The devourer had sensed many changes before Raid season . One day , the demons started to feed it . It had starved for too long and didn't care , but for some reason , this time was different . The number of demons didn't seem to stop as more were thrown into its cage .
By the time Raid season began , it was waiting and starved again after the demons avoided giving it any food . It was much hungrier now because its body mass had increased and when it appeared at the town , it felt some restraints on it .
As it looked around , it salivated , looking at all the food around , it suddenly heard a loud whistle , which hurt , but as they located the sound , they saw Yuni . It was confusing how close she was and watched her take out the stat stones .
It felt hungry for such things that it tried to break free , which reduced the timer . When it was free , it only took the stat stones gobbling them up . It wasn't the taste that it wanted but the feeling its body experiences upon digesting them and it could sense through instinct that this food would make its body reach that experience sooner rather than later .
So it ate everything and by the time everything was eaten , it was suddenly transported back into its cage . It took a while until it could digest all of it , but during those times , its body was feeling extremely amazing because of all the stat stones it was still digesting .
It loved the stat stones that it ate , because they were very clean and didn't need extracting . At one point , the demons started to send more demons in , while it ate them , it didn't feel the same happiness and the great feeling didn't come as fast .
It ate a lot but was constantly disappointed until it sensed the pure stat stone . Its instincts guided it to want it , but the demons had strengthened its cage and now it's trying its hardest to get out .
" That monster is noisy " " Maybe it's becuase of the stat stones " the demons on the table try to resolve the issue . While the devourer had only sensed so little stat stones around and it's apetite is already being tested which would've worsened if there were more causing it's drive for food to allow it to overcome the cage .
They implement more and more restraints on the devourer , which caused them to desire the pure stat stones they were manufacturing even more .
They were lucky that Yuni had chosen to steal a portion of what they produced . Not that they are aware of how much she is stealing , because they would retaliate because of how much she stole .
Each demon in this table isn't just the scammer but also the owner of sector in their massive region of the nether . Revealing too much information can make the others target the vulnerable demon to any attacks , hence why they turn their heads to the big issue .
They had found an opportunity to gain power when Yuni had received the reward of a branch , but being called out by Yuni after being seen through , because everyone else had the same idea , causing each demon on the table to be cautious of each other from then on .
Since they all wanted to demand that Yuni repair it and give it to them , expecting some results , they feel that everyone wants to grow their power and become the only one seated on a throne .
Yuni had only assumed this was the case and her suspicion was written on the storybook , causing the demons to be cautious of each other .
' It seemed like everyone had tried to scam her , but as long as I don't speak up , I can pretend I didn't try it to appear innocent ' an ironic but logical plan for every demon on the table to take at the moment .
They were cautiously watching each other even during peace because they worried about a fight breaking out . Moreover , with the decreasing demons in resurrection that they each found while recording how many demons they've been feeding to the devourer .
They had no choice but to assume that someone at the table was taking the souls because demons being resurrected are easy to take and they never made the assumption that it was Caprion because his information was hidden away .
' With the speed demons under me falling in numbers , I have to hold back in giving them an advantage ' " Maybe it's time we get rid of the devourer . We intially planned to use them to get rid of Yuni and take the instructions we may have to give it away "
" We don't need it now that she has blatantly revealed its details , so I will agree to that decision " " Anyone of you who thinks it would be a waste must be stupid but with the decreasing population due to feeding our population to it , we might be vulnerable "
' One of you might have more demons , so I'd better pull back too ' All demons thought the same and wanted to hide the fact that their population was only decreasing because they were being fed to the devourer .
" Agreed , but who will we send it to ? " " Just pay the system to do it , we will have to divide the cost " they all had to agree to the idea with the intent to recover from their diminishing population .
While the demons were worrying about their forces and the devourer Yuni was swimming not literally on the massive amount of pure stat stones ' Man what can I do ? ' Yuni sighed in rich ' I have plenty of time until the end of the raid season , so I will just focus on delirium bringing me down the memory lane '
Haggis was worried about the demons retaliating because Yuni had said she had 50 facilities generating pure stat stones ' they might be waiting when Yuni said that all facilities are complete , so that they can take it , but how long can they handle feeding the devourer ? '
Haggis figured that the demons would try to get it . He knew the demons that tried to scam Yuni before the regression . They were basically criminals who had a second chance in life and became demons it was one of the things that one can turn into after death .
' might have to be careful about them when we meet with them in the future but I wonder what Yuni is doing ? ' Yuni smiled as she was excited to pay for the next crown only to receive a notification .

