The constant crackle of electricity in the sky begin to subside. The smoke from Rainer's fury begins to clear the battlefield. Once the smoke clears, Rainer can be seen now as a shimmering blue armored figure that blinds the onlookers, despite them being at a safe enough distance from Rainer's attacks.
From another angle, Rainer's armor shines a glimmering blue light in front of Zachary in the distance.
Once his vision returns, to Zach's surprise, the armor's visor he is wearing tells him that the sapphire-colored armored figure is a comrade. And also tells him the comrade's name: Rainer Sparta, Codename "Apeiron" the Greek word for boundless. Victor Hawkins himself gave the name. Victor also called Rainer the final piece for a 4-man group he personally trained himself. With Rainer's power, all five extremely skilled warriors were accompanied by "boundless energy" along their side. For years, all five of these soldiers working together on missions would complete their assignments at a 100% success rate.
Seeing his comrades' tech fully charged brings ease to Zachary.
~{ Back to Rainer and Amaro's fight. }~
Rainer stands over a beaten Amaro. Sections of The Mad Soldier's new "synthetic skin armor" are burnt black and are showing cracks in various sections. Then with a wave of Rainer's hand, and a flick of his wrist. Rainer throws a man-made bolt of electricity down towards his beaten opponent.
The attack slams into Amaro, and it successfully cracks the synthetic armor on Amaro's abdomen in half. This burns Amaro's body drawing out an agonizing scream from the mad soldier.
Amaro laughs then says to himself, "This is actually starting to hurt...." Amaro gets up from one knee. Once he gets to his feet, the mad soldier steps forward. Only for his strength to give out from under his legs causing him to collapse face-first into the dirt.
Rainer walks towards his fallen opponent while charging up another attack from his inekiuem gauntlet. The electricity forms into a giant-like "war Hammer". Rainer raises his hand with the weapon and then tells Amaro, "Farewell, mad soldier."
As the hammer begins to drop, Rainer feels as if he is suddenly struck on the head. But what really happens, is that it appears to be an "invisible force" going through Rainer, leaving nothing but a ringing sound that can be heard loudly in his head. This causes him to douse the surging war Hammer made of electricity. And scream out loudly in pain.
Rainer is dropped to a knee. With a pissed-off look on his face, he looks around the area, trying to catch a glimpse of what knocked him off his feet. To his surprise, he sees none other than Sharon picking up Amaro right beside him. He hears her say, "What? You're still awake?! There's a high-frequency device on my belt set to maximum, and I see even this isn't enough to knock you out completely. It looks like my tech just doused your powers. Forgive me for saying this, but despite the horrible things he's done. Sigmond was truly a remarkable engineer. The knowledge of his nanotech would've been helpful to have on our side. But we all know Sigmond loves to be the head of everything right, soldier? And that would not bode well with OUR head guy...Anyways that screeching sound you feel in your veins all the way up to your brain is the nanobots in your bloodstream acting erratically. They're zipping back and forth in your body at such an extreme pace that it creates many micro tears while simultaneously working to heal your body. It will eventually kill off most of the nano tech within you. And by the time you'll regain enough strength to get back to your feet. Amaro and I will be long gone and safe from your reach."
Rainer grimaces through the pain. Then asks Sharon, "Why am I the only one in pain!? Amaro is a virus bearer also!" Sharon says, "Oh. That's because my high-frequency device deals mostly with cutting off any electrical powers, and since that's your specialty and Amaro's is hardened armor the individual with an electric offense will find himself on the ground like you. Also, you knocking Amaro out would cause the effects of my device to cancel out any nagging effects he'd potentially feel, because he's not awake to hear it. Now enough with the questions. Gotta go!"
Before Sharon leaves she shoves Rainer's head in the dirt while laughing. Rainer can see Sharon retrieve an item from her waist. He sees her setting Amaro down. Then she tells him, "Ahhh! Your big ass is lucky I'm here. And I brought my tech belt. I know you can't hear me but I remember you calling me a Swiss Army knife of tech. That old comment made remember to bring this belt. Inspired by Elias Caine, and Yafeu's belt. They both had multiple high-tech utility belts that served multiple purposes in battle. And lucky for you I packed this."
Sharon reaches for a compartment on her belt and tossed two devices by Amaro's head and feet. Both devices begin to expand. The expanded portion of the device begins to reach and crawl itself under Amaro in an effort to find and connect to the 2nd device thrown by Amaro's head.
Then in mere seconds, both devices connect and create a high-tech gurney capable of carrying Amaro. Sharon bends down to push a button on the gurney. The gurney then levitates to the same level as Sharon's belt and follows her as she continues to walk away and make her escape from the battlefield.
