I listen to the trees rustle in the wind. I feel calm and cool. I suddenly hear footsteps on the cobblestone outside. They are coming closer towards my house. Fear grips me as the footsteps become louder and closer. Louder and closer still...until they’re right outside my front door. Then there’s a knock. I hesitantly get up, shivering in fear. I fumble with the door knob and open the door…After that I wake up soon after, standing across the street. I do not remember a thing. I walk across the street towards my house, but it feels…unfamiliar. As I approach closer, the trees rustle even louder in the wind. When I finally reach the door, I knock.
