Shen is hurt and can see the person who caused it but wishes not to do anything wrong or else. She knows the capabilities of Shen's life-force[The Ashen] and tells him she networkly disabled his clothing from blocking him from using his powers or access to any form of life-force and then she says you can regenerate right?...then regenerate from that! And she starts sitting on his stomach making it uncomfortable and hard to breathe but shen stays calm and assures himself he can handle a woman like valentine. Wang is immediately confused and doesn't understand the situation they're in and suddenly he is wrapped up like a human burrito by the feminine dark figure and soon he starts freaking out as the feminine dark figure is trying to suck-out the metabolism in him. Captain valentine senses the activity between the feminine dark figure and Wang and she gives a stare to the feminine dark figure as a warning not to kill her prisoners. And the feminine dark figure immediately listens only hugging Wang so he doesn't do anything funny but Wang thinks otherwise as he is not happy or comfortable with the position that he is in now.

Gayata first calms himself down wanting to be reasonable so he may get that same reasonability from valentine. He breathes heavily since his rage got the best of him and asks valentine what is the point of all of this?, she ignores his question and wants to put gayata back to sleep by one tapping him again like earlier and just as she's about to make the move shen immediately stops her out of desperation as he doesn't want anymore of her violence to affect anyone even if it's someone as broken as gayata but it seems there's a deeper reason than that which we might never see or understand. Captain valentine immediately declined his attempt to stop and changes her target to inflict absolute pain on to shen and just as she's about to hurt shen, the feminine dark figure intervenes with her long dark tentacles gripping on to captain valentine's arm stopping it in a hair's breathe. Captain valentine wonders what is stopping her and looks to find out it's the feminine dark figure who stopped her advancement. Captain valentine fixes her posture and stands up straight and walks towards both the feminine dark figure and Wang. She stops 1 meter between them and starts daggering her eyes mercifully in a dreadful way as she asks a question to the feminine dark figure.
