29-1 KPK Obtains Evidence of Mariana’s Crimes
KPK Building, third floor.
Tina, Satrio, and Rustam sat at a long table, facing each other. At the end of the table, a large monitor was mounted on the wall.
The three of them were in a special closed-door meeting. The clock showed 9:00 p.m.
The large monitor displayed files and satellite photos of Kembang Setaman Discotheque.
Tina: "All the clues lead to this place."
Rustam tapped the table with his pen.
Rustam: "Do we know who owns Kembang Setaman Discotheque?"
Tina nodded while adjusting her glasses.
Tina: "Mariana."
Satrio shook his head in frustration.
Satrio: "She’s not just the owner of the discotheque, but the mastermind behind the illegal businesses involving our own members."
Rustam grew more eager.
Rustam: "From gambling, drugs, human trafficking, prostitution..."
Satrio added.
Satrio: "And other illegal businesses that endanger the country."
Rustam nodded several times.
Rustam: "Arms trading and smuggling them into Papua."
Satrio sipped his coffee.
Satrio: "This cannot be allowed to continue."
Rustam: "Haven’t we already obtained evidence of Mariana’s crimes?"

29-2 Tina’s Data on the Monitor
Tina: "Mariana is protected by high-ranking corrupt police officers."
Rustam: "Arizal and Diono are among them!"
Tina: "Both have already been arrested and are now undergoing legal proceedings."
Satrio took a deep breath, shaking his head several times.
Satrio: "The two of them often came and went from Kembang Setaman Diskotik."
Rustam: "That’s right."
Tina: "They received bribe envelopes from Mariana."
Satrio: "Are you sure Arizal and Diono accepted bribes?"
Tina adjusted her glasses.
Tina: "What do you mean?"
Rustam replied.
Rustam: "There’s an indication they were actually extorting Mariana."
Tina: "No wonder some data appeared on our interface site, Sir."
Satrio: "Do you mean that evidence came from a hacker who breached our system?"
Tina: "Exactly, Sir! But don’t worry. Our system wasn’t touched, not even by 0.01 percent."
Satrio nodded. Rustam smiled.
Rustam: "So far, we’ve already captured our members who were connected to Mariana’s business."
Tina adjusted her glasses again. Her eyes stared at the laptop screen in front of her, which was connected to the large monitor.
Tina: "Let’s look at the monitor."
Satrio and Rustam turned their faces to the monitor.
Tina: "Look at the monitor! This is the evidence of Mariana’s crimes."
The monitor displayed several CCTV clips. Mariana could be seen bribing Arizal and Diono.
Satrio: "Is Mariana bribing them?"
Rustam: "Or is Arizal extorting Mariana?"
The three of them exchanged glances, then looked back at the monitor.
There was also a recorded phone call with Kuntadi about human trafficking in Thailand.
Tina: "This is CCTV footage from MV Mawar Merah that I managed to hack."
Satrio sipped his coffee. Rustam lit a cigarette.
The monitor was still on.
Then, a phone recording appeared of Bimo giving the order to execute Nagini and Burhan.
There was also an order from the twin grandfathers to eliminate Nagini.
And Anton to eliminate Burhan.
There was even a phone conversation with an arms dealer from Myanmar.
Satrio and Rustam both shook their heads.
Satrio: "Mariana’s business is extraordinary."
Rustam: "Her game is already above the law."

29-3 Valid Data From Tina
Satrio: "Is this evidence valid, Tina?"
Tina nodded.
Tina: "Of course it’s valid, Sir! This comes from the intelligence units of the National Police and the KPK."
Satrio: "How did you obtain the photos and CCTV recordings?"
Tina adjusted her glasses, which kept slipping down, then smiled.
Tina: "I hacked into the CCTV operating system of Kembang Setaman Discotheque, Sir!"
Satrio furrowed his brow.
Satrio: "How did you get data related to Arizal and Diono’s banks and accounts?"
Tina: "I also hacked into the banking system, Sir!"
Rustam shook his head in amazement.
Rustam: "In an investigation case like this, is hacking even allowed?"
Tina looked at Rustam.
Tina: "I already received authorization from the Attorney General’s Office."
Satrio: "Of course, this hacking must have been carried out as a secret and discreet mission, right?"
Tina: "Correct, Sir. A little illegal to catch the illegal."
The three of them chuckled.

29-4 Pursues Mariana
Rustam: "It’s time for us to move."
Satrio rose from his seat, his face serious.
Satrio: "Right! We will form a joint task force."
Rustam stood as well, his hands still on the table.
Rustam: "Correct!"
Satrio: "The police have already contacted us to cooperate."
Tina: "You mean forming a joint Polri–KPK strike team?"
Satrio: "Exactly, Tina."
Rustam: "The team will consist of clean and honest KPK operatives, along with units from Bareskrim and Densus 88."
Satrio nodded firmly.
Satrio: "Agreed. We’ll prepare the warrant."
Rustam tapped the table with his fingers.
Rustam: "We will secure Kembang Setaman Discotheque within three days."
The secret meeting room fell silent. The decision had been made.
"Capturing Mariana."
Meanwhile...
Tina was reviewing files on her laptop. Her eyes glanced at the clock in the corner of the screen—it was already 11:00 p.m. She closed the laptop.
Tina: "We’ve reviewed all the evidence."
She pressed the power button.
Bleszt!
The monitor went dark automatically.
Satrio: "This is a major mission. We’ve secured the evidence. Mariana is no ordinary opponent. But we cannot back down."
The three of them exchanged glances. Silence for a moment, then they nodded firmly.
Satrio: "Let’s end this meeting."
Fadli: "Remember, this meeting must not leak before execution."
They looked at each other.
The hunt had begun.
The three rose from their seats and walked out of the room.
The night grew deeper. The KPK building stood quiet, with only a few guards patrolling to check security.
