各位好...這裏是正在拉肚子的洛卡...
目前找不到原因為什麼會拉...
而且肚子也不太痛，我認為最大的可能性就是我這兩個星期開始洗冷水澡，剛剛開始洗到前天的時候，我都是先熱水再慢慢變成冷水，但我昨天是一來直接冷水。
再加上我的腸胃體不好，應該是這樣刺激到。
各位有什麼食物建議我這個時候吃的嗎？因為我晚餐不敢吃...
