"Okay, Recruits, I am Sergeant Andy. And you will be spending the next two weeks with me until your training is finished. Any questions?" Although there were only around five of us, he still yelled as if there were fifty of us. Then a voice spoke up, "Calm down, Andy, don't scare them to death before they even start." I looked over and saw Walter. We locked eyes, and Walter smiled and approached me. "Hello, Sam."
"Hello, Walter." Walter then stuck out his hand for me to shake, and of course, I shook it.
He then shook everyone else's hand, and I learned their names. There were 3 men, including me, and two women. The guys' names were, Jordan and Marcus, and the girls were Maya and Elena. Then Walter spoke again, "You five are the only ones who didn't die out of twenty others." I was shocked that only five of us were alive, and 15 others died.
"Anyways you recruits will be thrown into virtual simulations with accurate scenarios, and weapons to that of what you will encounter out in the field."

Day one: We lost in the scenario and had to retry five separate times before getting it right. The scenario, in total it lasted about 2 hours.
— • —
Day two: We had to chase down a helicopter in the sky going max speed before getting up on top of a building, then jump into the helicopter, take out the pilot, and land the helicopter safely. Though this was only around thirty minutes, it took us 10 tries to get it right.
— • —
Day five: We had to chase down a terrorist across multiple hours and then eliminate him. This one wasn't as hard as it was long and took us around 6 hours of work to track him down and eliminate him.
— • —
Day 10: We had to stay awake all day because this one required us to travel to the next planet over and track down a dangerous bomber who was going to blow up the capital building while a peace treaty was being signed. This took us two attempts.

Day 14: The last training course was a highly dangerous mission for some of us, as three of us had to go into a building that had been blown up to rescue survivors, while the other two had to track down the bomber and eliminate him. I was one of the two who had to track down the person responsible.

"And that concludes your training. What we did not tell you was that scenarios 5 and beyond were not fake; we put you into highly durable robotic bodies and sent you to handle the targets."
"So then why do we have to go out into the field physically?" Jordan asked.
"Because we need real soldiers that are more flexible than robotic bodies, because even though those were durable, they can not get up to the speeds you can."
"But we were running like 50 miles per hour!" Maya exclaimed.
"Yet you can run closer to 200." Andy spat in her face.
There was a variety of exclamations, but it mostly came down to a version of "WHAT?!" Then Walter came out, "That's right, you move faster than most airplanes taking off!"48Please respect copyright.PENANAefDU6gCQbB
I think it was safe to say that we were all astonished at this revelation.
"Not to mention your reaction times! You can react within 50 milliseconds of something happening."48Please respect copyright.PENANA1z1CB3rL0n

As I lay down on my bunk I think of what Walter said, 50 millisecond reaction time is absurd how did they get us to those speeds?
Then I hear a gun shot and alarms blaring; someone got on the station with a fire arm. This can't be good. I jump out as bed and start sprinting towards the sound. I find the man and quickly disarm him and incapacitate him. As he lay on the ground with me on top of him the station security officers. come running down the hall in protective body armor. "Sam, what happened?" he asked.48Please respect copyright.PENANAdz8OUzqoJw
"This man shot someone in the stomach get them immediate medical attention. I'll bring him to the cells."
"Yes, Sir!" The guards said, before moving over to the person who had been shot and was quickly bleeding out.
But right as I looked back at the man, He threw a punch at me, But before he could even get within 6 inches I caught it, and then punched him knocking him out. I slung him over my shoulder and to him to the cells inside the station, and jusst as I was exiting Marcus, Jordan, Maya, and Elena came running down the halls, "What happened?" Elena asked.
"An intruder came in with a simple fire arm and shot someone."
"Oh God!" Exclamed Maya
"Are they alright?" Marcus asked.
"I apprehended the man and the person shot got taking away so that their wounds could be tended to."
"Well atleast everyone will be okay!" Elena said
"Right." I agreed
Then after going back to my bunk I soon fell asleep.
