Lucifer, wrapped in dense black smoke, slowly advanced toward Kutichay's house, an ominous shadow spreading terror through the air. With each step he took, the atmosphere grew heavier and more suffocating, the air thickened with a sense of desolation. Sumaq, his face tense and eyes closed, sensed his presence before anyone else. His heart pounded fiercely, as if the very air had become heavier.
— Dad, what's wrong? —asked Kutichay, noticing the sweat on his father's forehead and the tension in his posture.— He has arrived, —Sumaq replied, opening his eyes firmly, as if the weight of reality had struck him all at once.
A vortex of black smoke surrounded the house, dragging darkness with it. With a sudden blast, the door swung open, and before them stood an angelic figure of haunting and terrifying beauty. With four unfolded wings—two large, white and powerful for flight, and two smaller, darker ones wrapping around his legs like a divine prison—the creature smiled with a soul-chilling expression.
Kutichay, eyes filled with determination, stepped forward, unsheathing his sword and holding it firmly in front of his chest. A blinding light enveloped his body, and in an instant, a striking black angelic armor appeared, lined with white glowing streaks like traces of energy. On his left side, a yellow fish symbol shone with sacred light.
Daniel was next. His armor was a warm red and gold, reflecting the power of passion and strength, with a luminous cross on his chest. Rosenda rose in armor with an ethereal essence, a blend of pink and purple, decorated with a bird symbol on her right side. Finally, Camila appeared in radiant gold, red, and white armor, marked with a symbol of the sacred lamb.
— Who is he? —asked Camila, her voice full of uncertainty and fear as she stared at the being before them.
The angel laughed, a macabre laugh that echoed in the air with a disturbing tone.— Don't you recognize me? I am the Guardian Cherub, Luzbel, Samael... I am Lucifer! —he said, his voice brimming with fierce arrogance.
Daniel, Rosenda, and Camila looked at each other, terror reflected in their eyes.— It can't be... —Camila whispered, her voice broken.— You're Lucifer, the Morning Star... —said Daniel in awe.— Exactly. I'm not a character from shows or stories. I'm the original Lucifer, the rebel cast out of Heaven, now destined to rule the Earth, —Lucifer shouted, a deep laugh rising from his chest as if he relished the chaos he had created.
— Weren't you repentant for your actions? —asked Rosenda, confused, but with a spark of hope.
Lucifer let out a mocking, scornful laugh.— Ha, ha, ha. Repentant? Don't make me laugh. I rebelled for a reason, and I've never felt more alive than I do now, —he responded, drawing his black sword, a symbol of his contempt for everything he deemed weak.
With a swift move, Lucifer lunged at Kutichay, but Sumaq, anticipating the attack, stepped in between them, pushing his son out of the way. With a roar of fury, Lucifer swung his sword at Sumaq, but the clash of metal rang out with brutal force. The ground shook beneath them.
— Do you really think you can stop me, old friend? —mocked Lucifer, his arrogant smile sealing their fate.
Sumaq, sword raised and divine light reflecting off his armor, stood firm.— I won't let you hurt my family again, —Sumaq declared, his voice deep and resolute.
The battle began with overwhelming violence. Lucifer attacked with inhuman speed, his movements swift like shadows, and their swords clashed with thunderous force. Every strike from Lucifer seemed to come from the abyss itself, while Sumaq countered with precision, his sword shining with the light of faith.
Without hesitation, Kutichay joined the fight. His blades clashed with Lucifer's in a burst of sparks, the sound of metal ringing like a storm. Black smoke swirled around them, engulfing the scene in apocalyptic chaos.
— Your father will always be mine, boy, —laughed Lucifer, pushing Kutichay back with a force that nearly knocked him down, but he stayed on his feet. The blow, however, left its mark.
Kutichay quickly regained his footing, launching a fierce attack, but Lucifer, like a shadow, vanished into the air and reappeared behind Camila. In a flash, he struck her down before she could react, her body hitting the ground with a deafening thud.
— Camila! —shouted Kutichay, watching his friend fall, defeated.
Rosenda and Daniel didn't hesitate to attack. They flanked Lucifer with determination, their swords tracing lines of light through the air. But Lucifer, as if he were darkness itself, dodged their attacks with ease, mocking their efforts.
