There is not much known about Mimi. She was found on the surface world by Anosei, long before The Void opened. While she appears to be a normal child, she is actually a spirit. It's likely she died in another world, and instead of letting her spirit move on, the White Witch placed her on the surface.
Physically, she is somewhere around 10 to 12 years old, but her spiritual and mental age could possibly be hundreds or thousands. For the most part, she acts like a stereotypical child; she runs around aimlessly, indulges in sweets, and causes mischief.
Yet, when problems arise, she becomes abnormally perceptive and uncanny. In this state, she possesses psychic abilities, along with fearlessness. You can recognize this state from her facial expression and attitude, which comes off as mildly sadistic and cruel.
She resides in 'The Playground' district, usually found riding her bike on the trails. She views the group as family, and has a sibling's bond with Anosei and Lunamei.
