In the fading evening light, the citizens of Pigyonia gasped in horror.
"Something just fell from the palace!" they cried, rushing toward the impact zone. The shockwaves of the fight began to tear through the streets, reducing nearby houses and shops to rubble.
Piecus and Lias stood frozen, trembling as they approached. "What... what is that!?"
The Relentless Pursuit
Ferran descended with god-like speed, not giving his opponent a second to breathe. He struck Demansion across the face and followed up with a brutal blow to the stomach, sending him reeling. As Ferran lunged forward to deliver a finishing strike, Demansion finally managed to brace himself, catching the blow in a desperate defense.
Seeing his attack blocked, Ferran’s rage boiled over.
"DEMANSION!" he roared, his voice echoing like thunder across the square.
The Cold Calm
Demansion stood up slowly, silent. He looked back at the shattered window of the high palace, then turned his gaze toward the darkening sky above. Finally, he looked at Ferran. His face was burning with a cold, terrifying fury.
Ferran charged again. Demansion dug his heels into the ground, preparing his stance. Despite Ferran's blinding speed, Demansion held his ground, parrying the strikes. Ferran pushed even harder, his movements becoming a blur of violence. Demansion raised his arm to shield his face; a heavy blow clipped his jaw, forcing him to skid back. But as Ferran moved in for more, the tide turned.
The Clash of Titans
Demansion launched his counter-attack. As their weapons collided, a blinding flash of light erupted, throwing sparks into the air. The sheer energy of their weapons clashing created a shockwave of brilliant light that leveled the surrounding buildings.
Demansion leaped back to create distance. Ferran looked at him and flashed a creepy, jagged smile. Suddenly, Demansion began to spin his Red Staff with lethal precision. A crimson, curtain-like barrier manifested around Ferran, trapping him—but Ferran didn't hesitate. With one swift motion, he sliced through the magical veil as if it were mere paper.
In an instant, Demansion lunged, his fist connecting squarely with Ferran’s chest. The warrior was sent flying backward, crashing into the dirt. Without a moment's delay, Demansion reached down, hauled him up, and violently hurled him across the square
Ferran was slammed into a nearby building, the structure groaning under his weight.
Piecus cried out in terror, "Father!"
But Ferran didn't stay down. He sprang to his feet just as Demansion lunged for another strike, narrowly dodging the blow.
“His attacks... they’re faster than light,” Ferran thought, his heart racing. He pivoted, slipping through the gaps in Demansion’s offense. Seeing an opening, Ferran leaped, delivering a crushing blow to Demansion’s stomach from below. He didn't stop there—he spun in mid-air, a blur of motion, and landed a heavy kick across the King’s jaw.
The Counter-Force
Demansion blocked the next strike with his forearm, his grip tightening on the Red Staff.
“This guy is...” Demansion’s thoughts trailed off as Ferran surged forward again. The force of the collision sent Demansion skidding back into the debris. Buildings lay shattered around them, and small fires began to consume the ruins of the square.
Determined to end this, Demansion focused his gaze. He attempted to activate his Soul-Sight to separate Ferran’s spirit from his body. But as he channeled the power, nothing happened. He couldn't see it.
Demansion’s eyes widened in shock. "What? This is impossible!"
The Iron Barrier
"I know your tricks, Demansion!" Ferran shouted, standing tall as the King stared at him in disbelief. "Prince Bogai already warned me about the nature of your powers."
Suddenly, eerie White Fumes began to billow from Ferran’s body, swirling around him like a ghostly aura. Demansion stood frozen, mesmerized and confused by the sight. Ferran had tapped into the true essence of the Raze Warrior.
"That’s the Iron Barrier!" Lias exclaimed.
Piecus turned to him, eyes wide.
"Your father is using the Raze Warrior’s hidden technique," Lias explained, his voice heavy with respect. "He has created a layer of protection around his soul. Breaking through it won't be easy. He is truly strong!"
