Hello, guys, and welcome to an old fanfiction of mine that I wrote when I first started college: The Death Lion! I was in a BBC Merlin phase at the time, and was also working on Claxton: The Curse of Poseidon, which also included a monster like none other. Therefore, I thought, Why not? and wrote this story, uploading it as one of my first stories on any writing website!
I was scrolling through my old stories and came across this one, and I just had to share it with you all, even though it's an old draft and not as well-written as my later stories and fanfics. However, looking back now, I believe I had an interesting and creative plot that further evolved Merlin and Arthur's relationship. It was another reason why I decided to share it, and I hope you enjoy it!
This is Act I of a two-act story, and I plan to complete it eventually, alongside The Prism of All Dragons and The Descendant of Evil. It's also enjoyable to see how far my writing has progressed since I wrote this story. Yes, it still resembles a screenplay-like writing style, with a heavy emphasis on plot and character development.
Get ready, guys, because Merlin and Arthur are about to embark on an epic quest to slay the notorious Death Lion that will test their friendship in ways they never thought possible.