As she walks away she tells the unconscious Mad soldier, "How poetic. He was going to leave you here to die in the center of this graveyard of our fallen droids. Instead, the bastard found himself on his hands and knees waiting for the nagging annoyance of pain within his brain and body to stop. Losing this batch of droids won't matter. We've basically won this battle. We'll rebuild your droid army with a stronger batch. We'll be back better and stronger than ever. All of this will have happened for a reason. We have to make sure of it! For Julius's sake. He always called you the most capable leader for combat. And I believe he was right. So if that leaves me to take his place. And you by my side. I'd have it no other way. Julius and I were lucky to have you, Amaro. When you wake up. I'll let you know that. You're more than perfect to be my right hand."
Right beside Sharon she can hear a fast-paced rustling. Then to her surprise, she's struck across the face by what seems to be another "invisible force". This "force" knocks Sharon off her feet only for Sharon to quickly grab the invisible attacker. Reverse the grip they have on her and slam the attacker as hard as she could.
Camo tech is revealed on the attacker, because a silhouette of their body flickers from the ground. Then Sharon notices, her attacker is none other than Queen Melina! She instantly kicks Sharon off of her after they both get back to their feet. Sharon is the first to speak. She tells Melina, "Where in the world did you get that outdated camo tech from? Decades ago my father's company even knew that with camo tech, you'd need to camouflage the sound as well as the visuals of the battlefield. That's an inventor who's been through combat. I heard you a few feet away from me. Maybe if you had a proper sound disruptor you would have been able to get that chokehold on me. Then again you could've just shot me from a distance."
Melina angrily replies, "Shut the f*ck up with all that sh*t you're talking about Sharon! To think you can just leave without facing consequences of what you've done to my family and me is an irremissible offense to everything and everyone I love." Sharon replies saying, "oh please. Don't talk to me like I'm one of those damn criminals you deal with now." Melina replies to Sharon saying, "Seems like that's all you've been all along."
Sharon replies saying, "I've tried telling you. I didn't mean for the sacrifices to be this much!" Feeling insulted Melina screams, "Sacrifices!?" She instantly charges towards Sharon striking at her with her whip. Only for Sharon to catch the end of Melina's weapon.
She pulls the pirate Queen in her range only to be met with a fierce elbow to the temple. This shatters the right side of a high-tech visor Sharon was wearing over her eyes. Sparks fly from the piece of tech as Sharon screams from the shock. Next, she rips off the tech from her head. Then, Sharon's face is quickly met with a swift punch from the other side of her face that ends up dropping Sharon."
A shocked look is seen on her face. She begins to try to get back to her feet. She tells Melina, "Well now you never done that before." Melina replies, "Oh hush. I see you STILL haven't learned anything new about defending yourself. You're still relying on the tech you come up with from that pretty little head of yours. I always told you these weapons and this armor are great tools. But what worth do these tools have when their user doesn't know sh!t about how to use them? Despite why you did it. You still chose to stay on the wrong side, Sharon. To choose to be nothing but looks and brains was a stupid and ugly thing to do to me. I always encouraged you to develop your physical abilities to protect yourself, but you never made time for it! You always relied on my soldiers or me for help. Now look at you! You're moments away from ending like your friend on that gurney."
Melina throws down her whip and then begins to stretch her arms and shoulders out. She tells Sharon, "When I'm done beating you unconscious I'll take that belt & throw you on that stretcher with that other piece of trash. Both of you will answer for what you did here." Sharon braces herself as the pirate Queen charges towards her.
Melina lands a blow on Sharon's arm. Then her ribs, sparks fly with each connected blow. The blows rip off sections of her coat and also scrape off the paint from her armor, revealing the advanced armor hidden underneath. The armor is golden just like Amaro's. This enrages Melina. She throws blows at a more furious pace."
Melina tells Sharon, "At least you remembered what I taught you in those blocking drills!" The pirate Queen lines up her final series of blows she plans to deliver on Sharon. She hesitates for a moment. A sad look appears on her face for a moment. Then an angry one.
With a scorned look on her face, she tells her former lover, "You should've just stayed as a concubine. It disgusts me thinking that I let someone in my bed, believing a relationship would work."
A little wobbly from the blocked blows she received earlier. Sharon replies to the pirate Queen, "F*ck you. You know I hate being called that. This was real to me. But so was protecting my father and his name! I know you can't relate to caring about a parent and I mean no disrespect by that. But when I got to see how you treated these folks in your kingdom. You were very different from what we knew about your mother and father. Tough but caring. What you do for the millions of people in the nation your father built. And what you would, do for those people. I had to do it for 1. Unfortunately, that one person led me to you. You can do whatever the hell you want after I say this. Julius is dead. Since he's dead I don't know where the hell they're keeping my father. You know, George Voss. Also known as the father of the modern droid. What were seeing now above us clashing, is the product of my dad's droid tech paired with Julius's weaponry. Julius told me himself, I was to compromise the 1 half of the pirate nation you rule. If I didn't, he would kill my father despite him having collaborated in creating the War Hawk. I didn't think the War Hawk would kill this much so fast. The other droid is smaller. He was created by Elias Caine right? Who were his collaborators in the birth of this droid? Do you think he could be as powerful as the innovative mind of Julius Edson's, or my father? We've all just seen how deadly that explosion was. And what combative skills could this droid be running on?"
