The lawless city of Bayview has been a playground for street racers from all over the west coast. The lawlessness factor, however, can also attract the attention of the underworld who want to use this to their advantage and flip the script to benefit their own agenda and business activities.
Driven by revenge for something that happened two years from the present, Simon has been a victim of said individuals, losing someone dear to him in the process. He's since joined Adrian and Mona, two likeminded racers like him who share similar goals and want to help one another achieve what they're looking for.
