Unsure is a romance and drama story about two intelligent teenagers, Alexandra Maria Avery and Alex Joseph Ford, who meet at school. Both of them are known for being smart, competitive, and determined to be the best in their class. Because of their strong personalities, they often argue and see each other as rivals.

However, as time passes, their constant competition slowly turns into understanding. Behind their arguments, they begin to see each other in a different way. What started as rivalry slowly grows into something deeper, making them question their feelings and their relationship with each other.
