此乃少年少女尋找歸途的故事。

出現在溫年柏眼前的是木塔建築「阡迴旅館」和身穿現代女僕裝的少女夏鈴兒。當喪失回去的方法，回去的動機，回去的地方，阡迴旅館就會迎接迷途者，使他們能重拾人生方向。

在停滯的時間當中，在一扇又一扇打開的阡迴之門後，少女微笑著引導於常世迷途的男男女女，助他們窺見未來的自己，另一個選擇下的自己。但即使阡迴旅館多麼溫暖寧靜，停留在這兒卻甚麼也不會成為，甚麼也不能達成。

唯有離開，唯有回去，唯有重新踏上歸去的道路才能通往未來，成為那個理應能成為的自己。

守望著旅館，指導著迷途者的夏鈴兒，始終留守在這永恆夕陽照耀的異世中。