Yuni starts to train for a long while and checks at the satisfactory amount of reward instance that she could easily use ' I'll save them for when I need them ' she wondered if Delirium would ever generate a quest from which she could receive rewards from .
' I remember Naul going to sleep so often to farm rewards that Zaun insulted him from neglecting his body ' Yuni had to make sure she doesn't become the target of her children's insults ' Better not end up like Naul ' after exhausting her body and finishing her meal , Yuni heads straight to bed and found herself in the tower .
' for some reason it's making me finish it ' it wasn't 50 floors as she expected , but instead it was written as the whole tower to be completed . She worries there might be a spike in difficulty ' I've cleared this before anyway , so there is no reason for me to have a hard time , but this could mean that the demons could invade it '
Yuni recalled the number of people the party required at the end ' This second run of the tower taught me that I need to have allies , but I could just grab that skill book and learn how to clone myself , power will be divided , but I think it's sufficient ' Yuni intended to speed run the tower game .
But as she found the manual to learn how to clone herself , she was suddenly hit by a notification from the new game system . ' How about I designate my current character as the buffer or maybe sub-dps , I do have a lot of skills that I got from my solo , but since I'm the one who possesses all these character , it's a matter of which character can be best used for my skills '
Yuni thought of her previous character being more suited to be a necromancy because of the intention to create a party that she controlled ' I can summon some wraiths , but they don't count as a party , rather as a familiar just like Damo '
Yuni wondered if this meant that she'll be turning every character she met into a party member ' It seems like the condition is that they need to be dead ' Yuni thought of her next targets and thought .
' I guess I won't be needing them alive , it'll be fine , this is a dream anyways . ' Yuni suddenly thought that maybe this hero won't work well with the corpse she left at the end of the tower .

Yuni evaluated the crowned demon's buffing abilities and turned to the crowned demon of weapons and poison , both being great for sub-dps while the crowned demon of disaster would also be great main dps along with Lixa .
' Oh I can even put the crowned demon of restraint in charge of controlling the demons ' she was so happy to see a sort of path for herself with just the crowned demons and was disappointed that they were used to simulate some story .
' Well , considering they are pretty op and with their origin , it would make sense to keep their levels low . So let's just find out what I can do with these characters I won't be able to use even one yet ' Yuni decided she must first take care of the current issue , which involved the demons and the raid boss .
She has yet to find out what the raid bosses are , so she decided ' Say can I please use a delirium reward instance to get some clues ? ' Yuni pleaded , but there was no telling if she was even going to get any answer .
' Fine , it does sound very hard to generate the supposed future visions , I still wonder why people believe that kind of thing exits . Predicting the future is very difficult , even though Ceil fancies the idea , she wouldn't entertain it because of the many complications around it . '
As Yuni was thinking of that , the system wondered how much she was able to guess to ' Maybe it's for the best that seers don't exist ' Yuni thought of looking elsewhere for clues , like the higher realms and decided to check on the shop from the city of angel branch .

Yuni continued through the day training her body , but not for the crown this time , cause of the single player party mode update and when she got to dinner she thought about the next game she entered .

There was a ridiculously long list of diseases that Yuni received , which was to ensure her talent was matched by penalties to restrict it ' This was the first game that had a proper admin and they sure as hell did one hell of a job ' Yuni appeared on a bed of a ruined noble house . She recalled the story and summarized it .
' Basically this world has a system that ensures talent is matched with adversity , because I was so talented I started in the body of a ruined noble house . It was a form of fortune and misfortune ' a servant brings lunch to Yuni and she feels the heavy weight of her arm .
' As expected ' Yuni sighed and thought of the many things she could do in here ' it's gonna be hard , but at least the conditions are easy '

Yuni recalled dying on the first day because she blindly healed her entire body , which overloaded the body and had to spend a month learning as much as she could about the body .
' This game may be hard because of my talent , but at the same time , it was entertaining to see a system that matched talent with an equal amount of adversity '
She recalled the servant's surprise when the master they left rotting in bed suddenly came up with no traces of necromancy during her second account creation ' The body was left unable to rot because of all the illnesses inside it '
Yuni made the cure for her current dilemma and healed her body by guiding the medicine ' It seems like Sobriety is pretty fine with this ' Yuni thought Sobriety might have to change its definition since she is battling the sick body with medicine .
' Considering that sobriety means the state of not being drunk it was weird for poison to be able to penalize it , considering sobriety is supposed to be against drinking things that are alcohol or mind-altering consumables'
Yuni still wanted to keep Sobriety because of its effect and Yuni received another challenge ' What kind of stupid update is this ? ' she did not like the additional challenge given to her , which was an insult to her current form .

Yuni recalled some species that hate iron and Ceil mentioned they might hate plastic even more when they learn of it or other extremely processed products .
Yuni checked how long the raid season would last and thought maybe she should head elsewhere before it ends . Upon thinking of that , she suddenly remembered the demons and the raid boss .
' They might attack me no ? ' Yuni figured that she should at least get rid of the problem , but recalled the first quest , which Haggis complained to her when he could .
' I should look for a way to leave don't I ? ' Yuni recalled how she was sent away to the next city after she cleared the mad forest quest and decided to ask Haggis for a favor .
"I think I can do that" Haggis typed the text and messaged it to Yuni . While she heads to Narra and asked " You want to spill a secret about Grasil ? "

Yuni harmed herself , but the book only recorded that she got injured and Haggis backed it up , saying that it was the path occurring on Yuni ' perfect this should lower the guard of the necromancers, but also bring me to Grasil '
