Yes, y'all read that right! After seventeen years of writing and three years of working on this novella, I have received my first publishing offer for Milo and Maisie, and I did it without help from Wattpad HQ! Milo and Maisie is also being considered for a short film and a series!
The official publication date is April 1st, 2026. While small, this is a huge milestone in my career as a writer! Although I have so few readers, I never gave up on this story, and that got me to where I am today: this tribute to my older brother that I have wanted to share with the world since 2021!
Thank you to the few readers I have and to the Wattpad Ambassadors for seeing the potential in this little story about a girl and her cat at Disney World—LOL! I also totally ship Maisie and Feya (Maya forever!) and am excited to continue writing their stories under a contract and publishing deal.
