唔記得食藥如果成日嘅話，有機會返唔到屋企。

而家返大西北踩單車

今日由八鄉踩超級單車徑去到大埔吐露港創新公廁，本身冇諗住踩咁遠，上水就算，但因為一時興起，食完個m記仲有體力，就展開咗呢條非常之攰嘅路程。

大埔吐露港太長喇，唔係幾夠腳骨力
