CHAPTER TWELVE

V shivered terribly as the cold hits him like a wave. He had no idea what to do, despite the shame of being naked. He decided to seek help.
He climbs out of the tree and gently walks through the snowy road.
He was crying badly, he felt like killing himself at that spot.
A light shone on his face, he turned his direction to where the light came from and sees a little kid and his mum in their home staring at him in shock from the kitchen window.
He felt like the kid was telling his mum how naked he was or something.
He couldn't take it anymore as the cold wind was terrible. He fell and felt nothing anymore.

She couldn't sleep, she couldn't stop thinking about the kiss.
She felt like screaming, she rises up like a terrified one who had just seen a ghost.
"Get off my mind!" She uses her hands to redesign her hair.
Meanwhile, in the master's room...
Kyung eyes lit up, he smiled brightly as he remembers the kiss.
He felt like doing it again and again, nonstop. It was the most beautiful moment in his life. He could hear his heart beating as loud as ever as he thinks of it.
"Don't get off mind." He whispers chuckling.

[LEE'S MANSION]
Yeri and her mum waited patiently for him, they hears his footsteps and rise up happily.
"Welcome back, hubby." His wife smiled
"Dad, I am so happy you did this for me." Yeri smiled, she was so happy that Simi was in jail, there was no way her dad would let her go scot free.
"Honey, I prepared your favourite because today my enemy has been destroyed." His wife smiled
"Oh yes! Dad, you are the best dad ever, number one daddy in the whole wide world." Yeri smiled
"My baby, come have your amazing dinner." His wife ushered him to the dining.
The innocent man enjoyed his food in silence and couldn't stop but wonder at mum and daughter.
"I am sure, she must be crying badly than ever." His wife laughed
Yeri joins her mum in the laughter and said, "it serves her right, from now henceforth anytime she sees us, she will flee."
"That worthless black thinks she can mess with my daughter or try to hook up with my son, it can and would never happen."
"Mum, don't mind that bitch, she's nothing but a gold digger."
"I hope she rots her whole life in jail!"
"Dad, tell us, how and when will the trial begin?"
"What trial?" He asked trying to break the innocent chicken bone who did nothing wrong but being a chicken meant to be eaten.
"The trial that will put Simi in jail." Yeri smiled
"Why would Simi go to jail?" His eyes and mouth focused on the chicken he was devouring.
"Honey, whenever you are eating your favourite, you always forget things, don't you? My sweet baby." His wife teases him
"Dad, Simi is to go jail for stealing my phones, assaulting me and murdering someone." He froze at his daughter words, the word 'murdering someone' hit him with confusion and wonder.
"She murdered someone? When and who? I mean how?" He tried his best not to stammer but couldn't determine the words he wanted to say.
"Well, mum and I decided that the only way to put her in jail permanently is to accuse her of murder." The man looked at his wife and his daughter, he wondered how and when he started living with this heartless creatures.
"So.... how was it? How's the case going?" His wife asked
"What case?" He asked
"Simi's case or did you not file a report against her?" His wife asked jokingly
"Yes, I didn't." They looked at him in shock and in disappointment.
"What do you mean you didn't?" His wife raged
"I..." he couldn't complete his statement as his food was taken away by his raging wife.
"No food for you anymore until that girl goes to jail!" He watched her rage
"Dad, you are the worst!" Yeri shouted and leaves his sight.
He just sat there, there, looking and looking at nothing but the wall, sniffing as he didn't get the chance to devour the chicken anymore.

She tried to avoid his eyes as she ate breakfast. She felt her heart fluttering.
She tried to take a glance at what he was doing only for her to see his eyes right on her.
She looked away and focuses on her food, she had no idea why she was feeling this way all of a sudden.
"Come on, it's just a kiss, never meant to happen." She told herself and then phone beeped.
She opens it and sees a message from Zhao, "good morning to my beautiful woman, my one and only. I am sorry for texting you late, I had to work last night, making me tired and sleepy."
She quickly types back, "Get some sleep and be healthy for me."
"I love you." Those words made her feel, feel, feel, more heavier.
"Who are you texting with?" Kyung asked with his suspicious eyes.
"It's none of your business." She rises on her feet ready to visit the hospital for her check-ups.
She tries to avoid him and walks ahead of him only to miss her steps and lands in his arms.
She wanted to look away but couldn't, she tried but instead her heart was beating louder.
He wondered if she could hear how much he yearned for her.
"I can't love you." She says to herself.
"Please love me." He says to himself.