With a single, precise strike, Lucifer took down Rosenda. When Daniel tried to intervene, he was stopped by a brutal blow that left him paralyzed on the ground. The fight was growing more and more one-sided.
Seeing his friends fall, Sumaq lunged at Lucifer with all his fury.— I won't let you win! —shouted Sumaq, his voice trembling with desperation.
Lucifer caught him with deadly speed, his hands gripping Sumaq's neck with unstoppable force.— Pathetic. You've always been weak, —whispered Lucifer, his smile full of poison.
With a brutal twist, Lucifer pierced Sumaq's chest with his dark sword, throwing him to the ground like a broken doll. Lucifer's laughter filled the air, terrifying and triumphant.
— Dad...! —cried Kutichay, tears falling in fury as his world crumbled before him.
Lucifer approached Kutichay, his smile cruel and satisfied, savoring every second of suffering.— It's a game you can't win, boy. Give up... —Lucifer whispered, his voice dripping with mockery.
But Kutichay, eyes closed, heard a familiar whisper, like a distant echo cutting through the chaos. It was Aunt Liz's voice.— Use your faith, nephew. Let it flow, —whispered the ghost of Aunt Liz, like a beacon of light in the darkness.
With titanic effort, Kutichay stood up, his eyes glowing with determination, pain and sorrow transformed into strength.— Lord, I ask forgiveness for my sins. I thank you for the life you've given me, —said Kutichay, looking up at the heavens, defiant.
Lucifer, confused, laughed with scorn.— God won't hear you. You're insignificant, —he mocked, his laughter echoing in the air.
But Kutichay breathed deeply, feeling divine light fill him with strength. He smiled, and with a firm voice, proclaimed:— In the name of Yeshua, leave now!
A blinding light descended from the sky, engulfing Lucifer. The divine force dragged him backward, tearing through the black smoke surrounding him. Lucifer screamed in terror.— No, no, NO! —he screamed, being cast out of the house by an indescribable force, his power dissolving in the celestial light.
Trembling, Kutichay ran to his father, who lay at death's door. Sumaq's soul seemed to be fading, and a sense of emptiness filled the air.— Father, please, I don't want to lose you! —cried Kutichay, his voice full of despair.
With nearly inhuman effort, Sumaq raised his hand and touched his son's face, his gaze serene despite the pain.— Son, don't worry. I'll go in peace, knowing you've been a good boy... —Sumaq whispered, his voice filled with indescribable peace.
Kutichay held him tightly, and in that embrace, Sumaq gave his final breath.— Thanks to you, I became human again. I remembered what it means to love and be loved. You're my greatest pride, son. You always will be... —Sumaq said, his face glowing with divine light.
Kutichay's tears fell heavily.— Don't go, please! I need you here... —he said, his voice broken.
Sumaq, with a faint smile, raised his hand and pointed to a brilliant divine light that began to surround them.— I will always be with you, in every step you take... The light you see now is only the beginning... —Sumaq whispered, as the light surrounded him.
Kutichay nodded sadly, feeling an inexplicable peace in his heart.— I promise to live in your honor... —he said with a trembling voice.
The light grew until it consumed Sumaq, and with one final breath, he disappeared completely.
Suddenly, the figure of Jesus appeared before Kutichay. With a warm smile, Jesus touched Sumaq's body and lifted him to heaven as his soul ascended into divine light. With a loving gesture, Jesus healed Camila, Rosenda, and Daniel.— Don't worry, Kutichay. I will stay and watch over them, once again as a human, —Jesus assured him, his voice full of warmth and peace.
Kutichay and his friends embraced Jesus, feeling peace fill their hearts. Three figures appeared in the distance.— Well done, sweetheart, —said Aunt Liz's ghost, smiling with pride.— You did something I never could... —spoke the ghost of César, his voice full of pride. Finally, Sumaq appeared, now with two shining wings.— Thank you, my son. Thanks to you, I was redeemed, —said Sumaq, his face lit with divine light, smiling proudly.
Everyone celebrated Sumaq's redemption, his sacrifice and love resonating in the air like a heavenly symphony.
