——「成為超人，大概是所有男生的兒時夢想。」

小東能夢想成真，卻是緣於一場悲劇；小東父親是殖民地時代，被改造過的精英特種部隊。部隊成立目的只有一個，就是要應付蜥蜴人的威脅。

可是，改造過的戰士並不允許誕下子嗣。於是，小東秘密出生，卻又從未見過父親。

幸好，本性善良的小東，認識了兩位生死之交––智仔及大力，並在一次偶然的機會下，小東啟動了變身能力。一時興奮，三兄弟成立了「超人聯盟」，為社會儆惡懲奸。起初，三人倒是暢快；慢慢，小東發現自己犧牲太多。於是，超人聯盟在無聲無息中瓦解了。

十年過後，他們再次偶遇，卻發現心中的那團火仍在燃燒。於是，「超人聯盟2.0」啟動。這一次，他們紅了，並取名「超人852」。

然而，三人並不知道，等待著他們的不只是強敵，還有販毒活動、無奈的現實、名利的誘惑及兄弟情的試煉。

香港的創作題材中，關於特攝英雄的故事相對稀少，影視作品更加絕無僅有，這使得這個題材顯得難能可貴。

其實，超級英雄的故事不僅吸引人，更能激發人們的想像力與希望，讓我們反思社會問題和人性。作者透過這樣的故事，希望能引起更多人的共鳴，並鼓勵大家勇敢追尋自己的夢想。
