Outside the palace some of the princes are all gathering. There are Yi Mu, Wu Hao, Qiu Hao, Si Mu, and Liu Duo. They are sitting down in a restaurant, renting a vip room, with many food on the table. They are discussing about the announcement made by the king. Some of them are guessing what will happen some are gossiping about the king's health condition.
"So what do you think?" Ask Liu Duo.
"From my perspective, I think the king just want to test us and see how far we acknowledge all the stuff about the kingdom that we have read and study." Said Si Mu.
"Don't you think the king might hide something from us all?" Ask Liu Duo again.
"For example what is it?" Ask Qiu Hao.
"Maybe Liu Duo means, the king are sick and he need someone to continue his throne, so he start to test all of his child to choose which one is eligible for that." Said Yi Mu.
"But to guess he is sick... yesterday he looks fine in the banquet." Said Liu Duo.
"However, let's think about the eligible one, it was supposed to be Wu Hao that took the throne. He is the firstborn of the queen. Why need to create a test just to pick who is eligible for the throne?" Said Si Mu.
"Wu Hao, why you didn't say something?" Ask Yi Mu.
"Maybe... the king doesn't want us to fight with each other over the throne. That's why he set up a test for all of us, which I think it's more fair. We can see which one is more suitable for the throne." Said Wu Hao, after that he sips his tea.
"Everyone is eligible except those 2 brothers.." Said Qiu Hao.
"Tch, why are still hating on him? Don't you see her mother is gone, they are no longer a threat." Said Liu Duo.
"Sure, but doesn't it looks suspicious when he suddenly get married?" Ask Qiu Hao.
"When a prince get married, they are actually eligible for the throne." Said Yi Mu.
"Oh, so you are scared he will stole the throne, brother?" Ask Wu Hao.
"Whatever, let's just eat. After that we will prepare everything for the coming test." Said Si Mu.
Meanwhile inside the palace the king and his servant are now preparing stuff for the exam in his work chamber.
"I want the exam to have two types. One is a written test while the other one is a practical test. I want the exam to be 3 days." Said the king.
"Sure. But for the practical test, what is it about?" Ask the servant.
"Hmm.. Let me think.... Actually I want all of them to show off their weapon skill. However it will be on the second day after the written test is over." Said the king.
"Then what it is on the third day?" Ask the servant.
"I want all of them go another town, find a problem in that town and solved them, bring a proof letter with a legal stamp on it and give it to me." Said the king.
"And how to know all of them pass the test?" Ask the servant.
"They have succeed all those 3 test." Said the king.
"That's quite difficult." Said the servant.
"I'm just hoping they can do their best." Said the king.
"I also wish them all well." Said the servant.
Near the entrance of the palace there is also a ruckus outside. A woman is fighting and get mad with the palace gatekeeper. It's Rui Er. The woman from the brothel, trying to come inside the palace to meet with Yin Yue, but end up expelled by the gatekeeper.
"I have something important with the eight prince. Please let me in." Said Rui Er.
"Nobody can get inside unless you have a letter from the palace with a stamp on it, to let you in." Said the gatekeeper.
"But this is an urgent stuff! I have to meet the eight prince!" Said Rui Er.
She keep pushing the gatekeeper to moves, but her small body is not strong enough to moves the gatekeeper.
"Unless the eight prince itself is coming out, we won't let you in!" Said the gatekeeper.
"Then how can he get out if no one tell him that I'm here!!" Said Rui Er.
"Then that's your business. Not mine!" Said the gatekeeper.
The gatekeeper is pushing her till she gonna fall, however, behind her, someone is catching her so she won't fall. It is Qiu Hao.
"Why are you treating a lady like that? Can't you be more gentler?" Said Qiu Hao to the gatekeeper.
"I-I'm sorry your highness." Said the gatekeeper, bowing down.
"Thankyou.." Said Rui Er.
"So lady, what happen with you? Did you happen to search for someone in the palace?" Ask Qiu Hao.
"Yes! I'm here to search for the eight prince." Said Rui Er.
"What's your name?" Ask Qiu Hao.
"My name is Rui Er." Said Rui Er.
After hearing the eight prince, Qiu Hao suddenly have an idea. He want to use this woman to tear down Yin Yue. Making a ruckus and scandal. He doesn't know it could be this easy.
"Ah.. I'm Qiu Hao, the ninth prince. Come with me, I will bring you to Yin Yue." Said Qiu Hao.
The two of them just casually walk into the palace. That was the first time Rui Er come inside the beautiful, wide and big palace. The architecture of the building is really magnificent and majestic. Everything made of from marble, some stuff are made of gold and look so expensive.
While they walk, they finally stop.
"Here you go, this is the eight prince chamber." Said Qiu Hao.
"Thanks. I owe you a lot." Said Rui Er.
"No worries. Enjoy your meeting with him." Said Qiu Hao.
Right after that Qiu Hao walks away, however, he is hiding behind the wall. Trying to gain information from their conversation.
