In 2050, the nation was plunged into the darkness of corruption. Officials shamelessly plundered the nation's wealth, stalling development and causing the people to suffer. The law no longer functioned, and justice remained only a dream for the powerless.

Amidst this despair, the President decided to take drastic action. A secret agency was formed, recruiting the best young men and women to become agents ready to mercilessly eradicate corruption.
