Truce Agreement.

In the hospital…
Cindy, having just recovered with the help of the cell reconstruction injection into her spinal cord, sat in the lobby area watching a holographic screen, which was showing the news regarding Chad and Joel’s truce.
The news broadcaster appeared on the screen reporting, “Yesterday afternoon, the notorious rival gang leaders, Chad, and his step-brother Joel, were arrested, and agreed to calling a truce due to the medical condition they caused both of their parents.”
The media screen now showed Chad’s father and Joel’s mother walking together alongside hospital security guards.
The media screen was mainly focused on Joel’s mother and Chad’s father as the broadcaster spoke of them saying, “This elderly couple, both having suffered a heart attack at the sight of their two grown children laying on the ground motionless, is alive and well, thanks to all medical procedure.”
“The two gang leaders, however, agreed to more than just a truce alone. Here's a recorded image of the two former gang leaders praying a prayer with their father, to let us all know that the truce is authentic and permanent,” the broadcaster added.
The media screen revealed Chad and Joel holding hands with Chad’s father as he prayed with Chad and Joel.
“Dear Lord Jesus,” Chad and Joel said simultaneously while praying.
“I know that I'm a sinner,” Chad’s father said.
“I know I'm a sinner,” Joel and Chad repeated in prayer.
“I ask of Your forgiveness of all my sins,” Chad’s father said.
“I ask of Your forgiveness of all my sins,” Joel and Chad repeated through prayer.
“I believe You died on the cross to save me,” Chad’s father said.
“I believe You died on the cross to save me,” Chad and Joel repeated through prayer.
While watching this on the holographic media screen, Cindy nodded in agreement with a smile of joy… joy for Chad and Joel, knowing that they will now both spend eternity in Heaven for having accepted Jesus into their lives.
On the media screen, Chad’s father concluded the prayer with, “I now receive You into my life.”
“I now receive You into my life,” Chad and Joel prayed.
“God IS good,” Cindy quoted aloud to herself with a graceful attitude toward God for allowing her to witness Chad and Joel give their lives to Jesus.
Chad now spoke from the screen saying, “For those of you who are watching this, strife against a family member only brings about regret later.”
Joel then added, “We're not even supposed to miss treat our enemies... Let alone family members.”
“To all of you who hold grudges against a family member. …and a child who wants nothing to do with a parent... It's not worth it,” Chad said.
“Take it from my brother and I,” Joel suggested.
“This is a regret me and my brother have to live with for the rest of our lives. Make peace with a family member or best friend you hold a grudge against while you still can, before you decide for sure to write them out of your life,” Joel added.
Cindy maintained a smile while nodding her head.
Suddenly, Car, Lamich, and Mac showed up.
“Hi Dad... Grandpa, honey,” Cindy greeted to the three of them.
“Hey honey,” Mac greeted Cindy.
Cindy stood up as Mac and Car took turns hugging her.
“Cindy, I didn't know those injected regeneration cells had healed your spinal cord already,” Lamich said while surprised.
“And that fast too,” Car said, for he was surprised also.
“You mean... The nurses told you nothing of my recovery?” Cindy quoted.
“We haven’t spoken to any nurses regarding your condition,” Mac said.
“We only requested visitor’s passes from the front desk to see you. They said you were sitting in the lobby area free to leave,” Mac informed.
Cindy shrugged her shoulders saying, “Well, praise God I’m restored to 100% health so quickly.”
“And Cindy, I couldn’t be MORE thankful to God right now for your recovery,” Car added.
“Me neither,” Cindy replied.
“Ready to go back to the house?” Car asked Cindy.
“Not just yet,” Cindy quoted. “There's another surprise on the way.”
Mac, Lamich, and Car became puzzled.
“Another surprise?” Lamich quoted.
“Cresadia's bringing it,” Cindy said, meaning the surprise.
“Cresadia’s bringing what?” Mac asked with extreme curiosity and confusion.
Cindy pointed and said, “Glad you asked, you may now see for yourself.”
Lamich, Car, and Mac turned to see Corinthian and Cresadia walking together.
Corinthian and Cresadia approached Cindy, Mac, and Lamich as they greeted them.
“Corinthian, Car Brocovich you already know from the media,” Cresadia quoted.
Cresadia continued the introduction of Corinthian to Car’s family saying, “This is Car’s son Mac, his grand-daughter Cindy, and his soon to be grand-son-in-law Lamich. And they already know who you are.”
“Well let's shake anyway,” Corinthian said.
They all shook hands with Corinthian one at a time while greeting him.
“Cindy and Lamich I met at your dojo while you were constantly surprising me,” Corinthian said to Cresadia, referring to how she was behaving flirtatiously towards him.
Lamich and Cindy chuckled regarding the way Corinthian reminded them of that hilarious moment in the dojo.
“Surprised on what terms?” Cresadia asked Corinthian as she wrapped her arm around Corinthian’s shoulder. “…me breaking the concrete blocks, or me smiling and acting flirtatiously towards you?”
Corinthian kissed Cresadia on the cheek.
“You surprised me the whole time I was there with everything you did,” Corinthian replied to Cresadia.
Corinthian then said to Lamich and Cindy, “And I thought you two were just boyfriend and girl-friend.”
Cindy revealed her engagement ring to Corinthian while saying, “We WERE only boyfriend and girlfriend; up until about nine hours ago.”
Corinthian and Cresadia were extremely surprised.
“Aww, congratulations you two,” Cresadia said as she hugged Cindy and Lamich.
“Congrats,” Corinthian said as he hugged Lamich and Cindy one at a time.
Suddenly, Todd and Drewin showed up. They all greeted each other with joy.
Todd, and Drewin hugged Corinthian simultaneously.

