It’s already night time. The two of them, Da Qiao and Yin yue just finished their dinner. After in awe with what happens with BaoBao, Yin Yue is still staying in Da Qiao’s chamber. Yin Yue is sitting on the chair, still studying.
“So, when will you leave?” Ask Da Qiao.
“Leave? No. I’ll stay here.” Said Yin Yue.
“Seriously? You still have your own big room.” Said Da Qiao.
“Why not? We are already married anyway.” Said Yin Yue.
“The marriage is just a contract for me to help you reach your goal.” Said Da Qiao.
“However, we already sleep together and…” Said Yin Yue, stopping.
“No. We are just sleeping and nothing happen between us.” Said Da Qiao.
“Are you sure?” Ask Yin Yue.
“Not sure but… That’s what I believe!” Said Da Qiao.
“Sooner or later you should born my kids anyway..” Said Yin Yue.
“Then why not you find a concubine? Oh I remember there is a girl who really likes to be your concubine so bad.” Said Da Qiao.
“I’m a loyal person.” Said Yin Yue.
“Whatever, I’m going to sleep first.” Said Da Qiao.
“Wait, I’m allergic to a cat fur. Probably you better put your cat to the cage.” Said Yin Yue.
“If you don’t agree, then just go back to your own room.” Said Da Qiao.
“Whatever. I’ll stay.” Said Yin Yue.
“Tch… Then good night.” Said Da Qiao, quickly falling asleep on her bed with BaoBao, while Yin Yue stay up late just to study.
Few days later, the test day finally come. The first day, every princes gather in the hall. There are a total of 10 princes already sitting on their own table and seat with a blank paper, brush and ink to write. The question of the test was hanged on in the partition board. The servant of the king sit beside the partition. The King is still on his throne taking care of his kingdom and politic stuff. The test start right after the bell rings. All of them have 2 hours of time to answer the question.
The question was simple, however the princes need to becareful and smart in answering it. It’s asking about how to make this kingdom prosper and known by every country.
Before 2 hours of the time end, one by one already finish the test. The last one is the Yin Yue and Yin Jue. Afterwards, they gather all the papers in the front table where the servant sit and leave the room. Before everyone leave the room, the servant notice them again that there would be a second and third day.
“Before everyone leave, I want to announce that the tomorrow is the second day of test. All of the princes need to prepare your own weapon and show off your mastery of the weapon that you use. That’s all for today. Thank you. All princes may leave the room now.” Said the servant. He wait until all of the princes left and he leave the hall.
The servant goes back to the king while bringing all of the answers. The King check the papers one by one. When he looks at Yin Yue’s and Yin Jue’s answer, he is smiling proudly. The two of them grow up to be a smart one eventhough they need to grow up without a mother by their side.
“How is it your majesty? Which one do you think eligible from all the answers?” ask the Servant.
“I like Yin Yue and Yin Jue’s answer.” Said the King.
“I thought so. The two of them finish the last and giving a thoughtful answers that your majesty hoping.” Said the servant.
“Mhm. How’s the preparation for the second day test going?” Ask the King.
“It’s going well. Will your majesty come and watch them this time?” Ask the servant.
“Yes, I will come and watch all of them.” Said the King.
“Glad you will come. I will ask the maid to prepare the chair for your majesty to sit and watch their weapon mastery performance tomorrow.” Said the servant.
“Thank you.” Said the King.
Move to Yin Yue and Da Qiao.
After finishing his test, he walks back to his own chamber. There he saw Da Qiao already walk back and forth in front of his chamber. She is also worried about the test. Yin Yue come over to her.
“What is it? Why are you walking back and forth in front of my chamber?” Ask Yin Yue.
“Ah! You finally come! How’s your test today?” Ask Da Qiao.
“It was good. But, why you came here?” Ask Yin Yue.
“Oh.. I came, just to give you this.” Said Da Qiao, handing him a modern lighter that she create using the golden brush.
The two of them get inside the chamber and sit on the chair.
“So, tell me what is it?” Ask Yin Yue.
“It’s a lighter. Here I show you how to use it~” Said Da Qiao, showing him how to turn on the lighter. Yin Yue look at it and amaze.
“Amazing. Where did you buy this?” Ask Yin Yue.
“I create it using the golden brush that you entrust to me while having a test.” Said Da Qiao.
“So I don’t have to blow a fire anymore. I only need to click this and the fire is popping out.” Said Yin Yue.
“Mhm, I give it to you as the gift for finishing your test. I hope you did well.” Said Da Qiao.
“You are very thoughtful for the give.” Said Yin Yue.
“Actually, there are a lot of stuff I can create using that golden brush. I can bring an object from my era to this palace.” Said Da Qiao.
“Wonderful.” Said Yin Yue.
“Alright. I just come to give you that. I’ll be back now.” Said Da Qiao.
While Da Qiao already standing up from her seat to leave, Yin Yue hold her arm and pull her to his lap and kiss her lips. She quickly pull him and he smirk.
“Once again you did that, I will..! I will..! Ugh.. Hmph! Bye!” Said Da Qiao, her face blushing, and she quickly leave the chamber.
“Such a dork.” Said Yin Yue smirk, while still looking at her gift and smile.
