Andrew held the gun at Frank and 3204 is close going by them already being in Louisiana when they got the call of 311. The Hurricane moved at a slow but quick pace to where it reached 311 again and covered the sky from where it is to 8 miles past Bay Creek.
The Ghost Express soon finally hit physical contact with 311 and possessed the train. Making the train Unstoppable at least that what it appeared to be if Frank could make it to the Engine.
Andrew and Frank stood 9 feet apart. "Andrew come on now just take it easy. Put the gun down. Frank gave the gun to the officer. The Officer decided to just let Frank pass and get Andrew on to chains attached to the train car wall.
Frank may have beat going on top of the train and A crazed man being Andrew but he had a new problem when he made it to the engine car.
The storm, unawarely Ghost express, and just up ahead a Bay dubbed Bay Creek giving him a nostalgic tragic event.

"Mary! He shouted in a train "4309". He didn't know where his wife was and nor his daughter. He still had to stop train 4309. He walked into the engine car upfront he saw the brake on the Bulkheads and he quickly activated the them. The train put the brakes on and it soon came to a stop but just barely in the nick of time. Conductor Cindy told Alfred to take hold as she walked outside of her train to Conductor Gill's 311.

Frank just turned the brakes off then back on he repeated it and did it again till it had effect. He looked at the rear mirror and out the window looking back seeing the rest of the train. "Come on. Come on." He said. He almost had it and wasn't going to let these people down. At the third try a he felt a chill on his neck to his back an orb behind him came to be a past spirit of a criminal conductor while that occurred one of the train wheels on the engine car derailed. He became possessed and didn't know it. Frank did the brakes again this time a second wheel came off derailed and he got a headache. He tried it again as Conductor Cindy put the emergency brakes on each train car she passed by on 311. Frank got thrown back as the ghost conductor threw him to the back and broke the brakes. The train slowed down and Ghost Express came out speeding of 311 taking the ghost conductor with it. With enough paranormal negative energy he left Frank with being lightheaded and shouted out. The Ghost Express was left falling off the cliff in its repeating history.
The storm had already flooded the bay under and around bridge. Then it came the bridge fell apart. "Holy s$%#!" Frank shouted as he saw the bridge was out. "F$*#!" He said seeing the brake broke. The train finally came to a stop. All left was the friction of the weight.

Seeing himself as a baby to his high school and College graduation, getting married and having his daughter and losing his family, at finally he saw himself lying on the ground from what happened.

He tried hard to stay standing and save as most lives as possible. All he could think of is dis-attach the engine car. He drifted to the wall of the engine car. As he needed to hold himself. He couldn't hold his balance once his eyes got blurry and fell. When he fell he felt as if something impales him he turned on his back and pulled out what impaled him on his right side of his gut. Close to his eyes it was the brake. With only little blood and light headed he got back up and opened the door only to fall.
The engine close to the bay it came in between life and death in seconds to save all and stop the train. Frank crawled and made it to the center between both train cars and dis-attached the engine and train car car before the engine car apart. The train soon stopped only tilting giving only a handful of people fell in the water including the engine car with Frank.
