Dante: Alright, we’re here. (Lea proceeds to get out of the car) Is... this the place?
Lea: Yeah. My home.
Dante: Hm. (gets out of the car) Not bad...Whoa. Baby, you never told me you live in a mansion!
Lea: We just properly met, fool. Oh, and I need your number.
Dante: You just called me a fool and now you need my number? What for?
Lea: Samson will give you some dressing tips tomorrow morning. Send it to my number. (pulls out her phone) Ready?
Dante: Come closer. I don’t want anyone else to hear my number.

They came close, Lea’s head bent downwards in the phone’s direction. He smiled and slowly moved his head also in Lea’s direction and position. His head bumped into hers, she quickly raised her head and he did the same thing. Their noses touched. Their eyes were staring into each other. Their lips were inches apart. Lea’s heart fluttered and Dante’s eyes shimmered. They drew closer, their lips almost touching each other. Lea closed her eyes. Dante said some words she didn’t quite hear even though they were very close, his breath brushing against her lips. She began to like his warmth, his touch, his breath. They soon disappeared, however, and she opened her eyes to see what was wrong. He had walked a little to his car.
Dante: Sorry. That’s not right. I shouldn’t try to kiss...
Lea: It’s fine. See you tomorrow?
Dante: Yeah, tomorrow. I’ll come pick you up.
Lea: Fine by me. Bye! (waving her hands)
Dante: Bye, baby!

Dante got in the car and drove off.
Lea: (pleasantly exhales) He smells soo good...His touch is firm, but elastic. (chuckles) Wait, I just met him today, and I already like this guy? Is he a wizard or something? Well, if he is, he’s caught me in his witchcraft. (chuckles) (Flashback: Dante: Whatever you say, baby.) (exhales again) My cold heart beats warmly when he calls me ‘baby’. (clenches her chest) Oh, cold-hearted Lea, guess you’ve found your fireplace. (chuckles)

Lea walked towards the entrance of the mansion and the gates opened. She was a bit surprised at the gates automatically opening because she usually had to say a really long code before the gatekeepers behind would open the gates. Her surprise turned into fear as she realized: Her father saw her. You see, her father liked to look outside the grand hall’s windows after 6pm, a hobby the rest of the family felt was quite weird but Lea didn’t mind. She actually joined him sometimes. She checked the time on her watch: 7:03 pm. Flip. She was late. She took a deep breath and walked inside. The doors closed behind her, darkness surrounded her as the lights weren’t on. She looked around, afraid and confused as she knew the gatekeepers were behind her but she could sense no other person around. Just then, a very familiar voice boomed through the darkness.
Lea’s father: You’re late, young lady.
Lea: I...

The lights suddenly came on but were very dim. A red spotlight outlined her father’s figure sitting on a red seat. The Punishment’s Seat, her father affectionately called it. Lea’s eyes filled with tears as she realized her father was admonishing to her his favourite punishment: The Hot Seat.
Lea: Father, I can explain...
Lea’s father: And not only that, but you were also making out with a guy outside when I strictly told you ‘No Boyfriends’.
Lea: No, we were just...schoolmates. Schoolmates. That’s all there’s to it between me and that guy! Believe me, father. We just almost kissed, and that was even an accident!
Lea’s father: When I am angry at you like this, call me ‘The Don’. Not ‘Father’. You’ll piss me off the more because no daughter goes against her father’s rules. And it was an accident, you say? But you enjoyed it. You were even quite disappointed when he pulled away, I saw your face. Perhaps, schoolmates with benefits?
Lea: No, The Don. It was my fault. I was just swayed by his masculinity, he doesn’t like me in any way.
The Don: I like him anyways. He didn’t feed into your desire. What’s his name?
Lea: No, I can’t tell you.
The Don: (raising his voice) What is his name?
Lea: You’ll get him into trouble, The Don.
The Don: Tell me his name and stop hesitating, fool!
Lea: No. I’ll never tell you, Mr. Don Salva D’Almaros.
The Don: How dare you call me by my full name? Because of that boy, you’ve grown sudden wings, huh? I’ll cut them all off and find the boy myself. I like him, so no worries, I won’t kill him. I just need to make sure he’s strong enough to enter our family if...you know, he ever wants to.
Lea: Ew. I’ll never marry that guy!
The Don: Liar. You already like him, don’t you?
Lea: I only feel a little...attracted to him, that’s all...
The Don: (scoffs) Kids nowadays. Be firm about your emotions. I’ll ask you again next week. And... your last offence, you missed out-watching. You know I always like watching the outsides after 6 through our grand hall’s mag windows. If you wouldn’t join me, at least don’t spoil my fun by coming in late. You’ve really hurt my eyes today. During out-watching, I had to watch my own, biological daughter, my ONLY daughter, break two of her father’s greatest rules. (bows his head and exhales) Such pain.
Lea: Sorry. Very sorry, Father. (sarcastically) What’s my punishment? It must be very grave, isn’t it?
The Don: (chuckles) You take your sarcasm and cold-heartedness from your mother. And I am her handsome fireplace. I think you think you’ve found yours. (Lea shifts shyly) So, as your punishment, you’ll tell me all about him. Except his name, since you don’t wanna add it. I’ll find him myself.

Lea’s mother shouted from one of the upper rooms above the hall.
Lea’s mom: Hurry up, Don! I don’t have all day to cook dinner!
Lea: (chuckles and shouts) Good evening, mama!
The Don: Oh, your mother. Her food is good but she likes making it on time too much. She interrupts my fun time, makes it even more fun. (chuckles)
Lea: She wants to make sure you don’t get a potbelly. (chuckles) I’m sure she’ll be really sad if she wakes up one day and finds that your six packs has turned to a potbelly. (laughs)
The Don: (chuckles)Probably. (shouts) Honey, I’m done!
Lea’s mother (from upstairs): Better!

The Don pressed a button and the floor beneath the Punishment’s Seat slowly opened, revealing a lever. He pulled it and the Seat sank into the abyss. The floor closed up again and he clapped his hands twice, regulating the lights to its normal color.
The Don: So, let’s sit here. (Lea walks towards her father and sits on the sofa) Alright, tell me all about him.

With a smile, Lea narrated everything.
