Their greatest achievement was acquiring the physical Core of the Legendary Divine Spirit Sea Serpent.
They had excavated it from the ruins of a buried, ancient facility. Six centuries ago, before the catastrophic end of the old world, humanity had used advanced science combined with Shin-Noa to artificially subdue the Sea Serpent. They had shattered its conscious soul and violently extracted its raw power directly from the Core. That very power, combined with the beast's venom, was used to forge the apocalyptic weapons that ultimately destroyed the old world.
Humanity had paid the price for that arrogance with 350 years of absolute hell. If the Divine Spirits the Phoenix, the Wolf, and the Scorpion had not created the Conditional Barrier, life on Earth would have been permanently erased.

We finally learn exactly how they got the Sea Serpent Core, and it ties perfectly into the lore of the old world's destruction 600 years ago. It proves that Shinsei is not just a random group of villains; they have access to the forbidden, world-ending technology of the past.
And the Mizushi twins instantly rocketing to Triple SSS-Rank at age ten is insane! Kazuki's arrogance is going to cost him everything. Meanwhile, Aira's ocular powers are evolving into something truly terrifying. The ability to manipulate blood flow and force people to relive their worst trauma is a deadly combination.
But what is going on with Takashi? Three years of training and he still cannot make a simple Black Box? There is definitely a catch here.
