Shortly after Tymon left Pneuma City...
Michael was back in the council room where he and the others witnessed the expungement the other day. He sat on a mini throne among the others as he watched Raina and the pneumarian of light from before discuss something in the reserved seating above.
He remembered her expressing how she was thankful for her son, Tuka, not being among those taken and had since assigned one of her personal guards to watch over him as she and her eternal half, Titen, conducted their duties to find the other children.
He was currently there, along with every Crest Head in the nation, for a summoning Raina convoked.
"This isn't exactly a good time for a sentencing," he heard one of the Crest Heads say as the last of the Crest Heads took their seats. "My members are frantic. Even threatening to go to Forgeton themselves. Suicidal bastards."
"There was no horn," another pointed out. "This is something else. It's been ages since a random convening of Crest Heads has been invoked."
"The purpose of summoning you all isn't for sentencing," Raina's voice spoke loudly from her throne. "We are here to discuss the disappearance of many of our nation's children."
Raina motioned toward Michael, sitting in the small throne with the symbol and flag of the Chimera Crest engraved on it.
"This here is Michael, one of the few klevonians of the Chimera Crest. He will be attending on behalf of Alissia, the newest appointed Chimera Crest Head."
Michael sat as all eyes bore onto him. Thankfully, the room forced him to be in his hybrid form naturally; otherwise, he'd have entered it defensively. With so many powerful eyes cast upon him, he found it impossible to relax.
Then Raina spoke again.
"Now that we're all gathered, let us begin..."
