It had been years of cold rivalry between Alfred and Ivan, to the point where everyone seems to even find it normal. With the rise of the Axis Powers (Feliciano, Ludwig, and Kiku) and the overwhelming threat of their strength, the Allies have been somewhat backed into a corner by now. Yes, they are powerful, but they need someone with more strength. But to Alfred, that doesn't mean Mr. Ivan Braginsky could just walk on in and say he's joining their side. Or... can he, and will Alfred be able to accept that?