On the beach early that same evening…
Mac and his family were throwing a beach party for another part of their family reunion celebration. It was Car’s 96th birthday. They had already sang happy birthday to him minutes ago.
Music played.
Car, Mac, Poland, and Todd sat speaking to one another when Mac’s wife named Syderial, who was a beautiful middle-aged Caucasian woman with white hair, came up behind Mac and placed her hand over his eyes.
“Syderial,” Mac luckily guessed.
Syderial’s presents was not a surprise, being that Mac was of course, familiar with Syderial’s touch.
However, what WAS a surprise, was the fact that Mac had not expected Syderial’s presents.
Having made a last-minute plan to attend the family reunion, Syderial so much decided to surprise her husband.
As Syderial removed her hands from Mac’s eyes, Mac stood up, then he and Syderial hugged and kissed each other on the lips.
“Yes, it’s me… I guess you know my touch by now,” Syderial quoted.
“YES, I know your touch by now, Syderial,” Mac said. “What surprises me though is I thought you weren't coming.”
“Well our soon to be son-in-law's engagement to Cindy changed my mind... I had to catch the first plane here available and surprise you all,” Syderial explained.
“Just like Cindy surprised me when she called and told me about her and Lamich,” Syderial added.
“Well Cindy and Lamich are dancing on the dance floor,” Mac said. “You can congratulate them in person after the song.”
Syderial looked to see Cindy and Lamich dancing together.

Meanwhile, Corinthian and Cresadia strolled along the shore of the beach near the water.
“You know, I REALLY appreciate your prayers, Cresadia,” Corinthian quoted. “For the tenth time.”
“Well for the TENTH time you're welcome,” Cresadia said jokingly. “In case you haven’t told me more than ten times.”
“I'm sorry... It just keeps jumping out of my mouth,” Corinthian stated.
“Corinthian,” Cresadia said while looking at Corinthian funny. “Words are ‘said’ and ‘written,’ they don’t jump.”
“What are you, the ‘Statement Police?’” Corinthian asked rhetorically and sarcastically.
“Exactly,” Cresadia replied, returning sarcasm.
“Well geez, can't a female Marine have a sense of humor sometimes too?” Cresadia asked rhetorically.
“Who's trying to change the law and say they can't?” Corinthian quoted.
Cresadia and Corinthian ended up looking into each other’s eyes with extreme admiration.
“Corinthian, I wanna touch your face… Can I?” Cresadia requested.
Corinthian cracked a chuckle like smile.
“You wanna touch my face?... Well, only if you promise you won't break anything in it,” Corinthian jokingly said, referring to Cresadia’s lethal weapon status.
Cresadia chuckled just before rubbing Corinthian's face while saying, “Of course I won't....”
The two of them ended up kissing passionately.
They both looked towards the dance floor as a slow song began to play.
“Oh, good, let’s go to the dance floor. I'd like to slow dance with you,” Corinthian requested.
“Can you NOT hear the music good from here?” Cresadia asked. “Who says we need to be on the dance floor?” Cresadia quoted. “It’s more romantic here by the water.”
Corinthian silently agreed just before they began slow dancing.
The slow dance turned into another passionate kiss.
End of story two.