The White Glow
The white fumes intensified, glowing with a brilliant light that seeped through the gaps in Ferran’s armor. One by one, pieces of his heavy plating fell away, discarded as his speed reached a new peak.
Demansion stood his ground, a grim smile finally touching his lips. "Fine. Let’s see what you’ve got."
The fight reignited amidst the dancing flames. Ferran struck—a blur of white light.
“He’s too fast!” Demansion realized. He tried to defend, but he was too slow. Ferran’s strikes connected, sending the King stumbling through the wreckage.
"Uncle Lias, I think... I think Father can actually win this!" Piecus said, hope rising in his chest.
Lias watched the chaos, his expression grim. "We shall see."
The Interrogation
With a final, explosive counter-attack, Ferran drove Demansion into the dirt. He stood over the fallen King, his blade humming with power.
"Tell me now, Demansion! Who are you? Where did you come from?"
Demansion remained silent, lying in the dust. At that moment, a cold, unnatural wind began to howl through the streets.
A man watching the chaos heard a distant, thunderous sound of wings beating. He turned back to look. In the distance, it appeared to him as if a massive bird was soaring toward them.
The wind grew violent. Everyone turned back to see what it was. Flame was approaching the battlefield, his wings beating rhythmically. As the wind intensified, the people looked back in shock. Flame flew toward them with eyes of pure fire. Everyone was terrified.
"What is this new thing!?" they wondered. They couldn't believe their own eyes.
The Realization
Ferran turned to look. In total shock, he looked toward Demansion and asked, "Is this what you were talking about?" Piecus’s eyes were wide with astonishment.
Demansion stood up. Seeing Flame approaching them, Ferran prepared his weapon and held his ground.
The Hand-Off
Flame looked at Demansion and rumbled, "Lord Demansion!"
Demansion replied, "Come, Flame!"
From his hand, Flame handed over a glowing, circular, ball-like object to him.
The Secret of the Nobel
Lias was stunned. "This is impossible... is that... that—?"
"Uncle Lias?" Piecus asked.
"Is that truly the Nobel?" Lias whispered.
"What does 'Nobel' mean?"
"It is like the very life of this world, Pigyonia. It is like the heart of every single thing in this world!"
"Every single thing?" Piecus pressed.
"Everything! Whatever exists in this world—living or non-living... for everything!!"
The moment Demansion gripped the Nobel in his hand, a violent surge of crimson energy erupted. The red smoke swirled around his body like a living storm. His frame shuddered under the sheer weight of the power as he began to consume it.
"AAARRRGGGHHH...!!!" his scream tore through the air.
It wasn't just the ground beneath them that shook; the entirety of Pigyonia trembled. The shockwave was so immense that Ferran was blasted backward, skidding across the debris.
A pillar of radiant red light shot forth from Demansion’s body, piercing the heavens and scattering the clouds into a thousand pieces. The citizens of the empire stood paralyzed; they felt a sudden, chilling shift deep within their own souls.
The Crown of Power
Above Demansion’s head, the ethereal crown began to change. Next to the Golden-Yellow fluid that was already stored there, a new Light-Red fluid began to flow and settle, filling the second slot of his celestial crown.
Demansion knelt momentarily, his breath heavy. Suddenly, his Red Staff hissed through the air, returning to his grip with violent speed. He stood up amidst the dancing flames, a terrifying, jagged smile spreading across his face.
The Revelation
He began to laugh—a deep, harrowing sound that echoed through the ruins.
"What did you ask me, Ferran? Who am I? Where did I come from? What do I want?"
His laughter grew louder, more menacing.
"I am Demansion! I come from the world of Bercelonia! I have come to forge all dimensions into one!"
He screamed with a manic grin.
"Reze Commander Ferran... what more do you need to know?"
He leveled his weapon, his stance radiating an aura of absolute destruction. Ferran stood frozen in shock for a split second before his resolve returned. Gritting his teeth in a fury, he forced himself up, gripping his weapon with every ounce of strength he had left.
The two titans lunged at each other, their weapons inches from a world-shattering collision...
