“Well, hurry and put the old lady in the room. Blake, carry her… and Raven and I will take Lily to the guest room.”
They quickly did everything. The old lady was only unconscious, but she was alright. Lily, however, had a hard time settling down.
They heard the front door opening. Raven whispered that she knew what to do for Sienna to stay with Lily, since Sienna wouldn’t naturally be the person to help someone calm down. Sienna nodded, and Raven stepped out.
“Where is my wife?” the old man asked, heading to the kitchen. Theodore and Damian were nowhere to be seen.
“Where are Theodore and Damian?” she snapped.
“We are here,” Theodore groaned, carrying heavy logs for the chimney. Damian did the same.
“Ah…” she looked at them.7Please respect copyright.PENANAB55teb3oYH
“Where is my wife?” the old man asked again, more seriously.
“She fell unconscious, so Blake is with her. She will wake up soon. Her breathing is stable, and so is her health—”
And the old man bellowed at Raven, “WHAT DID YOU DO TO HER?”
Raven knew they loved each other.7Please respect copyright.PENANADgZxwalTnd
“Mr. Charles, you cannot just accuse us. We were only having a chat, and she felt sad and went unconscious.”
Theodore heard that and said, “Where are Sienna and Lily?"
“They are in the room. Lily's in shock, so Sienna is with her.”
They hurried into the guest room, and the old man grabbed Raven’s hand tightly.7Please respect copyright.PENANA7HsjUkbNep
“YOU BETTER BE TELLING THE TRUTH,” he said, then went upstairs.

“Get out of my house!”
“No, don’t say that… I just might have misunderstood them” the old lady said.
He glared at Blake, who didn’t know what to do. The old lady held Blake’s arm tightly.7Please respect copyright.PENANAgf8EXIXH3Q
“He’s such a sweet boy, honey. Please don’t be rude,” she smiled.
Raven witnessed everything, clearly terrified by how this old lady was acting normal and pretending to be sweet.
Downstairs, after Theodore and Damian rushed to the guest room to see Lily, she was a little better. Sienna was so glad to see Theodore and Damian—she never imagined she would be.
They sat near Lily.
“Are you okay?”
She nodded, but still not stable.
“Explain what happened,” Damian said. Sienna explained everything.
“Damn this place,” Theodore muttered.
“Let’s leave tonight,” Damian said.
Lily shook her head.
“What do you mean, no?” Theodore shot back,
“They will not let us go. After what happened… especially, I don’t think that old man will,” she said, trembling.
“Right… we have to make it up and leave as quickly as possible,” Sienna said, and they all agreed.
Raven slowly closed the door, and turned towards them. They all looked in her direction.
“What happened?” Damian asked, seeing how pale she looked.
“This old lady is clearly not okay… she is either pretending or she’s a mental patient. She’s not letting Mr. Charles shout at Blake because she finds him so sweet.”
They all gasped.
“I Know!!!” she blurted, eyes-wide.