Melina put her hand up. Then she says, "Be Quiet! You still have to answer for what you did!" The pirate Queen reaches for her high-tech whip. She draws her hand back preparing for an attack while Sharon remains still with her head facing forward. Until the very last moment when Melina is about to strike. Her wrist is grabbed by none other than Rainer Sparta! With blood dripping from both ears.
He looks to Melina then tells her, "I know I'm interrupting something very serious. But if you guys pay attention to your surroundings for 1 second! I think you'd realize there are way more important things in front of us at the moment. That is if you still want to continue leading your people, because if we don't handle that thing RIGHT NOW! We're all going to be burnt to ashes!"
Then it hits Melina. Sharon isn't standing still to accept her fate. Shes frozen in fear, and not by her former love getting ready to strike her. Surrounded by burning fires, and a battlefield littered with golden dragon battle droids, they are now accompanied by both Supremeo and War Hawk. They both come crashing down into the battlefield drilling their metal bodies into the ground at such a fast and hard pace, that the impact creates a cloud of dirt so big it douses most of the flames on the battlefield created from recent fights that have been in the lands of the pirate nation.
Nothing but dirt, embers of past battles, and green and purple clashing energy can be seen through the battlefield.
The scenery clears 1 minute later. The soldiers, pirates, and droids all emerge from the ground coughing up dirt and smoke. Only Rainer and his current group remain spotless. That is because, luckily for them. Even with his ears dripping blood from the constant ringing coming from Melina's tech on her belt. Rainer Sparta has put up a force field of electricity that catches dirt or debris that would've fallen on them. Rainer pushes the mound of dirt off by blowing up his own fore field of electricity. He blows it up with a powerful electrical blast from an arm cannon he reveals on his armor. The mound is decimated leaving Rainer and the rest of his group spotless.
Melina stares down the battling droids who are now grounded. She looks to her side and notices the dread on Sharon's face. Then she sees Rainer behind her.
The pirate Queen tells Sharon, "Hey turn off whatever's making him bleed from his ears. I know who he is. I think with these two fighting on the ground, our concerns should be instantly directed towards those two droids. The green one appears to just be on defense for some reason, while the War Hawk is going for the kill with every shot. Look at the way they have disregard for the damn area. Even if you think you can make it out of here, would your damn unconscious friend be safe when all you can do for him is carry him next to you as if he's on a leash?! That green droid has a group fighting with him. And if my brother surrounds himself with them I'm sure they're very talented at fighting. You'd have to deal with one of them or more."
The defeated look is still on her face. Sharon doesn't break away from looking at fighting droids and says, "It doesn't matter. The hawk is grounded. We're at the next level of Construct's Grand explosion. He told me it'll be one big enough to be heard from our end of the pirate nation." Before Sharon continues Queen Melina grabs Sharon. Sharon punches and kicks. Melina eats a few shots for her to grab the device she knows could be making Rainer suffer a headache that's harsh enough to make his brain bleed, and she destroys it.
She wipes off blood drawn from her mouth. Then the pirate Queen tells her brilliant engineer, "Damnit Sharon! Enough! I'm tired of the fighting. Enough with the hitting! I'm tired! If I'm gonna see you die. I'd rather see you die slowly in a cell. Not me going along with you. So I'm gonna try and get as far from this as I can!" She continues to say, "If this guy can use force fields then I say let's use him to get out of here."
As soon as Melina finishes saying this, both she and Sharon see the force field of electricity appear again, but this time it appears to have a more significant amount of power pouring through it. Both women look behind them and see Rainer, with a renewed vigor in his body since the device has been broken.
Still breathing heavily, Rainer looks at both Sharon and Melina then wipes the blood dripping from his ears and tells both women, "Alright we can all use my force field ability AFTER I kill that big bastard that's knocked the f#ck out on that fancy floating bed you got there. So move out of the way so I can fry this bastard until he's burnt to a crisp."
This brings an annoyed scowl to Melina's face. Next, she tells Rainer, "Dammit. I really wanted to leave with your force field for help. Guess you can stay."
Rainer blankly stares at Melina and her companions. Then as the pirate Queen braces for Rainer's next move. She's shocked because a squad of revived golden dragon battle droids appears from behind Rainer and instantly runs toward Melina and Sharon.
