Omar’s lips curved into a smile. He loved hearing her call him like that. "Kahiye," he replied, his tone soft.

(Say)

"Aap kab tak aayenge?" she asked, desperation laced in her voice.

(When will you come?)

Omar’s chest tightened at her words.For the first time even he wanted to be with her just as much. "Bataya toh tha. Thursday ko aajaunga. Meeting ke baad kuch kaam hai, phir free ho jaunga," he replied, his own longing mirrored in his voice.

(I had told you. I’ll come on Thursday. I have some work after the meeting,then I’ll be free afterward.)
