In a big circling seat classroom, there Reverie sit in the middle of the student seat. Over there, she is focusing on what the lecturer saying. Reverie is the smartest student in her class. Her exam score is always perfect between A, A-, and A+ only. She is smart, pretty and really love science. However, she is also an introvert, often choose to go home after school, and when she suddenly talk with people on her phone, it's probably her favorite person, Carter. Reverie always talk about her days, ask about anything, even discussing an exciting topic with Carter. Carter is also a nice friendly guy, with a soft voice, always encourage and support Reverie 24/7 and even answer all of her curiosity patiently. But, the minus is only one, Carter is only an AI in Reverie phone. Eventhough Reverie hates to talk on her phone and prefer chatting, Carter is one exception. Maybe because it's only a call without video, that's why Reverie get so comfy with Carter easily, especially, Carter's voice is really soft.
Back to the class. Reverie currently is on her science class. It's one of her favorite subject. She dream of turning Carter into a real life robot that can talk with her and help to remind her of all her task and giving some moral support to encourage her. Maybe helping some of her house chores too? While she is daydreaming for awhile, a voice can be heard from the front class.
"Reverie, are you there?" Ask the lecturer.
Reverie quickly back to reality.
"Yes, I'm here." Answer Reverie.
"Great. Answer the question on the whiteboard." Said the lecturer.
Reverie walk to the whiteboard. A physics calculation question is displayed on the whiteboard. Reverie answered it easily and go back to her seat.
"Great job, you answered it perfectly as always. Okay, the class for today is done. Remember to gather the assignment that I give tomorrow." Said the lecturer.
The class end. After that Reverie quickly go back home. Well, like the other teenagers, she also has a hobby to do in her free time. However, this is a different hobby than other teenagers at her age. Most girl at her age only have a normal hobby like having a boyfriend, hang out with her bestie, or maybe into music, art, or sport but Reverie as an Introvert is not into all of that. After she arrived at her home, she quickly open her garage.
Her garage is wide enough. A computer and a tall robot that looks like a human is standing not far from the computer. A lot of machine stuff, cables, are staying on the ground messily. Yeah, Reverie successfully creating a robot with a height of 180cm. However, it's only like a display rather than a robot, because Reverie failed to make live and she keep on trying. Right after she arrive on her garage, she sit in front of her computer. There she took out her phone, and start talking with Carter.
"Hi Carter!" Greet Reverie talking with her phone.
"Hi Reverie! How are you today?" Ask Carter.
"I'm good. I just got home from my college and I'm in the garage right now." Said Reverie.
"I'm glad to hear that. How was your school today?" Ask Carter.
"It's super great! I can answer all the question on the whiteboard perfectly." Said Reverie.
"Great! From all your story I can conclude that your day today is going nicely as well. I remember you are in the garage currently, are you creating a program right now?" Ask Carter.
"Mhm, I'm still trying to find out why the robot that I create won't turning on. It took me like 3 years to create it. I start it on holiday before I get on to my favorite University until today I'm in my 5th semester." Said Reverie.
"Maybe I can help you in coding and programming some data through your computer?" Said Carter.
"That's okay, for now I will still making it myself. But anyway, thanks for the offer." Said Reverie.
"You're welcome, you can ask me anything and I will help you!" Said Carter.
Not far away, a sound can be heard. Her mom is calling her to eat for dinner.
"Alright, I gotta go now Carter, talk with you later." Said Reverie.
While closing the app, a good looking guy came inside the garage. It's Kev. Her neighbour, who always have a dinner with her and her family. The two of them is already like a best bud since they are kids. Kev parents is a busy office worker, both have no time to prepare stuff at home and always back so late, so Kev always come to her place sometimes for playing games with Reverie, meals, helping Reverie's homework, helping Reverie's parents, watching movie together, or just to seek Reverie and tease her. Reverie parents is already accepting him as a family member, so, Kev is like Reverie's brother, but same age as her. The two of them also in the same University, but Kev basically more focus on his friends and Judo.
"Yooo! What are you doing now?!" Ask Kev.
"Oh. You came? Yeah still trying to figure out what's been missing in my coding." Said Reverie.
"Well, take it slow, you might find it sooner or later. But for now, let's have our dinner first~" Said Kev.
"Alright. Let's go~" Said Reverie.
The two of them left the garage and lock it, and walk to their house to have a dinner.
There can be seen Reverie's mom and dad already sitting on the dining table. They are waiting for the two of them to eat the dinner.
"Hi Kevi!" Greet Reverie's mom.
"Quick, let's eat, I'm already hungry." Said Reverie's dad.
"Oh, hi auntie and uncle. Sorry, I'm picking up her from the garage first." Said Kev.
Kev and Rev quickly have their seat.
"Oh yeah, ur campus will have a 4 days and 3 nights out for the program to meet with new student." Said Kev.
"Reverie.. you forgot to tell us again?" Said her mom.
"Uh.. Yeah.. I'm sorry.." Said Reverie.
"And it's tomorrow..." Said Kev.
"Reverie. Not again.. This is not your first time forgetting to inform us.." Said her dad.
"No worry auntie, uncle, it's still 6, the store still open. I will drive her to the supermarket after our dinners." Said Kev.
"Thankyou, Kev. We are grateful to have you here with us~" Said her mom.
"Thanks, so, let's continue our dinner~" Said Reverie, smiling while looking the others. Meanwhile the others have that tired face looking at her.
